What a fabulous hotel! We will be sad to leave tomorrow. We have had an amazing holiday with a great part of that down to the outstanding staff in this beautiful hotel. They are incredible friendly and helpful, nothing is a bother from recommending and booking local tours and restaurants to making our stay more enjoyable with their friendly chat. Freshly cooked breakfast in the morning is just delicious. The rooftop pool is glorious with fabulous sea views. Despite being small, there is never an issue getting loungers. The 3 bedroomed family apartment is beautifully furnished and spacious. We will definitely be back!

Well where to start everything so amazing.
Probably with the girls at reception. I have never met such helpful friendly staff before and I've travelled to many hotels. They cannot do enough for you to make your stay the best possible. Arranging trips transfers and helping with any info needed they were superb. We came as guests but instantly felt like friends.
The apartments are fabulous spotlessly clean and the maid service is superb. We even got our laundry done at a brilliant price and it was laundered beautifully.
The rooftop pool is to die for. Comfy loungers and never a problem to get one.
The transfers they organised for us were also first class.
All in all one of the best places I've ever stayed and exceeds any 5 star I've been in.
Highly recommend to anyone.
A proper little gem.

Everything about this establishment is good staff extremely friendly and helpful and would recommend this very highly, just coming to the last couple of days here but it's been a thoroughly enjoyable experience for myself wife and 12 year old.

I just wanted to say thank you for making our stay accommodating & 1st class. This amazing place is situated in one of the best locations in Malta close to everything and easy to get around. Definitely will be back and will stay only here. So lucky to have found you especially when this was our 1st overseas holiday with my family traveling to Europe from Australia. Just loved it. Great location, clean big unit, friendly and helpful staff! Lots of restaurants within walking distance. There was a carnival parade the night we arrived so parking was horrible. But after that there was plenty of street parking. We arrived late and they checked us in quickly to get settled in. The next day, they were happy to give us all the info we needed. Had their breakfast on the last day and it was good. Other days we went to a nearby restaurant. The bus terminal is just behind the hotel for those without a vehicle.

Perfect from start to finish, very spacious room and a very well equipped kitchenette (oven, induction plate, toaster, microwave. ).
Special mention to the very considerate and smiling staff, we were pampered from start to finish especially at breakfast with a delicious buffet and an à la carte choice.
The rooftop pool is the little extra, it is very nice. It is very nice to have beach towels provided.

Lovely apart-hotel. I stayed with friends for 5 nights and it was wonderful. Good location not far from the beach & close to shops. Massive apartment with clean rooms and a balcony. A real gem :)

Home from another fantastic stay here. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Loved the updated roof top pool area and our very own sun terrace. See you next year.

Very good address to remember. Super Aparthotel, very comfortable room no noise which is always appreciable in the morning and evening.

This might have been be the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Warm and friendly welcoming by a chef responsible for hot breakfast dishes cooked a la carte. Breakfast room with a nice atmosphere and little cute outdoor seating area, great coffee and and an amazing food selection. I stayed at a cheaper single room, which was small but really nice. Staff is friendly and warm, feels like a family owned hotel (maybe it is? ). Cool rooftop pool area which is a great spot to watch the sunset!

Fantastic place to stay in the Bugibba area. Elizabeth is a star on the front desk. Will not hesitate to rebook. Rooms are spacious and very clean and there is loads of restaurants etc within 10mins walk.

I can recommend this hotel to families with several children. 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
I would particularly like to highlight the staff. Great reception, nice breakfast from the chef, …

Spacious apartments. Unfortunately no own parking spaces available (although promised at booking). Had no luck at all and had to park far away. Rooms were clean except for a bath. Kitchen is cleaned daily. Breakfast possible for a small surcharge. Many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Both Essensempfehlungungen from the receptionist were great.

The family apartments are highly recommended. Clean, gros, bright and well furnished. Only the noise level is a little high, location.

Thus hotel is really nice. The food for breakfast is amazing. Make sure you try the giant chocolate croissants for breakfast. The rooms are brilliant. Ours had a balcony, a kitchen, eating room, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen has a fridge, cooker and cupboards as well as utensils. The staff are so friendly, please try this place… You will love your stay.

So friendly and welcoming nothing is too much trouble, would definitely recommend this hotel a little jewel in bugibba.

Very good value for money. Moderately spacious flats with all the amenities you may need, incl rooftop pool. Just around the corner from the main bus station, car museum, shops and casino. Aquarium within easy walking distance. Great receptionist!

Returned to the Park Lane after 7 years and was welcomed back like a family member. I was in an apartment and I could happily live there.

Very warm and friendly I've been coming here for years thoroughly recommend the park Lane.

Clean, cosy and modern hotel. Very friendly staff who are very attentive and helpful and make you feel right at home. Nice (small) rooftop pool with great views of the town and water. Very convenient location close to restaurants, shops and bus station. Environmentally conscious about water and towels — great plus! Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

The place is delightful, easy access to everywhere. The staff are so helpful, as are all the people in malta. A beautiful place to stay & a wonderful country to visit.

Very nice air conditioned serviced apartment. Breakfast included, small pool on roof. Over the road from a bus station with a supermarket round the corner and a bar next door.

Just a few steps from the bus terminal, the hotel offers a great breakfast and very nice and helpful staff. There are many restaurants, bars and other shopping in the area. From here you can explore the entire island (including Gozo) wonderfully.

Great place to stay when your on holidays you are close to a lot of great things. Bugibba bus terminal is only 70 metres down the road. At the Park Lane they serve breakfast and clean the rooms daily, the rooms are fitted out with air-conditioning and have been modernised. There are all sorts of shops nearby for your grocery and tourism needs, and plenty of great places to try for a meal. Overall I would come back to the Park Lane.

Fabulously cozy apartments and excellent service. Probably the best hotel / apartments to stay in when you are in Qawra.

Very good small hotel in a very good position, many bars and shops in the vicinity, very close to main bus station, so easy to explore the island from here. Staff are all friendly, helpful and efficient. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. We stayed in the penthouse apartment on the roof next to the pool, with its own private sun terrace, well worth every penny.

Friendly Staff very nice place to stay.

Probably best place to stay in the Bugibba/Qawra area. Really well run by management and staff who do it all with a smile and genuine interest. The reception/lobby and self catering apartments have all been updated in good taste and really feel a step up from other places in the area.
