Although the room is ok, But personally I would say this is the worst Stay at Ipoh. Too Expensive. Initially they said check-out 11am where everywhere the Checkout is at 12pm. The staff informed, check out time can be extended until 1pm and extra charges applicable after 1pm onwards. When we back home to the homestay after church, the room door locked. Had to call the receptionist to open the door. Master bedroom air-conditioning down. Very poor. No additional time was given. Poor maintenance.
The worst Stay.
For the price it is decent and clean. However, the room was rather dim and was noisy due to the pub nearby.

We stayed in a 3-bedroom unit for two nights over the weekend. A budget-friendly stay in a good location, but I wouldn't recommend it if you value sleep or a sense of security.
Pros:
• Great Value: Very affordable nightly rate for a 3-bedroom unit.
• Prime Location: Conveniently located near the Ipoh city center and many local eateries.
• Cleanliness: The rooms themselves were kept clean.
Cons:
• Unpleasant Surroundings: The area feels quite shady and unsettling, as the unit overlooks an abandoned building.
• Poor Lighting: The unit lacked proper overhead lighting, making the space feel dim.
• Excessive Noise: We couldn't sleep until 4:00 AM due to loud music, shouting from intoxicated people outside, and vehicle noise.
• Poorly-maintained Amenities: Many features were in poor condition, including broken cabinets, a dirty oven, and a non-functional refrigerator.
• Management Issues: We experienced a 30-minute total power outage. The management seemed uninformed about the cause and had no immediate solution.
• Parking Issues: The parking lots within the building are very limited, poorly maintained and very narrow. Huge vehicles like MPVs, SUVs, 4x4 trucks and even little longer sedan type cars cannot fit in the parking lot provided.
