Bad elevator service. For 2 days, during weekend only one elevator operates. That one elevator is used for customer as well as the worker. We had to wait for 30 minutes just to get to the lobby. We tried to call the bellboy but no one came. The only good thing about this hotel is the food. The foods are nice.

Really, really dirty. An outdated hotel with old furniture and the worst customer service. I booked a hotel room with 3 bedrooms but in one of the rooms the AC wasn't working so we had to share rooms. (Calling the maintenance was no use as it will take forever to get it fixed) Room was dirty, found hair on my bed sheet before I even sit on the bed. They gave 2 small shampoo and 2 small body wash for a room with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. SO not recommended, just find other hotels nearby.

Place was good. It would however be better I the management could prepare some dish soap at the kitchen.

Fairly good place to stay or dine, near the Almuktafi billah Mosque (Ladang Mosque) and within walking distance to the lively batu Buruk beach and also town area.

Old hotel. Water in the bathroom have weird smell and taste. Our room was large and quite comfortable. Nearest convenience store was around 15 minutes walking distance.

The room is super awesome. I enjoy every single moment staying at sumai hotel. Its not like 5 star hotel, but it nice. The food also very nice. Thumbs up.

The hotel is old and not very well maintained, but the room is clean. The indoor pool has a strange smell but the water is clean. Staff are friendly and the food is good and not expensive.

Spacious for families but the conditions not as aspected. Main hall air conditioning so bad even though had a complaint to management still no action. Pay as not it is. Please do checking and make a routine on your maintenance we paying for best holiday.

Place are great. But the cons is the Wi-Fi connection didn't actually reach my room. Not worth the charge I was given…

Everything is nice about this hotel the pool, the bed, the aircon except for the Wi-Fi it is just horrible, I cant access to anything with their Wi-Fi so im giving this hotel a 2 star.
