Came here for a work trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect after a long day. Breakfast was good with plenty of food choices.

Horseback riding on the beach, kayaking, ATVs, and a pool with the coolest slides. Swiss-Garden Kuantan, you were amazing! 🏄‍♂️☀️
Amazed by the views, obsessed with the waves.

Strategic location. Close with restaurants, shops, cafes, and walking distance to the beach if you're renting the apartment but if you're renting the villa it's a lot closer plus beach view.

We had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel restaurant, thanks to Nadia, the hotel restaurant waitress. She was extremely polite, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our visit.

We had a 3D2N Half-board Package that included dinner. The dinner was very good — the rendang, the seafood grill, the chilli condiments — all were tasty, spicy enough yet not disruptive to tummy.

We stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved it! My kids enjoyed the beach and the bathtub so much, while I personally loved the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere of the place.

I had a really wonderful experience during my stay! The service was excellent from the beginning until the end, and all the staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.

The location is excellent, making everything so convenient.

Waterway Villa is a great getaway if you're looking to escape the city without travelling too far. It's conveniently located just off the Karak Highway, with easy access via the old Bentong Road.

First of all, the hotel itself is beautiful and very clean.

I had a truly delightful stay at Heritage Hotel. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, with a stunning view of the scenery outside.

The drive up to Frasers was very winding, so it was good to be able to check into the accommodation where we were able to relax. Well maintained, cosy place.

Great hotel for staying in Balok/Kuantan area. If you are looking for a stay that suits adult and children need in a vacation here is the place. This is an old hotel but as I can say it well managed.

Had a 2-day, 1-night stay at De Rhu Beach Resort at the end of March, and it was a very pleasant experience.
Honestly, this resort feels like a hidden gem.

The room was cozy feels like home, strategic location to access most of kuantan area, however the building are not much quiet kids and people from other room running around and screaming all the time

Great stay! Smooth check-in with a proper counter, clean and comfy room, and I could even order room service. Loved the beach nearby and the amazing pool slides for both adults and kids.

Always a good time at Moon River Lodge with my friends and family. We had a blast BBQ-ing, Steamboat-ing and enjoying the community style of how it's done at the Moon River Lodge.

Our family spent 3D2N at the Moonriver Lodge, exploring the farms and forest. It was an impromptu visit to Lojing Highlands after a weeklong northbound road trip.

Second time check in here. Kids love the pool. But the pool is crowded over weekend. Not really convinient to swim. Maybe it is better on weekday. The breakfast is good.

Will definitely check in again. Spacious, clean room, well equipped need not ask for anything more, feels like home, fantastic open south china sea view. Feeling grateful l had a chance to stay here.

We enjoyed our one-night stay at Colmar Tropicale. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and the location was excellent.

Overall great experience. Only things they need to improve is the room service, room condition (overall bathroom quality and equipment) and the quality of the utilities like water.

Everything was excellent. We enjoyed stargazing, and the sunrise deck was a wonderful touch. The karaoke room was particularly impressive, well-equipped and highly enjoyable.

Good location, easy access. Comfortable. Low proce compare to what it offers to people. So very worth it and recommended.

Overall, the room is okay and clean. But, unfortunately not enough facilities in the room such as hair dryer, mini fridge, proper ironboard (our room got quite bad ironboard.

Worth the price. The hotel is quite old but the facilities provided are still well maintained. The breakfast is delicious and suits my taste. Reasonable prices and lots of choices.
