Check in @ 9:15pm. Room very clean, beautiful & comfortable. Staff friendly & helpful, pakcik guard also. Tq for upgrade my 2nd room without extra charge. High recommended.

Rooms was spacious, clean and tidy. Water pressure was good too. Definitely will come for 2nd stay while visiting Taiping.

Full package! Good location, in d heart of Taiping. Super nice and new rooms. High speed internet with strong signals. They even provide u with complimentary parking tickets. Most of all, friendly staffs. Will definitely come again. Maybe a simple morning breakfast will add on to their superbness!

My son & I stayed at this hotel for 1 night… For a budget hotel I say the room is clean, reasonably sized, comfortable with cool aircon. We checked out early morning… no breakfast…

Room was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful. Nearby convenience store and there is laundry shop within walking distance. Good place to walk around Taiping town since the hotel was located at city center.

Sufficient parking, walking distance to shops, convenience store, bakery and very near (driving) to places of attractions in Taiping (war cemetery memorial, bukit larut, zoo Taiping, etc. ). The hotel located beside the wet market. But no unpleasant odours permeates into the hotel… excellent Wi-Fi connection and room was very clean.

Clean and spacious rooms, hawker centre and kopitiams and fast food within walking distance, self service laundry "cleanpro", friendly staff, nice hot rainshower. This place's tagline is "Feels Like Home", but it's actually better than my home.

Great value for the price. Excellent location if you are looking for good food nearby — there are several hawker centres open til late. Clean and comfortable. Has all the luxuries expected of a hotel e. G. Toiletries, bath towels, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet etc. Very friendly, helpful staff.

This place is situated in Taiping town, next to Taiping wet narket. The room I had been in is comfortable with a fairly large bathroom. The staff were friendly and had given me 3 hours worth of parking coupon. Parking space by the roadside though. There is no breakfast served at the hotel but the good thing is that there is a 24 hour convenience store and other shops within walking distance. There are ample electrical sockets in the room. There is also a dedicated outlet for 2 usb for charging your devices.

I reserved the room on a wrong date. Luckily Michelle, one of the staff called me for a confirmation of arrival. I was so thankful that she shifted my booking to the next day as required. We enjoyed our stay here. Comfy and affordable and very helpful and knowledgeable staffs. Parking was an issue but the staff managed it for us.

Stayed over for a night and though it's a two star hotel, but it has a five star staff. Kudos to Michelle at Reception, she was very helpful with our many requests. Room was clean and chic. Definitely will stay here again if in Taiping again.

Louis Hotel is clean, spacious & comfortable. The bathroom while a tad small (everything gets wet when showering, so put the toilet paper elsewhere drier! ) has a rather exciting rain shower that lights up — quite fun, like having your own shower disco! Even the tap at the sink lights up! Our room (305) is one of only 2 rooms with balcony, & it's the quieter room (does not face the market) and I had a charming view of the sunset over the rooftops. The staff here arewonderfully welcoming and friendly, and had parking coupons ready for us (no private carpark, it's street parking, but the staff assured us that they hired security Guards! ) The hotel is diagonally opposite a kopitiam that opens only from the afternoon till past 2am. Most convenient to have dinner or supper there, and the variety and tasty food available should please most palettes.

The rooms are clean, new and spacious. The hotel has an elevator and parking lots are widely available near the hotel. However, as it is beside the market, there is a stench whenever the market is open along the aisle but the hotel authorities will always spray some fragrance.

Very good location because it's easy to get nice food from the nearby market. I got shocked when I arrived that the hotel didn't have my name registered. I was glad that a room was available and I could check in at 11am. While waiting, I was glad to use the computer at the lobby to conduct a short lesson for my daughter. We had a good sleep at the hotel. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel. … We hope the hotel can improve by providing a small fridge in our room to keep our chocolate, yogurt or drinks. Thank you for your hospitality.
