This hotel tagline is : Feel the Wow! I really feel it and the room & service really matched their tagline. 1. Bed Bugs — Complaint to the recep at the very first night but no action taken. The second night I see still have bed bugs when I back from my trip and the recep said that the housekeeping cleaned up the room in the morning and have left work when I complaint. So she just give me a dettol spray instead of changing me to another room. 2. Dirty Wall & Floor — It’s super obvious that the housekeeping didnt do the work well. Is so dirty. 3. Dirty stain on bedsheet — I wonder if their even wash their bedsheet 4. Service — As mentioned in No. 1 (dettlo spray! )

Although the counter is slow, the attitude is quite good
Originally it was on the 3rd floor because the room looked at the uneven painting of the walls
It doesn't matter, the toilet stinks so badly that I almost threw up
After that, I upgraded the presidential suite and thought it would be better to know where to know
🥲🥲 Worse
The wall at the head of the bed was moldy, and when I woke up, the ground was full of water, and the cold air was leaking
The bath was covered in black dust
I just wanted to come and live and relax
I don't recommend this place
