Booked the room from Agoda 2 days before. When I arrived around 6pm, they said Agoda already cancelled my booking. I checked my email & found out a “No-show cancelation” sent on 12:54pm to me. — How come they accused me not showing at 12:54pm which is not even a check-in time? And their action cause Agoda charging me the full price of the stay. I need to contact the customer service by myself & even Agoda clarify with me that the owner cancelled my book by themselves. I ended up with no room to stay with no option left in Agoda/Booking/Airbnb because all the room were fully book, long weekend situation. F**kin’ irresponsible leech owner. 🖕🏽
