Room no. 108… water heater didn't works… 27th Oct 2023 check in.
Call reception the guy come up into my room swift on the main… after that's OK… morning I'm wake 7am dint works… call again the same guy came. Swift on… only 5min work… after that dint work… call again… and that's person apology to me… give me other rooms ask me to use the toilet. Room nom 107… problems solved… but management pls check it… your electrical department… (I think only the guy reception run… look so sad for him also) please take note tq…
Building fairly new.
Service above average — very friendly staff.
Room — minimalist, simple yet very clean.
Provide share kitchen with ample space.
The only drawback is no lift (elevator) — 2 floors of hotel room.
