Just stayed here the week of 1/12/26 and the facility and staff are just amazing for a very affordable location.

Positive: Super clean, ample parking, very comfortable rooms and decent breakfast. Negative: n/a.

This hotel far exceeds my expectations! Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Rooms are so clean and comfortable. Bathroom amenities are of high quality. Feel safe anywhere of premises.

Wanted to stay close to the border for an appointment and this hotel had a good location just a couple of blocks away from the place we needed to visit.

This place is great if you want a quite place out the busy center. And you still 20 m from center. I love the local stores and coffee shops in the area, and a vary nice ice cream shop 2 blocks away.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations! The entire property was beautiful, clean, and well cared for.

They’re going through construction which is good but the down side was I had no hot water which is not usual and certain outlets are tied to the room opposite me under construction.

It was nice enough at first, but we did see a few roaches in the room and kitchen area. The bathroom was extremely small. If you sat down, your knees were about 3 inches from the wall.

This is a great hotel if you are anywhere in the area. It is modern, redone, super clean and comfortable. The place is pretty. You can get a room with a balcony and the beds are super.

Loved my stay here! From the second I got here it was excellent service, the valet took my had to help me off the car and took my bags with me to the front desk!

This is a great place to stay. It has so many restaurants nearby. The employees were really nice, and the room was clean.

Great room. Equipped with refrigerator, microwave, stove, and utensils. I love the large windows. Let's in a lot of natural light. Luis the concierge is a delight. Overall a wonderful stay.

So far so good. Basic clean room. They have been helpful with problems I’ve had with the room heater and I can usually communicate pretty well with the staff without knowing much Spanish.

Solid hotel for the price. It is easy to walk to Av. Revolución. It has a cute restaurant terrace on top.

I stayed here while recovering from Surgery. It was difficult for me to communicate needs because most staff is non English speaking. Everyone is very kind and helpful though. We figured out ways.

Just about does the job. Dont expect too much. Has many restaurants arou d which is great. Rooms are okay. If need a stay near airport or for US visa work this place is a good option to stay.

This location is great for travelers visiting the U. S. Embassy, as it's within walking distance.

Positive: The bed was comfortable and room was nice with pool view. Negative: They double booked our room.

It was clean and the staff were so nice! Do not book through Vio. Com, the reservation did not go through to the hotel booking site but they were very nice and they made it work for us.

Good service, they should improve the cable TV channels, they are very few and also do not have the ESPN channels.

Perfect low key no frills hotel for airport stay. Safe secure underground long term parking available. Clean rooms, pretty quiet, restaurant/bar. No airport shuttle. But cabs are quick.

Motel Reno was a good budget option for visiting Tijuana. The room was a good size, beds were comfy, and the shower was hot. The staff was very nice, and the breakfast was good.

The location is good since it's inside a nice plaza. Surrounded by restaurants and bars. They have good security 24 hours a day. Free breakfast and check out it's midday. The border is 5 minutes away.

Such a perfect and wonderful place to stay the night, if you’re looking for privacy and commodity for a low price this this the right place.
