Just amazing best decision ever! We are so great full to be here! Love everything about this place. Staff friendly rooms stunning dj amazing! We did struggle to chose between all the places did not know if we wanted to go to Mauritius or Thailand. Wow and we are so amazed and proud to say we did make the best choice!

The whole of the island was a highlight. The views were spectacular. The staff made this holiday very special nobody stopped smiling and they could not do enough for you. We were on the platinum island first and then a water bungalow. Each had their own magic. Never been to anywhere like this before — would come back in a heartbeat. Spectacular 😊

The resort was recently remodeled and it is amazing. The staff are some of the nicest people! Every one of them always has a friendly smile. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. All of the excursions are amazing and very well organized. I would definitely come back and spend another week!

We had an amazing time at Cinnamon Dhonveli, the staff were friendly and helpful. Osi at Rehendi bar, Sattar (pool attendant), Khair (Rehendi restaurant chef), Rafiqul (beach bar) and Akram (Rehendi Waiter) were extremely nice! They made our stay extra special and were very accommodating! We cannot recommend Cinnamon Dhonveli enough, definitely worth a visit!

Lovely resort. All the staff are so friendly. The resort itself is spotless and the rooms are spacious and luxurious. The food is wonderful and the excursions provided excellent.

Beautiful tropical resort! We loved our water villa, the view was spectacular! There are NO words to describe the natural beauty and tranquillity all around this resort. Staff was attentive and friendly. Enjoyed the variety of food, (highly recommend dining at least once at the Crab Seafood restaurant). Also enjoyed some of the daily activities & excursions. The SPA offers many relaxing treatments and the staff is super! Would love to come back some day soon!

Can’t recommend Hakuraa Huraa highly enough you will be sooooo looked after 24/7 The food is outstanding & plenty of it. Cocktails are amazing. Diving & snorkelling is an absolute must, shark & dolphin trips to. Beautiful clear waters and sunsets are amazing. Staff are 110% xxx.

Absolute paradise, amazing staff and food too. Very hot when we went so recommend high factors, make sure you bring plenty. Water villas were beautiful. My only criticism would be the only shop on the island, was very expensive $25 for a bottle of aftersun $48 for a pair of shoes to wear in the sea make sure you bring from home instead. Was a dream holiday and want to go back already ❤️❤️

I’ve been home from our amazing honeymoon at Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa just 4 days and I miss the place so much. The water bungalow was sensational, spacious and kept immaculately clean by housekeeping. The food was delicious and waiting staff were always accommodating. The spa was phenomenal and the 3 massages I had were the best. Beautiful scenery, our own piece of paradise with relaxing sunset viewing from our deck. The list goes on and on and we have so many memories to hold close to our heart xxx Thank you to all the staff, you were all truly amazing xxxx.

I did a solo trip here but the staff was amazing. They made me feel at home and were so attentive. It is a beautiful resort with many water sports. I had a water bungalow and I would just like to say it was like being in heaven. If I get the chance to return I’d definitely come back to this resort!

Wonderful resort for couples seeking a romantic break with water sports, in particular diving. Very chilled out in design and atmosphere. If you want exciting nightlife this is not the place for you. The Maldives is a wonderful place to visit if you enjoy the ocean — swimming, snorkelling, boat trips, fishing and diving — or want to switch off and relax. The resort is beautifully laid out, palm trees abs white sandy beaches, crystal clear water in the lagoon. It was recently renovated so the bungalows are top notch. Airy, modern, spacious. The Wi-Fi is good if you want to stream a movie or have to do a spot of work We very much enjoyed scuba diving during our trip — we dived 11 times in 21 days! Can’t wait to go back!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The island is fantastic and there are many fish to discover at the house reef. You can also snorkel with sharks if you dare. The food is also the hammer always fresh and delicious.

We are just coming to the end of our two week holiday in this amazing resort. We are both well travelled and stayed at some great places, but this resort is the best by far. We booked a beach front bungalow on the platinum island and we were not disappointed. Everything about this resort, has made our memories of Cinnamon Hukuraa Huraa special — the location, the service, the food and every little step that the team here take to make you feel pampered. I would like to say massive thanks to a couple of people Hannan, Doss and Naseer. Hannan and Doss have looked after us like we have never been before, tummies always full and glass never empty. Not only has their service been amazing, they are truly amazing, lovely people. Naseer has looked after our room and thrown in a couple of surprises for us along the way. We’ve already discussed when we are coming back. What a fantastic holiday. A must visit resort!

