➜ In rooms that are not on the shore there are several discomforts, 1. They have no ventilation, although they have air conditioning, the air does not circulate, which is very inconvenient and my visit was in January; 2. The bath does not have a separation between the shower and the door, the whole floor gets wet, in addition the smells are filtered in the room by a window; 3. Next to it is a bar called the purgatory, so that at night the noises are heard too much and it is not possible to rest, and 4. There's no proper parking. Em General Cleaning is better.
We have been traveling in Mexico for the last 5 months and it's the best hotel considering their centralise location, facilities, amenities, services plus it's super affordable as we paid only USD $63 for two nights stay! Overall we gave it 5/5… Nice colonial Spanish building, friendly staff, clean — cute — high ceiling room, comfortable super king size bed, working modern aircon, ceiling fan, TV cable, hot shower, hair dryer, toiletries with two complementary water bottle, fridge, ironing equipment, sufficient Wi-Fi, plus safe street parking right in front of their premises. We got room situated just in front of the dining area which noisy in the morning (06.00 — 12.00) with activity of their staff and other guests enjoying their breakfast, & the shower has weak water flowing and need time for it to be heated however still acceptable thought… PS If you have closed — phobia, please ask for room with window at second floor.

The front desk clerk was the most friendly person and the next day the other clerk watched my things even after check out so I could enjoy the scenery. The view from the small balcony at night was delightful as was watching shop keepers setup for the day while having a coffee in the morning. Campeche centro offers that europran taste of colonial Mexico. I would suggest offering perked coffee instead of instant, however, downstairs are many small coffee shops, so this was a rustic and welcoming hotel, directly on the main centro street.
