Returning to this lovely hotel after covid stopped us going for the 4th visit. Had previously booked one of the Panoramic rooms so was worried may lose this but the lovely Marcia was there with such a personal service and booked us one of the very best rooms in the hotel. On arrival greeted by the wonderful Aladdin who was so welcoming and soon up to our room so worth a WOW and the views amazing. Eventhough the hotel is having a major refurbishment the staff dealt with it so well and having only 100 or so guest felt persoal service was always there. Food still good and a great selection and we loved the new coffee shop with again great service. Entertainment everynight in the bar and cocktails expertly made by Helena and Peda. Also a shout out to the lady in the shop always so helpful with the card machine. But really have missed this place and will return once the amazing refurbishment is complete hopefully 2024. Thank you to everyone a t Ramla you are doing a great job Debbie & Jim Harris.

First experience in a resort and I'm delighted! No false note everything is superb! The hotel staff very friendly, the suite at the top! with sea view, a pure treat! Breakfast and meals are all-you-can-eat buffets. The room is made every day. Activities in and around the hotel are varied. Malta is a beautiful island to visit. I recommend 100% I loved everything.

This was a very nice experience! It started from booking stage — Ms. Marika Bezzina, the Sales and Marketing Manager was so nice and helpful. She booked a suite for us with a late check-out facility. The room was very beautiful, equipped with all facilities! During our stay we also visited Carisma Wellness Spa and opted for two different short massages — Indian Head and Reflexology. Amazing spa, wonderful therapists and staff. Thank you for your hospitality! I really recommend this resort.

We love everything, the breakfast buffet is so good, different variety of food with vegetarian option. The hotel has indoor and outdoor pool, private beach which we like it coz it’s not crowded. And the view was stunning. Definitely we highly recommend to our friend and relatives. Good Job to all the staff of Ramla Bay Resort 😍

Lovely place the view from are room was absolutely beautiful, we arrived at night so couldn’t see outside we went straight to bed and in morning we got out of bed opened the curtains which were 2 feet away from the bed 😍 and all we could see was ocean so we opened the doors onto the massive balcony 🌊 absolutely amazing.

Enjoyed the most amazing wedding reception here, we love it.

When you think you have seen the best of our local hotels, just a visit at this Hotel will change your mind. Even when closed for a refurbishment, and the Spas are kept open, you will find the best service… Staff with a smile… Super clean spas and pools… And full precautions for Covid all the time. Well done anyone involved.

The hotel complex is beautiful. I can recommend everything, our room was very nice, the room service was very nice and accommodating, the food was very varied and delicious. The hotel is very child friendly, the staff is friendly, it is clean and tidy. The service with the photo, I think is great. The photo's have become really great and it was an uncomplicated handling with the photos.

It was a lovely experience when we went for a spa day and done the Hamman package, recommend it to everyone. Was a bit disappointed about the indoor pool and the outside jacuzzi cause during December it was really cold. Couldn't even stay in it for a long time. I went to tell the receptionist inside the spa but she said that she couldn't put a warmer temperature, because the pool is always regulated with same degree.

The facilities are fairly new and modern, it was clean but not spotless (especially with the Covid 19 pandemic) me and my girlfriend literally didn't see anyone cleaning after we arrived there. It was a very good idea to pass the day in this place, however there was points where the place would have been better if they were optimized.
For instance, the hammam was very cold and out of our expectations, the indoor pool was very cold as well and when we asked one of the receptionists (I think the manager if I am not mistaken) she said that it's 28 degrees but it wasn't the case, in addition to that we encountered some algae on the corner of the pool (which is not a cool thing to see in a four star hotel spa space)
One of the positive things we've encountered is that another Italian receptionist who was very helpful and she gave us all the information needed for the treatments and the facilities in the resort, also the restaurant quality and staff was very friendly and professional. I hope they can fix the points I mentioned, but for sure we are going back for another day if relaxation.

Welcomed by great staff and there to help anytime. Cleanliness in the rooms with daily changing of towels. The 3 large pools are clean with a lot of deckchairs and umbrellas. Delicious bfast although under certain restrictions due to Covid 19

As the other people say the building and the staff are great. We love the site, the room (apartment) in the new block was lovely. My issue is with the price of everything and the care not shown to the fixtures and fittings. The air conditioning unit wouldn't switch off, when the repair man came and we spoke I got the impression he knew there was a problem, when speaking to other guests we were not the only ones with problems — don't let rooms with issues. If you are letting rooms on a room only basis, providing a kitchenette, either provide or get together with other establishments to provide food at a reasonable price. The fridge in our first room would switch itself off, ruining the food we bought. Turns out it was in the wrong socket. Expected more than "we are sorry", at least offer to replace what was spoilt. Feels like everything is focused on cost and profit rather than providing the best they can.

