They did not respect the reservation!
And there are no rooms in any hotel anymore
And they only say q was another receptionist's mistake q already ran
And! Now where we sleep

Lousy service… without consulting you they just approached us to ask us to withdraw just the same day we made the payment for two more nights, as a "sanction" just because I had one more person when we wanted to pay the extra and they said there was no problem.
They did not want to return 100% of our payment that was made in advance when we already had 4 days ago stayed there.
❌ I don't recommend it ❌

After visiting Ensenada at least once a month. This hotel is by far the worst I've ever stayed at. Absolutely no parking (even in adjacent parking lot). Tried to take a shower and my bathroom completely flooded. Asked for a room service menu which took 45 minutes to get. Ice machine contained mold. Room phone didn't work in 2 outlets Save your money or spend a little more at one of the adjacent hotels.

Ps I was visiting a cousin, because she stayed there, all right. Pool closes at 9 o'clock, but Cdo ivan to clean the pool, the employee told us already iva to collect tmbn furniture, to which I did not find anything correct, since we were NOT making use of the pool.

Excellent location and despite not having much parking there is always surveillance outside, very clean and very comfortable rooms with everything necessary for a stay plascentera, we will return without doubt.

Everything was excellent, except when we walked to the room we found a note from the maintenance ladies stating not to place trash on floor. Really? Yes, we had kids and of course there were crumbs and we were going to leave a good tip, however after the note was found we thought twice about coming back. You need to check after your housekeepers. If they dont like their job, they need to go somewhere else.

Great Location and I loved the design of the building. The staff was friendly and gave a good recommendation for seafood in the area. I would return.

I’m not exactly sure how to rate this. By American standards, it kind of sucked. Hard as a rock beds, water in the shower is either scalding hot or ice cold, and the pool was freezing. But maybe for Ensenada standards it might be nice? Cute rooms, close to shops in tourist area, friendly staff. I’m torn…

You can book a room for $65 online, at the hotel it's a bit more. The bed is kinda hard. The TV is hard to use, I had to call the room service guy. The bathroom towels are relatively small so take your own! They do provide mini shampoo and soap. The bathroom is simple and has a shower (to stand, not bathe. ) I would stay there again. The help desk is really friendly.

Great place decor loved everything about it except the beds in no were so hard could barely sleep and Wi-Fi wasn't worjking in my room! I had to on too the pool area!
