At the time of paying my reservation I asked if it included the buffet breakfast, to which the lady at reception told me that yes, and when we finished breakfast they asked us for the payment for two buffets, and at the time of going to reception for a clarification the lady (same who had attended me when I arrived) I denied that she would have told me that if I included breakfast, so I had to pay for it.
it is not the amount but the action of deceiving the customer with a fee, total, I would have told myself from the beginning that I did not include it and I would have paid the fee that if it includes it.
I think it lacks a lot in terms of customer service, since since I arrived the lady did not even welcome us for being on a call, which was heard of a personal nature by the way of talking and laughing.
