We have enjoyed Estero Beach resort for over 25 years. The private / safe environment they offer with all the amenities available within the resort are what keeps us coming back! Friendly staff, delicious food and beautiful views are also part of why I love this place! Family friendly!

Very nice place with a beautiful view and magical sunsets. The attention is first class since you enter the reception you are attended with great enthusiasm and kindness. The guy from ai explains everything very well to my lady he loved We were on February 4 and we want to go back. The only suggestion I would make would be that they will illuminate the entrance of the hotel more because it is very dark but once arriving at reception everything is very nice and illuminated and q accept senior card for discount to go more seced.

Excellent restaurant service delicious food with very good portion, the chef, the waiters very very attentive and helpful. The bar not to mention super friendly, A wonderful experience… Super recommended.! We will be back very soon.! 😎😎😎

The place is very nice and clean, its food very rich and the view that touched us beautiful I will really return.

I wanted to pay with cash and his answer was that I had to give the confidential data of my card, to which I flatly refused and was told that if I did not feel comfortable I would go somewhere else!
Previously I had stayed and I had never been asked for this information, in fact I had dialed by phone in the morning and they had told me a rate, and when I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon it was another higher one for the same room.

Me, my aunt and my Canadian host family have visited there once. There were various birds and animals around me and beautiful ocean in front of me. I felt like I fall in love and cured by the beach. Much love. Xoxo.

Right after making reservations online with a credit card that I had not used for months, I started to get fraudulent charges. When I went to the front desk to inform them and asked to speak to the manager, the manager was always busy or away from the resort. We stayed for three days and all three days there was no manager that could help us resolve the issue. Luckily our credit card reversed all charges and put us on a monitoring program. Unless you don’t mind the possibility of getting your credit ruined, I would stay away.

Covid guidelines are not respected. The pool is full and the total occupancy. Very noisy everything. It's not the place it used to be.

Very beautiful from the entrance, the jacuzzi is excellent and all the staff is very friendly I should be vegan options at the restaurant jiji the view is beautiful and my room had a spectacular view.

This place is amazing it is very clean, and everyone is so police and respectful … it has beautiful view of the ocean … the food is to die for excellent … thank you.

Can’t say enough about this place and the staff! From the minute we arrived, everyone was wonderful! We had a large trailer hauling motorcycles and parking was super easy. The restaurant staff was incredible, from our awesome bartender to the great staff that was so attentive! The food was wonderful! Although our stay was short, we loved our room and the beautiful views! Pool and small private beach were also great! Felt extremely safe here as well! Can’t wait to come back and stay longer!

One of the best experience you can get from Ensenada it's going through Estero Beach. From the very entrance you see all the well maintained green areas, you get to the restaurant to have good, fresh, high quality food yet cheap, to have a dinner, meal or breakfast with an ocean view; just amazing. It has plenty of amenities, like Kayak rental, Bicycle rental, Fishing spots, a Private beach with few people. We didn't get to stay a night there, yet we saw the rooms and they seem alright, hotel's pool was super clean. Estero is just a must in Ensenada, it is all worth it. Can't wait to book myself there next year.

Large resort with good sized rooms, located in Ensanada. Unfortunately little information given in rooms about amenities and the resort. A small sand beach with gentle surf, and a largish pool. On site restaurant although we enjoyed eating out in Ensanada more. Rooms have older style decor and felt a little grimy. Mosquitoes plagued us during our time there in August in the mornings and at night.

Was in town for a family reunion and decided to stay at Estero Beach Hotel & Resort. A beautiful resort overlooking the water. Friendly staff, great adminities and a very of options to eat, have fun or simply relax. A great place to stay with going solo, with close friends and family.

Kinda like at the end of the world. But that could be good sometimes too. Sushi is not always available. Rooms are noisy but the bed was good. Awesome staff.

Ridiculously High Prices. This is Mexico not Switzerland! I wouldn't mind paying those prices if the food was Worth it. Even the Guacamole was Bland. The only reason it got 2 stars was the ambience. Good outdoor Band, Beautiful Romantic setting. Good service. We celebrated a friend's birthday and although we sent back our food (duck was over cooked) One mixed drink, four beers, two glasses of wine, 3 salads, 2 entrees — — 86.00 Dollars. With 20.00 tip. Seriously we've eaten at Pampa's — Brazillian Restaurant. Food was Great time, Including Drinks for 4 persons under 60 Bucks. And We Don't Leave Hungry! At La Terraza's on Estero Beach at the Resort, You Should go and enjoy a special evening with your honey. Just arrive full and primered up. Trust.

This very good and very nice.

The rooms are clean, and the bed is nice, but the hotel urges some remodeling. Also amenities like a gym are much needed. All the staff, from waiters, house maids and receptionist are super friendly and very helpful.

Nice place to have lunch for a weekend. Musica, mariachi y Mar… that more you can ask… the buffet acceptable for 250 pesos.

