Check in after 10min, Hotel black out more than 1 hour 30 min, hotel manager told me “that’s not hotel problem, this problem is from Tenaga nasional, not hotel black out only others building also black out” OK, I walk to outside and see. But all got electricity! Then the manager told me, “ you can check out anytime, but I won’t refund to you! ”
Let’s see others customer who stay here, I think sleep in my car better!

Beautifully renovated place with taste! Too bad the maintenance is not very thorough. The paint flakes on the ceiling of the bathroom and the carpet of the bedroom and common areas would need to be shampooed.

Cozy rooms, strategically located near foods and tourist spots, luxuriously renovated, great amenities and last but not least, best service from the staff. No regret and best value for money.

Did not allow us to check in until 15:05. Very lengthy registration process. Rooms upstairs are not serviced by elevator. No breakfast option. Wi-Fi signal in our room was almost non-existent. Otherwise, a reasonably clean hotel. They do have a restaurant on site (rather high end one), plus spa.

A very posh-looking hotel. Got that luxurious vibe as soon as you step your foot into the lobby. Very friendly and polite staff. We make a mistake by booking a smaller room online. The staff here helped us to get a bigger room with the best price. Staff are always smiling and chatty (in a good way). The room is very comfy and spacious. With a very luxury room decor. The bed is surprisingly high. LOL but very comfy. They did not offer breakfast. But theres a popular stall right around the corner of the hotel. A walking distance. Definitely would stay here again!

I loved this place The staff were so kind and made me so comfortable that I spent a lot more time in the hotel than I planned. I'd like to move in and live there one day. Fantastic authentic Malay street food just outside also.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated, much like a luxury boutique hotel. Excellent service from the hotel crew as well. Located near to the city area and Gurney area. Recommended for family as well!

The room is small but everything is designed for total comfort. The cleanliness is perfect! The bed linen, mattress, pillows. The staff is professional, very attentive and friendly. We have only good impressions of staying here. Thank you!

Nice hotel and staff. Great location This hotel is situated near middle of activity area in upper penang road. Nice rooms and great staff. The manager drove all the way back to hotel at 10pm to pass us a phone charger because we forgot ours.

The room was very comfortable, super clean and the TV worked perfectly. I really liked that the make the room everyday and restock all the bathroom amenities. The staff is super attentive and nice. Good location easy to get uber. Definitely I would stay again.

The smoking area is too close to room 218 and 217, and all the second hand smoke went into the room which is very unhealthy to the tenants!

Staff was friend and the interior decor was pleasant. This hotel is converted from colonial housing so there's a rustic feel to it (hint: hipster alert! ). If you enjoy walking, this hotel is near to the famous roti canal at Transfer Road and further down the block you can eat Teow Chew chendol or get a drink at the bars nearby.

Good Spa, Bar and fine Dining. Well organise and very professional staff and friendly. Recommended!

This hotel has been good, it's a boutique hotel but it really depends on which room they give you for your stay. Some rooms are better than the other.
