Absolutely loved my weekend here! Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff, helpful and polite and always there should we need something!

Lovely place the room was amazing we had a room with a terrace location is great also would definitely recommend the staff were very friendly and helpful special thanks to Bridget for all her help.

Very pleasant hotel right in the heart of Valletta.

A truly remarkable hotel, with good food and friendly well mannered staff. Set right in the heart of this beautiful yet historic city. I plan to now use this hotel on every business trip I make to malta 10 out of 10

Rooms are good. Clean and comfortable I had skylight in room which leaked in the rain. Hotel put towels down to soak up water. No hint of moving me to another
room
Breakfast ok. Not the best to be honest. No buffet had to order from menu. Could have been ok if service better. Forget roof top bar. You have to ring down to bar in basement to bring drink up.
Bar closes early.

A jewel in the crown of Valetta. Could not get any closer to the centre of the city. Beautifully refurbished.

We stayed here last night and were really happy with the high level of customer service by every single member of staff we encountered and the quality of the the place in general. We will definitely be returning.

Having opened its doors in May of 2018, the Cumberland Boutique Hotel is located some 5 mins away on foot from Valletta’s main bus terminal; therefore, it’s easily accessible by public transport from the airport — just take bus x4. The building itself has recently been restored, adding old charm with modern conveniences. The rooms are quite big for a boutique hotel, well decorated and VERY comfortable. Also, there is a terrace on the 5th floor with a nice view of the 3 Cities! Staff are kind and polite, always willing to help, with a nice big smile on their faces. There were only two minor things that I think can be improved — the Internet (it kept on disconnecting frequently) and breakfast (more choices, please! ). But that does not, in any way, tarnish the excellent service that this hotel provides! I will certainly stay here again and recommend it to all my friends and family who are looking for a place to stay in the birthplace of Corto Maltese.

Really nice location within valletta, excellent decor and comfortable rooms. Roof terrace has an excellent view.

Perfectly located to all that is the heart of Valletta. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend a stay at this brand new hotel, 5 stars, until we see you again next year.

A new hotel in the center of Valletta. It still has that new house smell. The room was nicely decorated in a very modern style. It even includes a nespresso machine. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

If you are visiting Malta, The Cumberland is a perfect base from which to explore the fantastic City of Valletta. A very pleasant, comfortable Hotel with all modern amenities built in the heart of the City, staffed with people who are only too eager to make you feel welcome. Very highly recommended.