We love staying at Estero Beach Hotel. The restaurant is pretty decent, good service and food. Gated 24 hours felt very safe. Beautiful scenery. They recently have upgraded their outside beach entrance and grounds are kept in very clean and manicured state.

It is a very nice hotel in its very quiet atmosphere, very nice beaches, but it is a shame that it looks sloppy in some areas and very important food, I don't really know if I have "chef" which I doubt, but I would suggest getting a good cook, the café tastes old desserts are not rich, and it is really very easy to make a dessert, the food equal, well one who knows how to prepare it, because if you notice the difference, I do not explain because the owner neglects something so important,.

It's an expensive hotel. Even the restaurant food is expensive too. But it has such quality both the restaurant and the hotel that doesn't hurt to pay. We'll be back as long as we can. From the arrival to the hotel to the exit of the same we had an excellent attention. Also close to home. We live in Tijuana. Highly recommended.

From here, you can see some very beautiful sunsets. Good place. The resort lacks maintenance. It is very quiet and spacious.

Clean, very relaxing and I mean very relaxing, the pool never heated, the jacuzzis nice always someone, secluded, quiet. 25 minutes drive from downtown Ensenada. People always nice! Never ever feel unsafe.

The entrance to the hotel resort was somewhat hidden, but it is right next to the sea, which is beautiful. The resort was huge, and the hotel rooms were all clean, well-kept, and spacious. The pools were clean, and if it hadn't been raining, I would have spent time in them. The food for breakfast was okay, nothing that stood out, but the service was good.

Private beach, on a shore of a very special shallow lagoon. Very serene, and very affordable. Nice restaurant serving fresh seafood, great service. We have enjoyed alive mariachi band singing and dancing for guests.

I just moved to Ensenada and this place is one of the best ones I've seen. Free entrance-but Summer-.

I went to breakfast on mothers day and even though I was not feeling the excellent service and attention of Tooooodos employees.

I went to a buffet, I was super rich. Hard to 1pm. Excellent food and service.

The place is great! Only thing is I got charged on my credit card twice when I didnt even use my credit card. I ended up paying cash my coz their card reader was not working, but I ended up getting charged anyway. Charged for different price than the one I paid for in cash.

Awesome place. We usually stay on the north side of town but this place is so worth navigating to. The maya rooms are so spacious, the balcony is huge and the entire grounds are so inviting. Security is makes you feel secure and the Sunday brunch is awesome, fresh tortillas, Chilaquiles to order and cooked right in front of you. The red sauce should be bottled.

Fantastic getaway in midst of fast growing area. VERY helpful staff who are quick to accommodate and smile genuine smiles. Excellent views and atmosphere. I will go back for sure.

Stayed with my family and had a great time. The rooms were clean and the staff was really friendly. The pool was relaxing, the views were beautiful, and the restaurant was delicious. The TV channels weren't in HD, but we didn't care about that. The Wi-Fi worked well and was easy to connect to. We definitely plan on coming back.

Jet skis were well worth the price of admission. Good food and great drinks. Can't beat the prices. Probably the cleanest establishment to eat at in Ensenada.

Terrible. We were actually trying to get to just the beach and ended up in the resort area. The guy at the gate charged us 10 US dollars each, there were 4 of us, to use their beach area as guests. He told us they had beach chairs and umbrellas lined up so we paid and went in. He also gave a $40 voucher to use in bar or restaurant. When we got to the beach area, there were only a very small handful of chairs and umbrellas set up and the beach area available for swimming was tiny and surrounded by 2 walls on each side. Not what we expected. We couldn't find out way to the public beach side. Terrible and waste of our money.

Great location if the views are what you want. Rooms are cozy and we'll maintained. Service is good as they help with luggage and even direction around the resort. The restaurant is great, food is delicious both dinner and breakfast, also inexpensive as well!

Great rooms. Young man came to be nice I arrived and helped me out with my luggage he had a great friendly vibe my kids love this place. A/c and cable. Food is also available inside the resort. I strongly recommend everyone to try out the food outside this place not even a mile away from here.

Estero continues to be a favorite place. Great service and hospitality, good food and proximity to San Diego. Loved the upgraded Mayan room, super comfortable bed. Staff service and each hotel worker is totally put together, well trained and seem proud to work there. Can't wait to go back! :-)
Water pressure is still in need of improvement and the gift shop need overhaul but overall, a solid place worth staying at. Especially if you have kids that want to ride bikes. You'll feel comfortable letting them as it is a private resort.
Note to hotel: please bring back your original style French fries. The new ones are not tasty and you're clearly not selling them like before when every kid had an order or was waiting for their order poolside.

