It is not the same as before, at least yesterday new mind I desepcionaron in an event that was organized there, cold food, no flavor… They used canned mushrooms, badly in silver, the horrible coffee… They should put more effort into the events that are organized in their own hotel. In addition the rooms and facilities need a remodel, even a traditional hotel that does not mean that they have to forget to keep it sloppy and abandoned.

Stayed 3 nights at this lovely Victorian establishment whilst in Aguascalientes for a conference. Staff are exceptionally pleasant and accommodating, while not modern with some lacking conveniences, this was overcome by the charm and excellent food. The restaurant serves a varied offering all very good with specialty dishes that are historic to the area. The bar is well stocked and has an accommodating patio or lawn area to relax and enjoy refreshments.

Great place to have family breakfast on the weekend or their lounges for the festivities. The only ones is that they should modernize the bathrooms, the waiters modify them in the presentation and attitude well the plastic chairs nooo please.

The hotel is in terrible condition, blankets agujeradas, the beds harsh of very poor quality and the hidden charges made us pay 5000 pesos of more when the receptionist of name Jaime told us that it could go through the date of check in due to that two of the three of My habítaciones would arrive until a day later and still we were charged for the employee recanted when the manager of Norma name asked! The hotel is old, sloppy and with incompetent staff that doesn't solve anything.

It Is a beautiful and elegant place, the only complaint I put is that the gym and pool are not as well catered for as the rest of the resort, outside of that their service is excellent. It Is somewhat expensive but worth the price, the employees are very attentive and friendly.

If you want to rest, ask it to be a room away from the halls, since with the music in high it can cost you to stay asleep. The staff is very attentive and making conversation give recommendations of places to visit. The hotel keeps a lot of history without compromising the comfort. Spacious, bright and clean rooms. On Sundays there is live music (Jazz) in the restaurant.

The event lived up to what it was, was very organized, everything was where it should be, the weather was due, and the facilities were of the best as the team, everything was already prepared from a day before and that speaks very well of the hotel, the iinstalaciones of the hotel are very nice, very spacious and knows how to use the spaces perfectly, I liked the stay there.

We only spent a night at the hotel, the rooms are really spacious but I found the pillows really uncomfortable.

I have been here many times and its just a classic and a must for at least one stay in Aguascalientes. Old building and kept in great shape. Food is traditional and tastes homemade. The service is also respectful and assertive. Well located with pool and gym in house. EDIT **** After a day at the hotel I must say that I am disappointed not only as a guest but as a customer renting a conference room. The coffee break which I pay for in the conference room ran out of coffee and water many times making me to go out myself to ask for more interrupting my lecture. During lunch break I ask security to lock the conference room so everyones belongings are safe until we come back. I had to wait more than 20 minutes for them to lock the door. There are way to many internet connections depending on what part of the hotel you are standing at, making you switch to one another continuously; a very poor and inconvenient setup. I have rented the conference room for the weekend (sat and sun) and also made reservation to stay and sleep at the hotel. Upon my arrival I was told I have a room just for one night and told me they were booked. No common sense on the reservation and events department… My only options were to find another hotel to sleep or pay for a master suit. I went for the master suit paying the difference and the reminded me that on Sundays breakfast is not included (which at the moment seemed like an insult after all the trouble of switching rooms I went through).

A beautiful hotel in a great city, the hotel is 5 star and is not very expensive for short visits, the location is very good to attend bullfights, or theater, the only thing I didn't like is that they charge you the parking, otherwise the service and facilities are very good, could improve bar service that are very saturated in the bar even with very few people.
