It's a fine hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The downsides are: Really bad lighting in the room (white and annoying light). The A/C is either really cold or off. The restaurant is meh.

This place is perfectly located in the La Canada neighborhood of Palenque with many great restaurants are in easy walking distance and it is just a few blocks from the main square. The staff does not speak much English but are very friendly. Rooms are good, clean and comfy. The pool is great for cooling off after a day of exploring (although the Jacuzzi is not actual hot although it looks like it would be). Parking is free in their secured parking lot. Breakfast is not included. The place is good (not great), price is OK and I would recommend.

Clean, general facilities cared for, the price per night was made too as it does not include breakfast, I made my reservation in booking because they had a "offer" and I think I ended up paying more. The food in the restaurant was quite tasty, I was very surprised at the season and the value for money in that area is the most economical thing I found. The only detail was that the shower in my room looked somewhat rusty, from there in the room quite clean and preserved.

The hotel is very crowded and runs out in high season. The beds are not very comfortable but you can rest. The rooms are not soundproofed so you will hear what happens in the other rooms. It has parking but has no ramps for luggage so you have to load up the stairs. He's got a restaurant. The pool is at room temperature and at night it lights up in colors. The staff is very attentive. The spaces are clean. The water in the shower is hot.

The hotel is clean, has a nice pool, friendly staff and a very good restaurant. The location is wonderful. It is in a very nice part of town and a short walk to the bus station. Taxi and collectivo services are also nearby, as is a travel agency.

It is beautiful and very comfortable. In a quiet and peaceful place, it has its restaurant included. I did not like that when they cater to a lot of tourists in their restaurant they do not want to take your food to the room, for God's sake if you are also customer, but from there on more all very well.

Located in the tourist block of la caňada, Chablis hosts a swimming pool, restaurant, car park, and reasonably large rooms. Each room has a bathroom, tv, Wi-Fi, air conditioner, fan, mosquito netting on the windows and safe. Ours even had a balcony. The staff are friendly, helpful, and polite, as, it must be said, are most mexicans in the yucatan peninsula and in the south. The restaurant was very obliging to any extra wishes, and food was generally very good. Inexplicably, many restaurants in palenque run halogen, or at least bright white, lights in lieu of anything softer, and Chablis' restaurant, unfortunately, is no exception. They played rather soft jazz piano pieces, which I thought was refreshing to hear. The hotel also happens to be very clean. While we did stay during an off peak season, the prices were extremely reasonable at 45€ a night for a double room.

Staff not friendly. Cleaning on the day the pool forniture naar the pool with big noisy machines, 5 ft from our sunbed. An other day bilding the restaurant…

It is a very good hotel, service is OK, rooms are clean and the location is convenient.

Very lively yet safe. Have secured storage by reception and also provide safe in rooms. Swimming pool is clean and good music choice during non-sleeping hours. Good location and very friendly staff. A bit pricey by comparison to other hotels or hostels in town but we are only taking about £30 a night after all.

Super clean, seems like new! Great service, lovely people, food is super especially the special Quesadillas and tamales and beef nachos and everything else that you can fit in your stomach! Coming back soon!

Hello, this site is designed to forget problems, work, stress. It is comfortable. Cozy is in fact not a place to go to work is rather so that all are disconnected from it. It is simply beautiful.

On a private street with other hotels and restaurants. Little to no traffic. Good loaction right down the street from the bus station and walking distance to the zócalo. Shaded area. Swimming pool. 10/10 would stay again. Restaurant was great, nice little buffet, good prices. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms have balconies overlooking the street or gardens.

The hotel has everything to deserve more note (swimming pool, good restaurant, I try) but I could not sleep. Has the mattress more hard of the galaxy, and you see that I do not like the soft. We changed room and at least my companion slept better, but I went to the hotel with back pain.

Walking distance to the bus terminal and downtown. Clean and tidy. With A/C and warm shower, everthing you'd expect from a hotel for a couple of nights.

Great accommodation in palenque. Clean quiet. A swimming pool with jacuzzi. Consihliato.
