Wonderful location and excellent Sanborn Restaurant provided delicious meals. The best hotel attendant is Alexa and she responds better than the app. Lol.

All love everything about the hotel, from the location, amenities, the design and decorations to the fact that it is right next to Sanborns which is a place I enjoy going for breakfast or dinner. The personnel is kind and helpful always willing to help. Beds are fantastic to have good rest and sleeping without any disturbing noises from other rooms. Rooms are big enough to feel at home.
I love that just crossing the street you have the Oxxo, café punta del cielo, las antorchas which is a good place to eat Mexican food, there is an HSBC just a few steps from the hotel and beautiful buildings around very close to the cathedral and town square.

The ugliest and smelliest hotel i’ve ever stayed at. Very unprofessional, starting from room services not having enough towels in the rooms along with their rooms being very dirty, they don't change the bed sheets. I've never experienced anything like that at any other hotel, they stole clothing and jewelry from my luggage. Worth thousands of dollars, reported it and they act like that never happened. They told me that no one took anything from my luggage. I'm not the first person they been stealing from. There’s been other guest that have experienced the same thing. Don't trust any employee that works in this hotel they work together to steal items from their guest.

Terrible hotel, bad housekeeping, and they need to upgrade the hotel especially the floors 👎🏻 one of the housekeepers they told Mom jewelry after the complain. They didn’t due nothing about it. Bad experience hotel, never again…………Horrible HOTEL PERIOD….

Stayed the night for San Marcos festival rooms were dirty beds full of black hair so I know they never changed sheets. I definitely got bed bug bites. If this management worked for me I would fire them all you must trust but verify people’s work always. Floors had so much dust around edges TV stand covered in lint I was blown away how bad rooms are. Great location city center shame Management and employees don’t make more of an effort to make place stand out. Pictures online are a bunch of fu fu dust only photo that’s real is main entrance and lobby area. Hope ownership reads this I am willing to make the trip back and give guidance and help walk management out the door. This place deserves better leadership.

Poor infrastructure in the rooms, not many outlets, faulty lamps and very dim lighting in the restroom, to the point that the shower was pretty dark. We wanted to ask for room service but after three attempts, nobody answer, we even asked reception to ring them but nobody answered. For the price this place is just not worth it.

Very clean. Polite and professional service. Nice rooms and easy access to the city.
Only 2 small problems. None of the employees spoke English. And it takes a while too get your car out from the parking.

This a great sm/med size hotel with a lot of tradition. The classical architecture of the Sandborn's next door complements it just right. Very well located a block away from the cathedral. It is adorned with a bullfighting theme through out.

Very good choice next to the main square with easy access to most downtown attractions. Our double room, while dated, was large and comfortable. We had hot water and good Wi-Fi our entire three-night stay. My main ding was a little louvre window placed at the top of the big room window that would not close entirely, so street noise could be heard during daytime (not an issue at night). There was a large room safe, but it wasn't bolted down and the room closet door was a little difficult to open all the way. Breakfast was very good and food items changed daily. Overall we enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it for the price.
