This hotel is beyond my expectation. So clean and comfort. The room was spacious compared to other budget hotel which have only space for bed only. They even has kitchen that you can even cook here.

Me and my family consist of 5 adults and 1 child had a pleasant stay here. Spacious room with big bathroom. With sufficient beds, in fact could accomodate for 6 adults.

Hidden forest resort. Nice for garden or forest theme. So serene. So green. The staffs also nice. The food great.

I booked the Geneva Ruby room. It's two storeys, super spacious and perfect for family. The pool is huge. Place has a lovely heritage vibe, clean and cozy rooms, and super friendly staff.

Premier rooms need to be upgraded to make it a little more comfortable.
Bathrooms plumbing needs to be maintained regularly. Don’t wait till customers voice out what is not working.

The hotel smells good. Nice view, all the male staff are very nice and customer friendly, but the female staff need to smile a little more😌 The best room, strategic, clean.

Stayed here for one night for a meeting and had a very pleasant experience. The natural scenery is beautiful and calming. Especially at sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is just average… breakfast was good and also the rooms. However, we unable to enjoy the swimming pool since it was under maintenance/closed.

The hotel quite old but still manage to provide good services. All staffs are very Cheerful and helpfull. Beds are comfortable.

Amazing, spacious and clean room. Furnitures a bit dated but still in good condition overall. Front desk staff is a now-you-see-it-now-you-don’t situation.
