This place sucks, people from the front desk are the worst customer service ever.

Buen lugar para pasar la noche, hizo falta un refrigerador para que la experiencia hubiera sido perfecta, la atención, calidad y servicio fueron muy buenos.

El lugar es agradable y la atención muy buena. Pasan a limpiar las habitaciones por la mañana y dan servicio de lavandería. Lo más importante en esta época ha sido el aire acondicionado. La piscina también está muy bien (dan toallas para ello). La seguridad es otro punto. Se entra con tarjetas de seguridad y da un poco más de confianza para dejar las cosas en la habitación. Lo único que se extraña es que antes solían tener un frigobar en cada habitación, así que se podían guardar los refrigerios; ahora ya no.

If you're checking in, ask for your bills up to date. In my case it took several days to send them and they didn't even send them to me, they sent them to a co-worker. Hence your stay is pleasant.

Check in was less than 10 mins for 3 rooms, payed with American debit with no bank issues, Rooms were nice and clean and very cold thanks to the AC. Maids and Hotel staff were very friendly, Pool was a chilled in the morning but due to very high temperatures it would warm up later in the afternoon, still had a great visit! Check it out. Local restaurants also deliver for very cheap :) Good meals less than $10 wit delivery.

All right place, nice lobby, the negative is that I touched a room with carpet and smelled weird, the homeless pool is very hot.

Its green areas are of the best, have ample parking which makes the stay much more comfortable and safe. The service of the guys at reception very friendly and warm.

Good clean it has a pool is chill thin walls so you can basically hear everything nd there is very annoying train but it's cheap so don't expect more.

I went to the Sentinel room, the Wi-Fi did not work, the assistant did the possible but not worked.

Good place to spend the night not luxurious at all. We got a room for 2 and they gave us 2 seperate beds for some reason. We paid 62 dollars (not pesos) for a night.

Hotel is very clean. The area where the pool is is nice. There Is Cable and Internet included. It Was fast enough to use Netflix and YouTube at the same time without problems. It'S a good optcion cheaper than the hotels around.

The guard of the hut should be kinder, laughs at the guests when asked something, from there on out all right, nice place and cozy.

Love the hotel, the service and the rooms The only thing is that it's so close to the train so of ur a light sleeper or have small kids it may not be quiet enough.

The rooms really need a make up. TV does not look good, there is no clock in the room and dirt gets in to room from the lack of a dust cover at the bottom of the entrence door. "Continental breakfast" is only coffee and some sweet bread or two types of cerial. Pool is nice.

The name itself says very colonial the place. The rooms are simple nice with what you need. The only thing will have Q change your air conditioner XQ is noisy.

Like the hotel nice, the guy from front desk was great good customer services! The only bad thing about the hotel is there pool hours it's from9-9 but in the summer I think they should keep open until 10:30 pm. Because it's night time and still hot! My family enjoyed the stay and would stay again on our next visit to Mexicali!

Nice inexpensive way to stay in Mexicali. Nice rooms. Quick continental breakfast and a nice pool. Would definitely stay there again!

Spend the night after going for a family reunion. A big number of family members stayed at this hotel. The rooms were hit and miss. Most were clean, but a few had issues. The biggest being a non working A. C. It was late June in Mexicali, meaning the temp reaching near or above 120°. Check-in was a process, i. E. ID required for all above the age of 18. I must compliment their security, they ran a right ship, making sure that only paid guests are in the premises. Only problem with that was that even my Sister was not allowed to come to say hello, and was only allowed as far as the lobby only.

Its a good hotel if you want a cheap and clean one. The pool its good. The only bad of this hotel is the low pressure of shower.

Very clean and comfortable, they are making improvements to the rooms and the service is excellent. We have noticed that no other hotel has its security, private parking and gardens. I recommend it!

They were rude because I parked at the front area to unload my things. They charge more for rooms but haven't changed anything, no microwave nor mini fridge. My husband went for ice to keep the babys milk cold and they had no ice. He had to go next door at Sanbors and get ice, but they told him that he had to purchase something in order to receive ice. This hotel is getting worse on service, courtesy and attention to detail. I would not recommend to stay there if you are expecting to be received with a smile and feel welcomed. I would off rather go next door or to Araiza but they were all booked.

Was a week hosted, is are doing remodeling in them rooms, to my me play a room of those, the bed was very comfortable, the space is suitable for the type of room and the price that pay, the personal is very attentive from them cameras to them receptionists, all very clean, has a garden with pool that inspires out to read a book by them afternoon after a tired day of work, they have a choice of buffet breakfast or continental, very good both.

We booked a King room, and they gave us 2 Doubles. We walked back to the front desk and showed the clerk my confirmation. She told me the only King room had no heat (it would be 30°F that night). I started to ask for a refund and walk to the nicer hotel next door, and suddenly they came up with a King room. Getting ready for bed, my husband went to plug in his breathing machine (C-Pap) and discovered there was no electrical outlet on the wall behind the bed or on the wall between the bed and the bathroom. We called the front desk and asked for a long extension cord so we could plug it in on the opposite wall and wrap it around the room to the bed in a manner to avoid tripping on it in the middle of the night. They brought the only one they had which was pretty short. The only way we could make it work was to plug it in by the bathroom sink, drop it down to the floor and across the doorway into the toilet/shower. We laid a towel over the cord and anchored it with shoes. We had to leave the light on so we'd see it. We were awoken twice by a very loud and close train whistle. In the morning, I took a shower. The bathtub's porcelain was worn away in several places exposing the metal. The shower head was frozen in place pointed at the wall, making it very difficult to wash and rinse in water that was tepid at best. There were no wash cloths. The free continental breakfast was awful. The pastries were stale and the coffee was watered down.

If I charm, it is quiet and clean.

All in good condition, the treatment is gentle, not too much. Disposable in the continental breakfast. With The Pool.

Everything was good for my stay for a week but the last day before cheching out I whent to the store and left my purse and laptop in the room I had pack everything dobble check nothing was staing behind even my ipod I put it in my purse and the rest lugges I put them in the car when we where leaving the cleaning crew was in the next room cleaning and saw us leave we came back got my purese and loptop and checkd out I dint leave my purse out of my side at all till we got home nex day I wanted to listen to music guess what it was not there I put everything out and nothing someone take it out I told the but like always they didnt do nothing.