Elevator has been out of use for 6 days, Only one operating. Main Entrance does not work need to use the side doors. Toilet leaks, Courtyard view looks like Basra. Pools are nice and Staff are helpful, Breakfast is nice too. Out of the way too, so you need transport to get anywhere.

We were owners of the ocean club here for over 25 years. We are here now in the new one bed apt. They are amazing. High standard amazing balcony views. Great kids club. Lovely and clean. Very happy. Just wish one of the pools were heated as they are cold. But apart from that highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Spa is lovely and food is good too. My 5 year old loves it here. Fond memories of this hotel and still making more!

We need to go back… and we never return to places no matter how much We've loved them but we'd go here again in a heartbeat. Lovely staff. Gorgeous room. The food is amazing and the walks are beautiful. Easy to get the bus to anywhere on the island and not expensive. Definatley highly recommended.

Still staying here but so far the hospitality has been excellent, the food is wonderful and the rooms are so clean. The new area of the resort is splendid and the excursions they have to offer are amazing and at reasonable prices. Recommend this paradise to anyone who is looking for relaxation at it's finest. Also recommend having dinner before 7.30, as the sunset is magnificent :)

Very nice hotel. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. There is a clear difference between the new wing of the hotel and the original part of the building, although both very clean, the rooms in the new wing are far superior and beautifully appointed. The location is a little remote requiring use of the local bus service (which is very good and regular) to explore further afield. Very close to the Gozo ferry. My one criticism of the hotel is that residents are issued one beach towel at the start of their stay which must be handed in at check out to avoid a €25 surcharge and if they want to exchange it for a clean one at any time before that, this costs €2.50 each time. A little harsh for a 4* hotel we thought.

Absolutly lovely. Would go there again. Very nice. Loved the pool and had a great time. Something we will remember as a good memory. Already missing the times we had after just arriving back home. Hope to be back soon in beautiful Malta.

We have been here for 2 weeks and go home on Saturday, we have had a lovely holiday and would return to this hotel or recommend it to others, we are all inclusive (AI) and I would also recommend this as the location is secluded from shops and restaurants, we found it better to ask staff what was AI with drinks as the menu doesn’t state everything such as wine and spirits, the wine here is best I’ve had out of all of the all inclusive holidays I’ve been on and the food is amazing and whole menu to choose from with good quality food, generous portions, you can eat in several areas of the hotel, the entertainment has been good, you can also sit at the bar by and on the beach where it’s cooler, views are fab of the sea and Gozo, room very spacious, and beds comfortable although sheets only changed today and we go on Saturday, cups in room not replaced when dirty ones taken away, when going to the main restaurant to eat on the 4th day we were told we need to bring card with room number so this makes the wrist bands a waste of time, then other days we were told the bands not the card was needed also at the start of our holiday I had a bollocking from a staff member for helping myself to a cake for my daughter saying it’s not self service then speaking in his own language to a colleague (I had seen others do it so thought it was the norm) then other days when my husband had asked for cake he was told by staff to help himself… some of the staff come across as a bit aggressive with

The hotel is well placed and enjoys excellent views, being located in a loop of the island accessible by the means made available to the hotel. Clean and large rooms: advice, no doubt, those with sea views. Small beach but very well arranged, having next to two bars that open around 5 p. M. 00. Food not exciting, but always very varied with real fruit sculptures. I recommend booking the trip to the Blue Lagoon of Comino, at the reception: it is an unforgettable experience. Who will go, bring the bare minimum; in fact the island of Comino is very spartan with minimal services, but it is an earthly paradise that must be seen.

