Location is walking distance to food stalls, convenient store and a department store. Free Wi-Fi in room. Bathroom attached. It's a standard 3-4stars hotel.

Nice and a grat place to stay. The staff are very frindly.

The previous dining cook was great. Current management dining is not so good in terms of food. Really wish the previous cook and menu was still available.

Great value for money stay. Cleanliness n comfort as good as 4 star. Beside a Convent school and the Taiping Catholic Church. Very peaceful.

Room is spacious, facilities are not bad, but if it provides breakfast it will be a bonus! The location wise is very convenient, accessible to the town's places of interests, so great hotel overall.

A cheap affordable hotel strategically located in Taiping. Walking distance to famous Casual Market for food hunting.

Location — ok and good. At niche to all locations near to Taiping town. Free parking available outside of the hotel. Room size is great and spacious. Cons: Old model of air cond. Insufficient toiletries supply. No toothbrush, toothpaste and shaver. Not satisfy with this.

In the room that we stayed in, there was a leaking from some part of the toilet bowl. The toilet bowl was also clogged on the first day, luckyly the maintenance guy came and unclogged. The breakfast spread was so very poor. First day came down for breakfast around 9am, the food was running low and they did not refill. There was only half a sousage in one serving station and literally 4 pieces of very dry chocolate cake in the desert station. The staff did not refill though there were still more guests walking in or breakfast. The amenities offered was so limited. From what I heard, this used to be the best hotel in Taiping. The management really need to up their service or at least go back to their old high standard.

The bathroom basin outflow is very slow and no stopper. Room cleanliness not up to standard. Breakfast and lunch food is quite bland. Bedsheets are not change regularly. Location wise is quite good though.

Stayed for 1 night during our stopover at Taiping. The hotel is located strategically at the town center, plenty parking available, despite our late arrival. The room was clean and spacious, likewise for the bathroom. It comes with flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, 2 bottles of complementary mineral water, and complementary daily newspapers (which we don't get it from most hotels nowadays). The service at reception was spot on and helpful, they have always been answering the calls within 3 rings. Will definitely consider staying at the same hotel again for next visit to Taiping.

We stayed for two nights in the familyroom on the third floor. Good price! Two large King Doubles, reasonable bathroom, good aircon. Only disadvantages were the windows, that did not completely close and therefor let through a lot of noise from the busy road. The mosque also added to the noise, but that wasn't that annoying. Food in the restaurant is overpriced…

The front office team is very good and attentive. But housekeeping side needs improvement caused the rooms that we stayed in were not refresh properly. In one room… used / soiled diapers were left and the other has used tissues in the drawers. Overall it is OK. … would come back again in near future… to check out if the housekeeping side has improved or not.

Not too bad. I did kill a cockroach in the room. I wish the room a bit cleaner. I would give it 3 stars if I didn't see a cockroach.

Bad experience with f&b manager. I complained the lamb chop they served its overcooked and hv to chew like a bubble gum. The f&b manager hv no courtesy to take the complaint and just make don't know. Then I try to complaint to his superior and by surprise his feed back is by saying the words 'so'? This is their way of handling the customer complaint. I'm very up set with their service. My advise is don't eat in their hotel the food is terrible its the worst food that I ever taste.

Deluxe room space quite spacious, comfortable for 3 ppl. A part of Facilities wear out but value for money. Hotel nearby shop lot and masjid.
