Very clean and helpful hotel manager. Especially MR Roslan. Who is the hotel caretaker, who are very helpful and caring during our stay in this hotel. They do serve simple and nice breakfast in the morning.

Strategic place but need to improve the amenities service especially the cleanliness of bedsheet.

Bangunan baru, bersih dan kemas masih belum sesak parking pun byk. Dpt bilik rm109 yg ada tingkap ke arah tgh bangunan hotel. Agak kecil ruangnya cukup utk berdua saja. Free breakfast juga sgt simple nasi lemak, roti bakar, roti pisang dan salad. Cuma kurang bagus kami turun seawal 8pg tapi lauk utk nasi lemak sgt sikit penyediaannya. Konpius ttg harga breakfast tmbahan sb ditulis rm8 dewasa rm6 kanak2. Tapi dikira rm22 pula utk 3 kanak2. Hrp dibetulkan. Lain2 servis OK memuaskan.

Totally rejected. Our heavy amount stolen by managment coz lap top bag was given in their custody. Vvv small room v stubborn managment nashta vvvvv low abd limited quality totally wasted!

Nice hotel room but staff not nice.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It does not deserve the low rating it has. It was quiet, quite clean and in a convenient location. The free breakfast was just fine as well. There was water dripping from the bathroom ceiling but other than that we have no complaints.

Good hotel, kind staff and spacious double bedroom. No aircon you don't need it but fan is available. Breakfast starts at 8 am and close around 10 am value for money menu keep changes everyday and food is really nice. Whoever like to stay away from crowd and traffic this place is good. If anyone want to enjoy city then book in Tanah Rata will be the best and good choice.

Hotel and bilik semua oke. Bilik besar dan bersih. Walaupun xde aircond tp malam² kipas pun xbukak sebab sejuk. Husband ckp baguslah hotel tu, jarang hotel budget sediakan pakej dgn breakfast. Makanan pun sedap walaupun simple. Thanks for the good service! Recommended!

I managed to book this hotel for 3 nights at 60MYR per night. At this price the hotel is excellent value. I wished to stay a 4th night which was a Friday and the price increased to 110MYR. At this price the hotel is not good value. The bathroom was not properly cleaned on the day we arrived. There was a large clump of hair in the drain. As it was late we decided not to complain and guessed that the housekeeping would clean this the next day. Our room was cleaned but the hair remained in place. It took 3 days before the hair was cleaned which makes me question the quality of house keeping. Also not mentioned at check in, housekeeping is only by request, so if you wish to have new towels or a clean room you must ask. The hotel has a damp musty smell about it. Cameron Highlands is very damp and I imagine it I'd hard to dry things there, but this was very noticeable. The hot water pressure and supply is good and probably the best feature of the hotel. To summarise, at 60MYR this hotel is good value, otherwise maybe look elsewhere.

One of the worst hotel I've ever stayed… vy vy vy rude staffs (Chinese gal & Mr Madam). Room small & vy dusty, bathroom not clean, not a friendly staffs. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Regret choose this hotel…

Clean and comfort. Kind staff. Many parking and easy access to many places. Most important is cheap. Great place to stay.

Nice place to stay in Brinchang. Free breakfast n yummy.

Sound block of the room is not good… Especially when turn on the exhaust fan from next door is very noisy. Need to prepare slipper for bath room.

Don't book here, staff charged me 3 times saying that eftpos machine didn't work so then they asked for cash. Then I realised I was charged those three times after looking to my bank statement. Not honest people and the hotel looks very bad as well. I just decided to walk away to the hotel next door and is very nice and actually cheaper.

Hotel is cheap… mostly quite away from traffic and ample of parking… doesn't look like a budget hotel… and best part comes with free breakfast… value for money.

The hotel is reasonable and nearby attraction. The staff Indian is not good in speaking and very rude to customer. Hope the staff be serious after this. There is nothing to make fun infront of customer. Otherwise everything is good.