Good hotel, service was good. The new wing still smacks of repair, the rooms are spacious. Surprised by the presence of a kitchen in the room equipped for the full program (cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, kofemashiny, pans, crockery, Cutlery), well, all things considered. It is not clear how to fully benefit from the food products in the area of access without a car. But it's nice! What is really irritating is the inability of this new standalone wing to come out. Need a maze to get with a few twists/turns from the new to the old building and then you get to the area that you have under the balcony in a 5 meter availability. And not contribute to a good mood all artificial barriers to the flows of visitors. I have the feeling that the architect had the task to confuse the guests, not to give them logical and easily move around the room.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Having arrived from an exceptional hotel in St julians, my expectations were a little raised. So was a bit disappointed with Ramla Bay. Although you cannot fault the cleanliness, and hardworking staff. They are attentive and polite. However there is an element of 'robot' service and some smiles would go a long way… The staff seemed somewhat miserable and maybe overworked and underpaid. I saw little signs of management during my stay. And the facilities are first class. The new block reaches tropical temperatures in the midday sun though and can be uncomfortable when going to or from your room.
I chose this hotel mainly for the vegan food. Which was awesome but a bit disjointed. I could only get soya milk for coffees in the main restaurant and when I asked for soya milk, would be presented with a whole carton. Which I had to babysit for my stay and take back to my room and decant into a thermos to bring with me if I wanted a coffee in any of the other eateries. So a big hassle. I'm yet to receive a reply to my request to rectify this.
Also the breakfast lacks vegan options. The omelette station will fry up mushroom and veg though. And again I had to bring my soya milk along for cereals
I got bored of fruit salad. And the pastries aren't labelled as vegan.
Bring all inclusive is disjointed too. Although we ended up working our way through the cocktail list… The only wine guests seemed to like was the rose.

The Hotel was like in the Photos. It was beautiful, clean and just dreamlike. Our Bathroom could have used some new Silicone Joints, otherwise there is nothing objectionable. The Food was delicious and varied, but the Maltese Way of spicing is a bit of a getting used to.
The Hotel has a small Supermarket, which is very expensive. The Hotel is home to some Street cats that delight guests, unfortunately there was no Way to buy Cat food and therefore fed you plenty of Ham.
We would not have preferred to go to any other Hotel.

The Hotel keeps its promises. The Location is a bit decentralized, but since the Island is not so big you can reach everything in a short Time! We felt very comfortable. Food, Service and AI offer without Complaints. Tip: There are more AI drinks than are on the Menu. Recommended!

We are a couple with a baby who booked a lot of hotel in all in.
Nevertheless, this hotel is far from worth its 4 stars and boasts of offering an all inclusive accordingly!
At the reception: The receptionists are polite, but do not give up a smile and they really give the minimum of information when the new arrival of a customer.
The rooms of the old side are not of the present time: modern, elegant and well-appointed.
Our (87) is dated. The fridge was not filled with drinks when we arrived. The kettle, coffee cups, spoons etc. Are placed in the cupboard (no tray to put them on).
The plugs are not European (provide an adapter), otherwise you will be asked to 3euro on the spot for an adapter.
The bathroom is poorly arranged: you can sit on the toilet and wash your face in the sink.
Even being very careful in getting showering, the bathroom will under water up to the room. The hair dryer is in the room, I tell you not the accumulation of hair on the floor.
The Safe deposit box (14euro) is much too small.
The +: They had planned a bar bed in the room.
The cleaning is done poorly, in the fast-moving, at any time of the day most often done in the late afternoon.
The hallways smell like the old carpet, are dark and smell like tobacco.
The dining room is crowded with people in the morning and evening.

A very large new build (opened 2018) area on the hotel with spacious rooms. Family rooms are available. Views inside and outside are very good. Ever day room cleaning even on the apartments. Facilities are all there; even their own beach and pools. Soda and inside pool available although it didn't look very inviting. Pool has only very limited hours if you want to swim with your kids. This very strange rules seems standard in Malta and Gozo. I understand some people want rest and quiet but kids pay for the hotel too so why limit them? When building such a big expansion of the hotel; why not another pool all day for kids? This would make the hotel exceptional and a true family hotel. We didn't try the food but we were told it's very good. Parking could be improved although outside the hotel was a area for overflow parking. The hotel was perfect for me since I always have a car in Malta but if you don't have a car this hotel can be a little out of the way.

We will choose the same hotel if we return to Malta. We loved our stay.

The room we were assigned in the new part of the resort was gorgeous, two bathrooms, living room and bedroom with huge bed plus mega terrace on the sea, not to be believed!