This was my first time around but my familly has been here a few times for the past 3 years. I really loved the environment som days peacefull some days with live music and great atmosphere. The service was good the restaurant took a while to bring food but it was good. There are nearby grocery stores and it is very private. I spent my time relxing at the pool and fishing compared to other places ive been at I do consider this hotel a place to definitely come back too :) depending on what type of vacation you are looking for is what counts if you come with calm people it can be very peacefull but if you want to party this is forsure NOT the place for that they are a bit more strict party wise… its more of a calm place. For family and kids

Overall I had a great time here. I came for a BF Goodrich baja 500 off road tour. The views are great. Decent little restaurant to eat at. The rooms are a lil dated but its Mexico. I would prob stay here again…

The stay was overall pleasant. It was a great drive in, pools we're fun with a bar in the pool, and the restaurant was fantastic. However, for the relative price and expectations there were some letdowns. The hotel room was a bit dusty and the carpet did not feel clean. Towels we're not allowed in the pool area but the towel stand was often left without clean towels. Checkout process was not as hospitable as other places I've visited. Overall: would stay there again if the other resort doesn't have availability.

Great customer service all around. A huge thank you to Luis for his exceptional service. He helped us with the Valle De Guadalupe wineries info. He also took our stuff to the room even though house keeping was still cleaning the room. He put everything inside and he told the girls I needed to change and was going to use the bathroom. The rooms are a bit outdated (we stood at the talum section) but they were clean and the bed was comfortable. Rooms have an outdoor patio or balcony. They also have cabanas on the other side. The pool area is amazing and the view of the ocean spectacular! Especially at sunset. The Jacuzzi is off limits to kids from 7 pm to 10 pm for adults only. They have a swim up bar and a food area where there's picnic tables. They offer scuba diving, seadoos, banana boats, jet packs, and kayaks. This hotel is also known for hosting concerts. Wi-Fi is free. Parking is across from the rooms between the rooms and cabanas. They offer massages pool side. There's a museum and a store. There's residential area near the front. Giving it a 4 stars, we read the bar/restaurant was open till mid or 1 pm. We got back from centro de Ensenada at 11 pm and wanted to get a drink. We asked where it was at and followed instructions. Unfortunately, it was closed. Conveniently located by everything 11 miles from wine country. There's a Walmart, Starbucks, Home Depot, McDonald's, and a movie theatre within 4 to 5 miles.

I went for the concert of Gloria Trevi and we stayed here… This very well their facilities.

This review is only for the common areas of the resort, I did not see the rooms themselves. My wife and I went there as an excursion through our carnival cruise. The place is in a state of disrepair. The sidewalks have sinkholes where the bricks are falling through, the man made beach is small and cluttered with seaweeds, we saw an old dirty towel on the beach that had been there for who knows how long, there was a 5 gallon bucket with concrete in it just sitting there, rusty nails on the ground as they are supposedly still renovating, the construction workers would frequently walk by staring at women in their swimsuits and smoking cigarettes. Lunch was served and honestly the store bought taquitos that I heat up in the oven were better. The little swimming pools and hot tubs were ok I guess. They do have jetski rentals which was cool and you can take then right up to the opposite beach where some sea lions hang out. I'm glad we were only there for a few hours and not for the entire vacation.

The hostel has a lovely view of a cove with wildlife visible frequently. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly often went out of their way to help out. There is a lot of construction projects going on. They don't directly interfere with your stay, but the give the place the feel that they are in transition. Which is good, as our main complaint is that everything feels just a little broken down and dated.

The rooms were very nice, the entire time I was at this hotel I felt completely safe. Im from America and hardly speak any spanish and just about everyone there spoke fluent english it was an enjoyable experince.

I had such a wonderful time at Estero Beach, they have the greatest hospitality. They also have most delightful waiters and waitresses that serve real mouth watering cuisines; my compliments to the chef. I can't forget to mention the bar area, there is a view to the sea that is majestic and a barman that words can't describe.

Love Estero Beach! I've been camping with RVs there since the 1980s. Stayed in the rooms several times… last time at Thanksgiving 2014. It is an absolutely magical place!

Great resort! The property is very well maintained. Everything works and every corner is spotless. There are excellent tennis courts available 24/7 on property. The staff is absolutely outstanding. They are kind, attentive, and proactive. We enjoyed our stay here and will happily return in the near future.

This is a great place, not one person was unfriendly, it was a place to check in and not have to leave, cozy atmosphere, awesome service from time you check in til the time you check out, friendly smiles kind words and perfect english from everyone of the staff members. Will totally return, a thank you to all of the staff members including the security gaurd letting you in the parking lot. Amazinggggggggggggggggggggggggggg :) not expensive either! big plus.

We had a great experience during our stay. It was my birthday weekend and the people there made us feel so welcome. From the people at the front desk, the employees, the ground keepers and most of all the Restaurant crew. Very friendly staff. Very welcoming, very helpful. The manager even upgraded our rooms to an ocean view as a courtesy, and it was 3 rooms upgraded. Very relaxing, calm, friendly environment. Great restaurant. Great view. Great Pool and Jacuzzi. I have all positive stuff to say about this place and no negative.

Beautiful place to hang out.

Great quality for Mexico but the staff gave us keys for another guest's room took an hour to fix the problem and wouldn't even offer us a bottle of water. We were so tired after a few hours of driving.

Loved our stay here the Jr suite was fabulous with an excellent view of the ocean and just steps to the pool and hottub.
