The rooms' floors are dirty. Yucks. Luckily they cleaned it up after I complained it. They offers free breakfast. Not much variety though. The beds are hard as rock, kinda, while the pillow is OK. You may get bitten by some insects hiding inside the blanket/mattress during sleep. My friend, unfortunately, have this case. Luckily I don't have :)

Spacious family room & toilet, aircond cold enough, can sleep well, worth for price.

Worst hotel ever! Air cond not functioning, no hot water, no action taken after complain, cannot change room… a big disgrace to Penang!

Very loud bar on the first floor. It shakes the walls all the way up to the 5th floor until late at night. I have been all over the world and this slum is by far the worst place I have been.

Senior citizen behind the counter and took a while to check in though I had made booking. The room he gave me was just been used… there were hairs on the bed and the comforter was not done properly. TV spoiled and Wi-Fi can't be used at all… phone and power point are not functioning. Aircon is useless. Can't sleep as its noisy outside.

Warning for the breakfast: you only get bread, and fried rice, fried vermicelli, fried noodles, etc. (TWO OF IT, BREAD EXCLUDED) The beds are hard as rock, while the pillow is OK. They have many services including, but not limited to, swimming pools, motor ride on the sea, driving beach cars, parachute up the beach & more.

Our room had a pretty view to the beach, although the beach was taken so that we could not swim there. The staff was nice and helpful, they saw us struggling with the key and then they came from G floor to help. The included breakfast was not bad, there were fried rice and vegetarian noodle, plus toasted bread with butter and jam, orange juice and kofi. A minus is that the bathroom floor was not very clean.

It's cheap… Located at Georgetown. Clean and quiet place.