Arriving by bus you approach on single lane dirt track, what have we let ourselves in for you may well think! Don't worry it is a lovely hotel (resort) apparently in the middle of nowhere. Go into the hotel then through the lobby and out on the terrace and there in front of you is a vista of blue sea and the rugged coast of a small island off the north coast of Malta. A 5 minute bus walk away from a regular bus service to the whole island of Malta. 1.50 Euro for up to 2 hours travel using any bus. A good place to stay.

No entertainment, beach and cramped pools, buffets not quite varied and too English, nothing to dry towels swimsuits. Very nice room on the other hand in the new building! Before June 1, snack closed, bar closed, works everywhere even a swimming pool was inaccessible due to work. All-in that is not one, full of things to pay in addition to the all-in! Hotel conveniently located for excursions to Comino and Gozo.

A modern resort with a new extension to be opened soon. It has many of the necessary facilities a sea resort should have. But it is quite isolated in terms of location away from village or urban centers. The nearest bus stops are also quite far. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the exterior landscape is worth strolling through. I personally prefer city hotels.

Swimming pool closed… Unbearable warmth in the room despite the cool weather at night and a deafening air conditioning… Bathroom with very little lighting and a staff that is not the friendliest… In short really not well. Too bad as the island is beautiful but hotel to avoid.

April 18, new construction super Beautiful. Hotel recommended for Malta. One of the better ones. I would advise against a bathing holiday. Minimal beach. And the fight in the morning around a breakfast table… well. But otherwise quite okay. Very large and clean rooms in the old building.

Good afternoon. Today is the first day in Malta. Night Flight. Not sleeping. Tired. We arrived early. A long wait for settling. Although not yet the season and the people are few. Shocked by that. We had a very tasty breakfast. I wanted to eat. There's nowhere to eat. We have breakfast and dinner. Plus in the hotel grounds and a nice room. Hopefully. That the malts will not disappoint.

Cheap hotel on the outskirts of Malta, where it is really good to stay. My review I link to several points.
— Location — a bit off, but about a 5 min walk there are bus stops, you come everywhere. The journey to Valetta or the airport takes 1-1, 5 hours depending on the traffic.
The rolling supermarket is also just a few steps away and offers everything you need.
— Rooms — quiet and with a sea view. Air conditioning. Refrigerator and safe available. Maintained. Balcony available. Our balcony door rattled but with wind and had to be insulated from us with a blanket, otherwise at night too heavy noise nuisance.
— Hotel — spacious with a slightly gloomy lobby, but large restaurant and many outdoor seating areas. There is a spa area and an indoor pool as well as outdoor swimming pools. The gym could be more attentive, many devices are defective.
Outside there are many shady spots and beach chairs with parasols.
There is also a supermarket in the hotel with reasonable prices.
Note: There are about 15 well-groomed and trusting cats running around on the outer hotel grounds.
— Food — a large selection of buffets with everything you could possibly wish for. But the breakfast is very British. Delicious desserts, fresh fruit and daily variety. Super!
— Service — always friendly, but English skills should be available. Hardly anyone speaks German here.

Hotel with remodeling necessary.

Stayed her for few days in March the hotel was lovely there's not much around shops wise and there wasn't any activities in the area either go on the bus to the city as this area was really boring. Couldn't have a walk around at night as there wasn't much lighting. They have a lot of cats I the area too. Food was nice, staff was nice but didn't know much about the area they worked in. They were doing the flooring when I stayed putting new carpet on top of old carpet. I'm sure after a few years will start to smell. I personally wouldn't visit this hotel it's too far away from the tourist attractions.

Clean, spacious hotel. The breakfast buffet was very good. The sauna was quite small. The indoor pool is perfect for relaxing. The staff was also very friendly. All in all recommended.

Great place for a getaway with plenty of places around to explore on foot. Food in the restaurant was very good and especially appreciated the very attentive service given by Joanne. I am vegan and she made sure I was well catered for.

The most advanced hotel of the Maltese island that leaves you a breathtaking view when you are on your terrace and all around the places home warm! Very large room and very clean dining area without Chi Chi.

Great Hotel in a bay on the sea, nice under all points of view, Great Hall, nice garden and clean and large rooms. Only drawback is the access road, narrow and with several ruins of various destroyed houses that disfigure precisely the place.

The hotel with the old building fabric has been significantly enhanced by a stylish extension and has been lifted to a new level. International cuisine is skilfully blended with sophisticated traditional dishes and derService is more than satisfying for the new demands.

