My partner and myself had a wonderful stay at your establishment. The staff were very attentive from the get go. Check in was a breeze, staff keeps a constant look out to see anyone in queue and efficiently guides guests to the nearest available counter for queries etc. It is the simple acknowledgement of seeing the guests in queue, that ensures them that they would be served as soon as possible that makes the difference.
Breakfast time is one of the busiest at cafe Jen and a queue forms quickly at the entrance as the number of guests waiting to dine do sometimes surpass the amount of tables available. Despite such a busy time, the staff were very polite and efficient. Trying their level best to seat guests quickly by clearing tables and setting up as fast as they can. It is all a well coordinated effort lead by Mr Lingesh and team at Cafe Jen. It is all a service with a smile and all request is met with a polite response and they can't seem to be doing enough for the guest despite such a busy morning at the Cafe.
A few hours after checking out, I discovered that I have left my ring by the bedstand. Call to the hotel was promptly answered and staff (Mr. Asraf and a security personal) quickly went to retrieve my ring. A return call to inform me that it has been found and who to contact to collect my ring. Truly I could not be more grateful.
You may have the best facilities but your staff are truly the one who makes the difference in creating the best experience for you hotel guests. Polite, helpful and attentive. Bravo, ladies and gentlemen of Jen hotel.
