Have to wait for 1 hour to allow us to check in at 4pm even it’s already pass 3pm check in time. And there are many other customers also waiting for the room to be ready. Don’t recommend to stay in this hotel anymore. The service is extremely poor.

Never ever seen such disgusting and poor hotel. 1. Unfriendly staff. (never see such rude staff before) 2. Dirty towel with brunch of unknown hair in it. 3. Dogs and roaster making the noises all the night long. 4. No tooth brush provided. 5. The iron I borrowed was so dirty at the bottom it spoiled my LV shirt! 6. Uncomfortable pillow. to be honest the room I'll consider fine. If that's possible to show the picture im more than happy to do that. I was scared of the dirty things. No choice I've asked my friend to accompany us to make us braver. But the inconsiderate staffs was rude to us. I'll never ever come back to this hotel anymore.
