Very well placed but quite noisy, the restaurant of the hotel sometimes makes musical evenings so do not hope to sleep before 1am, really a shame because the hotel is superb.

Beautiful hotel, two very quiet patios and hyper cosis! We tested the restaurant and loved it so much that we came back the next day! The server Maero is truly an angel, caring every minute! Not to mention the food that is excellent! We recommend 1000%!

Potentially beautiful hotel run without aesthetic sense, without charm or know how and with little attention to the real needs of guests. The beds are very very soft and the the solution given was outrageously uncomfortable. There is not interent in the rooms. The breakfast is poor and not in keeping with contemporary dietary requirements: no brown bread, no alternatives to diary milk. The staff seem unmotivated or over zealously helpful. Last but not least the better rooms of the hotel look onto a pedestrian street notorious for its outdoors bars and pubs and the noise and smell of food at night is phenomenal.

It is a place of elite, therefore cost is not very accessible, clean and in the middle of the street of restaurants, bars and tourist shops in the centre of the capital of campeche…

The rooms are quite cozy and of good standard, the price is understandable considering the location of the hotel. The Restaurant serves sea and land food, the taste is very good and the attention excellent, although it takes a while to cater.

The place is very clean and nice. The food is good and the prices are not that high. The rooms look very tidy and can give you a little tour.

The hotel is nice. The restaurant leaves a lot to be desired with respect to the place. The prices are expensive so you expect good quality food, which they did not have.
To start orange juice baptized (with water) white commercial box bread as basket of bread.
The breakfast package we ordered which included cookies and sweet bread did not serve them as they did not have them, but they did nothing to remedy it.