Our last day in this absolutely stunningly beautiful resort, before we head off and whilst the experience is fresh in my mind — I thought I’d share my thoughts. I’ll start at the end & work back; The Conclusion; 1. We’ve been to many luxury destinations, resorts & hotels over the years
2. This is the best of all of them — hands down
3. Will we back? — guaranteed Accommodation; Both water bungalows and beach villas are of an extremely high standard, we elected to upgrade to a bungalow on the Platinum island, and whilst its personal preference — given the privacy of your own island, pool and bar with only a handful of other guests — I deem it extremely good value for money. The bungalow itself is very modern with a wonderful chic feel to it. Food; I’m no “foodie” if honest and often live on a primary diet of fruit and salad when in the sun, however whilst here I’ve enjoyed three meals a day, and of an evening three courses. The choice is highly varied but all high quality and tasty. Be in no doubt, the food is outstanding. Resort; Impeccably clean everywhere and all of the time. Entertainment great, positioned just right by way of it being there if you want it, peace and serenity plentiful if you don’t.

Amazing! This was our third time back to this island and we are so glad we chose to come back here! The refurbishment is unbelievable and the water villas are out of this world! The staff as always were amazing, so friendly and helpful and the food as always was incredible! A special thank you to Xilca for all her help planning our wedding she was incredible and our wedding was more than we could ever of imagined, Samir for looking after us so well every day he was always so friendly and helpful, Adil who kept our room immaculate and was always happy and cheery, also a big thank you to April, Aulia, Analyn, Golam, Bapon, Indika, Majeed, Mussab, Marlon, Rumesh for the most amazing cocktails, Sujau, Romesh, Ms. Lyn and Asanka and not forgetting DJ Andrew! You all played such a big part in our wedding and honeymoon and we cannot thank you enough for all your hard work and for looking after us so well we cannot wait to come back and see you all again sometime soon!

We are in villa 323 it’s amazing, beautiful, magical we have just got back from dinner chilling on the decking now.

Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa is the perfect place to go for a little piece of paradise. The staff are always so happy and friendly, always willing to help you. The water villas are wonderful and look out to a stunning water location on the sea. The pool area is right next to the beach and it’s a perfect place to be.

Oh, this place was pure paradise. I can't wait to come back here with my wife. Place is shut down for renovation now.

Everything was great. Staff was very nice. Great choice of food in the restaurant and there are also two bars. Two snorkelling trips daily included in the price and there is also at least one reef within the swimming distance (just at the end of the platform). Their SPA centre offers professional massages at extra price. There is also a small gym (I think it is free). Swimming centre equipped with things like jet-ski, sailing boats, windsurfing equipment (to name only a few I used), however their kayaks are very uncomfortable. We went for dolphin watching trip, but haven't seen any — they refunded 50%. The unlimited laundry was quite cheap (about $50 a week) and very convenient. I wish there was brush in the house, to sweep the sand myself rather than relying on the cleaning twice a day. I have seen a complaint about gas odour from the generator nearby the beach houses, which turned out to be not true. Not only I couldn't smell it inside my beach house, but also nowhere on the island. I wouldn't hesitate to visit them again.

We are here right now. It is just the most amazing, breathtakingly beautiful place. From the sea plane arrival and the welcome to the room transfer, everything is smooth and relaxing The staff are attentive and good fun. The food is excellent, with so much choice.
We have a lovely water bungalow, which is well appointed and we are looked after very well by housekeeping. We love the unlimited laundry service! The dive staff are very professional and the kit is first class. The island is small but the facilities are excellent. It is romantic and intimate, so expect all that would probable/available in such a setting. We are embracing the beauty, the sea life and the culture. We are here for 13 nights with 5 to go. We have already decided to come back in 2 years after the island closes for a complete refurb. That’s not to say it is below par at all but I guess it needs to think about it’s future and update and compete with other islands. Would thoroughly recommend if you want a paradise holiday.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff, good food and excellent PADI dive center. Unfortunately the hotel will close for renovations from April 2018 until? I hope it will keep its charm after the renovations are done and will not become a faceless holiday resort.

