AC is not working, it is terribly hot in the room, impossible to sleep. Very rude owners, impossible to reach out and get support. No information about check-in. We found the key of the room ourselves by checking around the entrance. No TV, No Wifi, No hot water. Please do not waste your money and stay at some other places.

There is nothing positive to say about this accommodation.
The worst thing is how we were treated. After we discovered the shortcomings listed below and wanted to contact the owners, I experienced something that I have never experienced before on any trip, with any provider and not in such a form.
Very rude tone in very, very bad English, no willingness to cooperate, suggest a solution or even attempt to explain on the part of the provider — instead they simply hung up in the middle of the conversation and after renewed attempts to reach someone (approx. 1h) I was again stalled and asked UNFRIENDLY to leave the premises! Such behavior is unacceptable! That alone deserves a very poor rating.
The area itself is beautiful — and not particularly clean. The streets are full of cat and dog droppings and garbage, as was the entrance area of the hostel. There was also a strong smell of cat urine, which they tried to cover up with plenty of chlorine.
The room that my wife and I booked for our last night of our vacation was inviting in itself — but sparsely furnished, with technology that didn't work and had a dirty floor full of long, black women's hair, and just like in the hallway, the room itself smelled strongly of cat urine and chemical cleaner.
