Spacious room. No coffee house. Easy access to Plus Hiway and eateries.

Chinese restaurant reopened business, and family dinner dinner, good meal still has a mountain city level.

The hotel really rundown. Wifi inexistence, bed linen & towels worn out, room service unavailable after 8pm, tried to request for new towel but unable to get due to "laundry service closed", front desk not available after 12am… in desperate need of refurbishment.

The restaurant is highly recommended, as price is reasonable and food is great.

Reasonably cheap, comfortable, clean and close to ipoh city.

The hotel is situated close to cave temple, Lubuk timah hot spring, Gaharu tea plantation.

Unfortunately, you can't award zero stars. Rooms, bathrooms and bed linen were dirty and moldy, TV reception virtually not given (there was only one English-language programme anyway), the elevator smelled as if a clo had defected somewhere, the "breakfast" was a joke and in this environment I would be my worst enemy Do not leave on foot on the street in the evening. Spontaneous stopgap — never again.

Good place. Not the best but acceptable. Comfy bed. Room small and cozy. Price is also cheap. Ironing your cloth and hot water for drink is centralised at the centre corridor of each room level.

This was the second time I went there. The first time was quite enjoyable, but this time was quite disappointing. The matress was so "mushy" that we experienced body ache the morning after. The TV was not working, the toilet was quite dirty, and we were locked out from our room even though it was just 11.30 am. I was at the lobby around 6 am and one of the staff was "surprised" by a rat there. I know this is just a 2-star hotel, but I think they can still improve the services.

Food was satisfactory, service was good and prices are reasonable.

The view is great, room is some how clean and the room is spacious but the internet connection is slow. There is also only 1 power plug and too far from the bed.

The room was big, and cheap. But was a bit dissapointed with the facilities. Need to go outside to iron our clothes, telephone in the room not working, the heater not working as well. It took a some time for the aircond to cold. But we got the nice bed, the staff was friendly and easy to park our car.

This is the best hotel which suggested with affordable price! Rooms is quite big n comfort too! Awesome!

Reasonable priced. However plenty of improvements needed.
1. Mattress needs to be replaced. It is sunken in and we could also feel the spring poke us. Was not easy sleeping through.
2. Pillow too thin/soft and impossible to sleep, on top of it, the sunken mattress. Requested for extra pillow but no more as they were full-house. I had to fold my pillow into 2 to make it thicker.
3. Bathtub needs some work done. The peeled off paint makes it look unpleasant to step into it for… a shower. If all the above were in perfect condition, we'd definitely return again.

The rooms are very clean and service is also good.

Excellent food, consistent quality. Great attentive service, convenient location and parking.

6. Poor service (when I entry restorant, all table waste still not collect) all staff in counter chatting.

Hillcity Hotel near my living area, it's about 10 minutes from my house, also provides areas for jogging.

Big room air cond good condition, only the toilet seat and the bath tub surface not very nice. Got mosquito. Tv led hisense, have wah lai toi.

Hotel maintenance is very poor. Once enter, the room smells like a dead body that can be found under the bed. There will be no refund given when customer wish to change hotel accommodation. Will never recommend to anyone, even with a promotional rate, to whoever who wish to stay overnight in Ipoh.

The aircond not good condition, it is very very old version, and feel sweating in room after on the aircond 45 mins… No Wi-Fi provided. Receptionist not friendly.

Sucks, dirty environment, smelly room, dirty sofa, broken kitchen top, Aircon not cold etc, regretted very much.