Really nice hotel, secluded getaway for those not wanting the busy city life. Staff are really friendly, food is great. Great bus links to other towns and villages. Walking distance to the ferry that takes you to Gozo.

Really nice hotel with a lovely spa, a great bar, affordable food and drinks. Staff is very friendly and the place is only a short walk away from the ferries going to gozo. Watch out with the toilets, there seems to be a quite low pressure when flushing. But all in all a great place to spend the holidays!

Excellent value for money. The breakfast and dinner buffets are amazing. Most of the staff are ready to help but one of two did let the place down. Big rooms with lovely views. Quiet location which is nice if you want to get away from it all but it's quite far from most sight seeing activities.

Offer: €350 for a week. 2 people with breakfast and flight, there is nothing to say, even if the old building, as is often described here, is a bit rancid. The rooms are OK for the money, the shower, with fixed shower, leaves to be desired. Otherwise clean, staff friendly, breakfast quite adequate.
The Riviera Neighbor Hotel I would prefer, however, same price, modern rooms with EU sockets, however, the doors suggest very loudly.
By the way, the pools are also better and bigger.

Nice hotel, sandy beach, secluded the hotel is fine for a week's holiday. Especially the sandy beach located directly at the hotel. A rarity in Malta. Food is good. The breakfast was very British. Good starting point for a visit to the neighboring island of Gozo. Fitness room is an imposition. Old, mostly defective devices. Generally the hotel is very secluded. Also in the evening no way to go out. This is a reason for us to book another hotel next time. Transfer from the airport approx. 1 1/2 hours.

So isolated it's at least half a mile to walk to the nearest bus stop and that would be if you are able bodied. Desolate if you are staying at the front where reception is, very dusty when trying to walk to the bus stop. Just had a shower and there is no power in it whatsoever and nearly broke my neck slipping in the shower tray. The housekeeper is lovely but other staff think you are a hindrance. I blame Easy jet for this as when we booked they told us that we had all the amenities that we needed around us yet it is Barron. This is our first time away at Christmas and never will I book through easyjet again, It was a load of flannel just to get our money. Worst of all this holiday is for 3 weeks and they don't want to know. So 2 disabled people are left with a completely different holiday that was discriminatory from the beginning. The rooms they show online are the superior rooms and believe me that is not what you get. We went to take a coffee from the restaurant this morning and were stopped at the door saying this was not allowed we were tret like naughty school children. The little shop in the hotel charges the earth it was €2.50 for a bag of crisps and €2 for a small packet of travel wipes. Please do your homework before you venture to this place.

Hello everyone. We stayed a week at this hotel. The location is very nice but quite secluded deals with bosoms to come to the surrounding area there are some. But who wants to see something should rent a car, that is not a problem and cheap the rooms are very nice, and it is clean. The food was not my taste, a bit like in the canteen the staff did their job well done, super service.

In a nutshell: Committed, friendly staff problems are solved immediately guests go before profit many cats brand new rooms some monotonous food "beach" hardly worth mentioning (10 min to the bus hardly any shopping in the hotel, short opening times of the Showstopper: Butter went out and was not reordered either.
Some things are actually good, but are pulled down by a few problems. In the case of the Ramla Bay resort it was the kitchen. I was really impressed by the dedication and customer orientation of the employees.
The hotel is located at the far end of the island, in the middle of nowhere. The nearest real store is ten minutes away by bus, and the bus takes ten minutes to get there. There is a shop in the hotel which, however, has been very unfavourably opened.
Our room, actually a suite, was brand new. She still had some teething problems, but I like to see this as a first-time user of a brand new hotel room, especially as important as a shaky balcony railing was rectified immediately. The drinks in the minibar were included in the price and were refilled daily. (I give no guarantee that this is still so! )
Unfortunately, the service in the dining room corrupted me from day to day more the whim. I insist on butter for breakfast and don't let me eat with a replacement. What, butter was the problem? Yes, actually. I would not have believed it either, but it can go out to a hotel in the EU the butter.

Beautiful views of the islands of Comino and Gozo. Private sandy beach In addition to various pools. Diving Center service suitable for beginners and experienced divers.