Had a great relaxing holiday here after a busy back packing holiday in Sri Lanka, All staff were welcoming & friendly, & couldn't do enough for us, Our hut on stilts over the water was lovely, clean & modern. Beaches are fantastic though abit rough in places due to the broken up bits of coral. Boat trip twice a day to go out to a coral reef for snorkeling, water lovely & warm, restaurant ok, food is great, buffet style so pick what you want.

I will start with what I did not like. The journey is expensive, everyone knows it. But they do not hesitate to ask for more money for the restaurant, the Wi-Fi! the cocktails … the worst scams are activities that are expensive and do not keep their promises. We had to see dolphins for $ 60 per person, we saw nothing … We had to dive for $ 145 per person it lasted 30 minutes instead of 1:30. All the romantic dinners that have you show have a minimum price of $ 150. The spa center offers a minimum of $ 69 (pedicure) per services. So what is really included is the very good buffet morning, noon and night, the cleanliness of the rooms. Once but no twice.

Does not have a proper doctor on the island which is not even able to measure blood pressure. In such holiday brochures, it is difficult to say that apprentices are employed as doctors for cost-saving reasons. Anyway, if something more serious should pass, you'd have to fly to Malé to be treated or checked. Of course, the cost of $600-800 for Hin — and return flight with the seaplanes must be covered by the traveller, which is completely overpriced even by Swiss standards for a flight of 45min or 5h. Fortunately, we had taken out travel insurance before, otherwise the trip would have cost double that. All then with overnight stay, as the seaplanes only fly at a certain time (800 million! )

Wonderful view, staff friendly, good service. Food almost the same every meal serve in the buffet style. Complain or suggest to the staff, they never take action. They only want to accept the complain or suggest in the survey box or Tripadvisor! So fanny. I will never come back again because I don't want to eat the almost same buffet style of breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We spent 9 days here celebrating my 50th birthday. As soon as we arrived in Male for our sea plane transfer we were looked after, everything is very well organised. Arriving on the Island was fabulous again the staff looked after us. We had a fantastic waiter & room steward, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent very good choice each lunch/dinner time. Great cocktails! We had a BBQ on our deck with our own chef & waiter which was absolutely lovely, great food again! Our room attendant did a couple of great displays on our bed for my birthday & BBQ evening. The bar staff get to know what you like to drink and always look after you.
The island is just amazing the views from the beach and our deck, you have no choice but to sit back and relax and enjoy. Would recommend in a heart beat!

Loved the hotel! Amazing water bungalow, the room was very spacious. I had the best holidays ever there. The Buffet was always fresh and tasty. There is every kind of food you can imagine (pasta, rice, noodles, chicken, meat, fish, salads, Indian speciality. ). The employees are extremely attentive and super nice! There is a bar on water with a live Dj every Night. We had a blast.

What a nice little spot south of the equator. To reach in about one hour by seaplane out of Male int Airport. Amazing dive section. One of the best in the whole Maldives.

Amazing place and friendly staff. We are still here enjoying a week stay, but the first few days have been great. You have to do the snorkelling safari — snorkel and flippers provided free of charge.

In general, it was great experience at the resort. The staff from the restaurant, bar, room attendants are great. They are quite helpful and supporting. Personally, I found that most international staff (Sri Lanka, Philippine. Etc) are more approaching. With a Hospitality background, I believe the front office staff need to improve to catch up the level of the resort. (further details in my personal feedback directly to the resort). Our stays at the resort was perfect but it was really annoying with the Chinese groups there. For some reason, Chinese groups were 70% occupied at the time we are staying. My wife told me that they were shouting not speaking.

Great place, very friendly staff, food varied and always very good! Relax and make little noise, if you are looking for entertainment and night life go somewhere else … highly recommended place!

What can I say! I loved this Island… the staff are amazing & friendly, the rooms clean & well maintained. The food was lovely & the whole atmosphere of the Island was incredible. I really enjoyed the snorkeling around the Island & seeing all the marine life so close 10 out of 10. I have been to the Maldives three times & this way by far the best island.

This place is just simply put paradise. Everything is beautiful the staff are amazing (don't forget to tip! ). We would go back there in a heartbeat.
