⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Masterpiece in Tecate!
I don’t say this lightly: our meal at Asao Restaurant was truly one of the greatest dining experiences of our lives.

Rooms are excellent, great price, spacious, girls in front desk are courteous. This is the second time we stay, definitely coming back.

I really do like this place. Very good and kind staff the café and restaurants are very good. Super impressed with how nice the pool and hot tub area is and both are very warm.

Great place and the views are even greater! Located close to many fast food places and also a couple of restaurants in the hotel are affordable.

Our shuttle driver was exceptional, warm, professional, and clearly skilled behind the wheel. He got us where we needed to go safely while sharing genuine knowledge of the area along the way.

Staff was very nice. But the air conditioner in our room was not working well.

My stay at Hotel Lucerna Tijuana was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded our expectations.

Not the best location for this hotel. It's my fist night and got almost no sleep.

One bad thing here is parking because one night that we got there late we only found one parking space available so we took it. We have an SUV so it was a good space.

I only had a cup of coffee which I didn’t like and It was very expensive, $7 bucks.
But the place is very pretty and relaxing next time I will try the food.

Excellent experience! Room was clean, towels and bedsheets clean and in excellent condition. The shower water flow was great. The bathroom was clean.

Was greeted by a very friendly and professional young man Adrien at the front desk. Baggage was taken to our room by the bell hop. Very modern and clean hotel. Room has clean and nicely appointed.

Location ideal. From desk super friendly and helpful. Easy parking. All the pretty areas are walking distance. So you can just leave your car there and enjoy the scenery and restaurants.

Rooms weren’t the best, but it’s Mexico. Was perfectly fine for me. The location is awesome. Great staff. The included breakfast was good too. Probably one of the better free breakfasts around.

My first time at this hotel; I was impressed with how clean and accommodating the room was; queen beds, crispy white linens, awesome pillows, three king size fluffy pillows on each bed!

The hotel is well located on a main avenue near a major junction. We visit often because the rooms are spacious, clean and the beds comfortable. The staff is attentive.
