A nice truly rainforest resort.
Very friendly environment and family oriented business. Owner using local herbs in food and provide local produce at best. Will try their best to cater to customers need. Bedroom and utilities very clean and tidy. Plenty of space to move around in boathouse and island. Owners dogs very protective of guests, just give them some love. Good weather and very windy all the time. Best place to chill!

Regarding arrival and departure time, guests are advised to adhere to the arrival and departure timing set. Once the scheduled departure is gone, guests have to pay for the unscheduled departure at MYR 35 each for a minimum of 4 people per boat, or MYR 140 per boat for single travel.
Requests for vegetarian meals must be informed 1 week before arrival.
Full payment must be made 14 days before the arrival date.
A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.Please inform Belum Eco Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. Very bad reservation system. I had done the booking one year ahead. Yet today my check in day found out that they reserve 6 rooms instead of 7 rooms as per booking request. We been told the resort is fully book, the pic Ms mah is very rude, didn’t provide solution, yet argued and didn’t apology at all. If you expect no service, welcome to this resort.
