1. Limited hotel parking which not more then 15 lots for a 5 level hotel 2. A big room (probably more expensive) with only 1hp aircond at the corner of the room where we cant get any air from the aircond until we feel so hot and cant sleep the whole night 3. No toothbrush and toothpaste, no body shampoo only soap, only 2 small packet of shampoo provided.

Good location nearby famous eating places. Nasi Ganja, Mee Goreng Cathay, Nasi Lemak Ayam Kampung, Restoran Saleem at JALAN Tookong. Other attractions like Memory Lane, Gerbang Malam and Clans Meusium. All less 5km away.

I spent 2 nites (30th Jun n 1st Jul) with my disabled wife on a wheelchair. Room no 401. The hotel itself is new n clean n the staffs are courteous. But we encountered several problems. The entrance from the road into the hotel didn't have a ram for easy entry. A very undisabled friendly welcome. Several ppl had to lift my wife n the wheelchair to the reception. The lift was too small n could not accommodate both of us n we had to adjust n adjust to fit in. The room didn't have a cupboard to keep our belonging. Didn't have a dressing table, not even a mirror n each time we want to comb or look into a mirror we had to go into the bathroom. For the rate we paid, there are many other better hotel rooms in Ipoh. I will not recommend this hotel to my frens neither will I revisit to this hotel. My comments are without prejudice. Tks.

Really value for money especially the Deluxe room. So spacious and feels comfortable to stay in for work/ trip.

The hotel staffs are overall good. We manage to find parking at the hotel parking area. Not hard to find even though we stayed on Saturday. The room is big and clean.

Very reasonable and valuable. The room is big even the bathroom. Many sockets are provided and many choices of beverages to choose. Nice！Will definitely come again ！