The resort is beautifully situated on the north face of the island. Beautiful private beach amazing indoor pool and facilities. Definitely worth visiting. I recommend at least 1 week. Between October and may is bad sea weed season so the beach gets covered in sea weed but it's still beautiful was here for 2 weeks. Will be coming again.

Good place for a longer stay. Staff is nice and helpful, you can count on them. It's a quite big resort, with three outdoor pools and one indoor (in the spa zone). There is a private beach — small and dirty. The Sea is full of plastic waste. Free sunbeds on the beach and pool area. Superior room with seaview was clean and quite big. Caution — thin walls, so you hear everything from adjoining rooms (yes, better be quiet while spending sexy time with your mate ;) )! Breakfast was tasty, but somehow boring. Live music in the evenings at the bar and minimarket inside the corridors.

A good hotel to have a longer stay. Rooms are fine, with comfortable beds and nice views (superior room option). Could be more silenced though. Breakfasts decent, as well as other meals. Surrounding is nice, but very dirty. Really, the beach and nearby water was full of waste. Pools are good, the equipment is also there. Quite many tourists in one place but the hotel is ready for that. + plenty of cats. Recommended!

We visited the hotel in October this year as a family. The hotel is quite nice but also a bit outside. If you want to explore the surroundings you should use public transport. With the buses you can reach the surrounding cities cost-effectively. The hotel itself has already been well into the years. A hotel does not always have to be new, but it should be maintained. And that is not the case here. The concrete is crumbling on parts of the façade, the carpets on the floors had to be exchanged or at least cleaned years ago. The rooms were really nice, the bathroom was large enough and on the balcony we were able to sit well with 4 people. The staff in the entire hotel was very friendly and helpful at all times. Now comes the next point of criticism, the food. The quality was good, but the selection was very modest. Besides, there was the same thing every day except for little things. After a week, we couldn't see it anymore. Where the hotel has the 4 stars is not comprehensible to me, with 3 they would be fair rated. As already written, it is not the staff but the management. With a bit more attention to detail, the will to clean and a revamp of the "canteen" would be much more possible.

We've had two suites​ and a room in the new wing. Very nice staff in general, however, reception doesn't seem to be in control. Heavy construction work woke me up twice at 8:00 am (air hammering and drilling) as the new wing has not been finished yet. Complained at the reception, they referred me to "guest relations" where I'd been assured it would not happen again before 9 am. Two days later, air hammering again at 8 am… I went down, made the workers stop doing it and explained, that this was a hotel where people might not want to wake up at 8 am for noise like that. The manager agreed, but obviously it should not be me, having to yell at their workers… Pros: nice variety of food, rooms and suits in the new wing are clean, nice and spacious. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful.

It's not a 4 star hotel. You can make a good deal only if you have book with a great discount, something like 500, 00 euros for a 7 nights in BB or less. Staff is pleasant, food is horrible. Poor cleaning in the room. We will not get back. Update. Since we were diving I come back for a 10 day stay. I have received a free upgrade in the new structure and I need to confirm that many things has changed. The cleaning first and the other amenities. Also the breakfasts and the dinners has improved a lot. From 2 stars I'm changing in 4.

This is our 3rd visit to Malta. We love the island. The Ramla Bay gives us everything we want in one place. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the resort. Good food. Good entertainment. Beautiful scenery with breathtaking sunsets every evening. Great place to bring the family.

Lovely hotel with great atmosphere but at present being heavily rebuilt and renovated. We got the room in the quiet side other guests were not that lucky. Great peaceful location in the middle of nowhere. If not willing to go on the bus, to be fair rather good connections, I'd strongly recommend full board as NO restaurant in a walking distance. There is one shop-in-a-van with ok food nearby and that's it. On a final note if you don't like cats you might reconsider. If you do there is about 20 roaming the premises, not counting the kittens, and staring at everyone at dinner time on the restaurant's terrace. They leave you alone and don't like stroking but hard to ignore otherwise.

The staff are lovely and helpful! Beautiful location! Everything else was good, but when we visited there was construction work in progress… So the out door swimming pool was closed. Room was well maintained but our double bed was two single beds put together…

Does what it says on the tin. We went B&B, breakfast had a very wide selection, food only average quality. The restaurant outside the all-in buffet, by the bar, is very good quality food for a reasonable price. The room was clean with all expected amenities. However, we were initially placed in a room about 10m from a building site, which woke us up at exactly 7am by drilling! Not an appropriate room for the hotel to be using for its guests. Since we went with a travel agent, she moved us immediately, but I noticed others with the same problem not able to rectify it as easily, as they had booked directly with the hotel. The air conditioning was broken, and they did not fix it until our final day, though they did provide us with fans. The staff were generally very friendly and polite. If you get a good price it is worth staying at, but shouldn't be an expensive hotel.

Hotel rather 3 * than 4 * away from everything and far from being convenient in low season.

During our stay (March 2017), a strong wind blew on the beach and many glass windows allowed the wind to flow into the building (access spa, bar, indoor swimming pool) with sometimes several centimeters apart.
The restaurant (buffet self) is OK, the restaurant staff is friendly, less for the reception staff.
For the record, the staff speaks very little French

4 star hotel, enlargement, at the water's edge, but eccentric compared to everything there is to see on the island. However the tourist buses pass several times a day in front of the entrance of the hotel. The buses are a 10 minute walk from the beach.

One of the conditions of the most generous on-Site facility. Holiday season at the end of September 2015 pleasant 28 degrees, clean, clear water, and felt lots of staff, everything clean, every Morning is a small sandy beach, cleaned and re-strung. There is also a bar, a beach bar and two pool bars (according to the map at All Inn is not all inclusive but plenty of choice). At the Pools it was at times even pleasant empty (probably because of the excursion of the guests), not a fight to Lie, there are really sufficient and also parasols. At the All Inn, there is definitely a voucher for the ferry to Gozo and a boat ride to the Blue lagoon to Comino. A bus ride costs 2 Euro for 2 hours, a weekly pass is 21 euros for the whole of Malta is valid, unfortunately, but only at a big bus station available. In 4. Floor are the Suites, mega views of the plant, the Bay and the sea. Their choice of food varied and tasty, always plenty of supplies, long Speisesaalzeiten. Also here a lot of fast-acting staff. Who in between being hungry can, for example, the Pool food: Pizza, Pasta, salad and Snacks. In the evening from time to time a Quiz or live music at the hotel bar, little Animation — but it could also turn the it's the end of the season was, one probably more in the summer. Small point deduction: In the bathroom (although clean and fairly new) it smelled a little strange, possibly from the drains, or may be treated water.

Nice facility, clean tidy accommodation, plenty of water sports down in the private bay area, and some nice places to relax and fish the day away. Food is ok at best but the local area offers plenty of cheap dining to suit a varied taste.

A bit secluded, sprawling Hotel in the North of Malta. The rooms were spacious and very clean. In the dining room was one of the staff, after entering the room number to the tables accompanied, so you could get more or less squares not choose. It took some time until the Service the drinks order took. The food in my opinion would be better. But here everyone has his own opinion. (On the whole terrace is non-Smoking. There have been off 3 bar tables for smokers drawn up. ) If ALL-In has been posted, had, nevertheless every drink and eat outside of the Speiseraums be signed. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff should be friendly. It is a small private pebble beach in front of the Hotel. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the Hotel, of which there is a good connection there. A recommended Hotel with Erholungscharakter.

Been here for 2 nights so far, the staff are lovely and very attentive during dinner. Rooms are clean and spacious, helpful travel desk to book tours, lovely quiet location if that's what you're looking for this time of year.

Good and quite location (better to have rental car if you think of going out frequently). Very well maintained facility with 3 pools outside and indoor pool, sauna, large reception area. Good breakfast, free Wi-Fi. we didn't much like the room though heater/Ac had noise initially, got fixed afterwards Limited electric sockets in the room but guy was friendly to provide extension box later bathroom was odd shaped and dust bin lid had problem which was not fixed.

Very disappointed with the stars very basic personal benefits of hospitality not welcome (in parentheses) everything is done for the customer spend a lot of euros. Only positive beautiful panoramic views. Fortunately, the person of the Agency (fti) was to settle our little worries I won't not advertising for this hotel.

Nice landscaped winding system with many retreat areas and great views of Comino and Gozo. Small private beach with fine white sand. Water depth also for small children very suitable if not exactly small burning jellyfish land. Total investment quite well maintained though the Mediterranean Schludrigkeiten and safety deficiencies tarnish the otherwise good impression. And Maschendrehtzaun purpose of which are ostete, which is a part of the plant, eat and gaze einigrer apartments cloudy hard to understand. For breakfast, there is only Nescafee inexplicably.
