All the good reviews that I have read about this property are true. The friendliness of the staff seems genuine. I have never seen such good customer service as I experienced poolside but the food here really needs a lot of improvement to your rating 5stars!

Everything is good, but the aircond is super lousy feel no cooling.

Came here for a 3D2N stay at 1Bedroom Suite. And I would it was a brilliant choice. Reaching at the entrance we were greeted by the security and he lead to the lobby before asking my husband to park the car. The Porter took our luggage and gave our room number. Then, we were treated at La Rouge for a tasty welcome drink while waiting for the receptionist to get ready our check in. As we entered our room, the spacious living hall caught us crazy. Truly fall in love with it. And the room was so cozy. We had a newborn so we got a good quality baby cot. The staffs are very friendly and I would like to thank Francis from La Vie for his great assistance. I accidentally left my daughter's bag in the restaurant the day before. I asked the receptionist and also the restaurant the moment I remembered. The bag was no where to found. The next day, I found Francis and told him. He made sure the bag comes to my daughter within minutes. Since it was my husband's bday. We received a yummy complimentary mousse bday cake. It was really yummy k. The buns and bread during our buffet breakfast were their hit. The only that we missed was the spa so we are coming again. You don't have to go anywhere. Just spend ur days strolling here. And since the French Village is just opposite. It's a bonus for ur stay. Thank you The Chateau for your breathtaking view and holiday.

Excellent place for a spa holiday in the tropics.

Great experience. Feel like in the real castle with the treatments. The chocolates and cakes are so delicious and temptation.

The magical view of the castle rising from the forest, the enchanted and misty jungle, rolling hills as far eyes can see, world class spa services and equipments, attentive and polite staff, various attraction and activities nearby, delicious and healthy organic food and drinks from restaurants. We felt like the Prince and Princess in our kingdom of dream. Thank you The Chateau for the memorable stay. Truly one of a kind among thousands of resorts in Malaysia.

The most beautiful memories that we ever had in The Chateau Spa & Organic Wellness Resort, me and my husband were first time that been to this Hotel, and they served us with a refreshing and healthy organic Welcome Drinks. The taste was really good and perfect.
The breakfirst menu we had at L’assiette is French Buffet which is an incredible taste, superb and beyond expectation. My favourite placed the most is Belle Vue (Tea Room), that I really enjoying my aromatic teas that …comes with many flavours, beautiful sweets and variety delightful savouries that made up my day. I also enjoyed my shopping at souvenir shop that selling macarons, lovely cupcakes and beautiful cakes also not to forget the merchandise as well. The pool area was really breathtaking and contains salt water that provides best experience to your skin and health. There is so many places to hang out for example at VIP Lounge, Karaoke’s Lounge, and Entertainment Room that provides pool table, scrabble board game, play station and etc. The hotel are 5 minutes away to Colmar Tropicale Berjaya Hills and provide free shutter bas to Japanese Village.

Nice place. But needs maintenance as a tourist spot. Surrounding is not exciting for city folks.

The service was great. Was there for a meal and lost my way. The friendly staff led us to the restaurant. The waiter provides great service too. Thou not cheap, the food taste great. 2 pax cost roughly SGD$40 to 50.

Very accessible from KL. There's absolutely nothing objectionable about this hotel — it deserves its five stars. Service is top class if you get around the the fact the Philippinese staff are trained to and keep saying bonjour, monsieur and madame. Rooms are clean, a little old but very comfortable. Views from the 5th floor were gorgeous. The pool is very nice. However, the hotel is oddly empty and truth to be told there is nothing much to do there and so one night is enough. The buffet breakfast in the morning is great. We did not use the spa services so I cannot possibly comment on that.

The service is definitely extraordinary. All the staffs are friendly, cheerful and helpful. Good ambiance, great choices of delicious breakfast. A perfect choice for a getaway.

It is tranquil — not much to do really, to be exact. I am giving 5-Star for the gymnasium, the sauna, and the steam, which are all in tip-top condition. And not to forget the great mountain view from our room. It was over Christmas when we went and the jam was rather scary… but the Christmas buffet was interesting, the deco, the ambience and all. Expensive though…

Room comfortable, afternoon tea delicious, massage although expensive but also their main selling point, the level is indeed very high, gym, swimming pool, three warm are also very good, breakfast of the kind of simulation less.

Love… LOVE. LOVE IT! Wished I could stay a few more days! Excellent service, yummy food and a lovely relaxation place. Won't hesitate and to be back in future!

Good food, great service and good ambience. Prices for food is reasonable priced and service staff goes the extra mile to provide excellence service.

Although the price of this hotel is a bit high, but the environment, landscape service is really six star enjoyment.

There are free saunas, swimming pools, gyms and yoga classes, and complimentary desserts are also available in the evenings. Breakfast is also very good, especially the organic homemade jam is also very good.
Fruit diversification, fresh juice also has a lot of options Kiwi, Orange, Melon, carrot and so on. Unfortunately, Kara Ok, snooker, game consoles, spas and other fees are required. Couple double Massage promotion price is the cheapest also to 600 jumps.
The room is attached to the shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, moisturizer, soap and so on are organic natural products are very fragrant.

Nice place for a good time to get away from everything. Service is excellent. Prices are on the low side, from the rooms to the food and to the drink. I'd highly recommend the French Restaurant, a four course set menu serving excellent organic sourced food only cost RM200 nett. Very cheap and good… and excellent ambiance and location. It is not for those who are looking for lots of activities there but some people who just want to get away from everything.

Simply amazing. All staffs make this place 5 star n more. They were so kind n patient and adhered to every request so efficiently. The place is stunning lovely w natural beauty. Food is flavorful in all restaurants n facilities is top notch. We enjoyed ourselves so much.

Wonderful magical resort. Felt like we were in a French Castle indeed. The hotel is a bit isolated and is a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Definitely recommend!

Love the place. Very good service. I stayed in deluxe room. The room is spectacular. The breakfast is wonderful. Free spa treatment. Sadly didn't get the chance to try out the pool and the game room. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi not working.

The best hotel we've been to so far! Everything here is amazing — from the room, food, ambiance, the salt pool, and of course the staff. All of the staff were so accommodating and friendly, not to mention that most of them are Filipinos. Kudos to you guys! We really enjoyed our quick qetaway. We will definitely come back!

One of the best resort in Malaysia. It's unique to have organic food, organic drink (including wine) and even organic water for swimming pool in the resort.

Lovely place surrounded by hills. Cooler weather to enjoy. Fabulous service but expensive. Kids below 12 not accepted so nice n quiet. Next door to Colmar Tropicale so can enjoy a great stay n the various rest offered. Crowded during week-ends n holidays at Colmar Tropicale but not at The Chateau. Very serene place.

A castle in the middle of the jungle. You are in Europe, but protected from the day to day problems. Quiet, beautiful, peaceful. You can relax, go for a walk, enjoy the beautiful views.

The exterior facade looks old and outdated but the interior is still well maintained. Staffs are attentive and the service is first rate. Ideal resort for a short getaway Pricey but value for money.

Beware of this hotel, if you bring children below 12 years old, DO NOT book this hotel, they will not let you in even you booked the most premium suite! My holiday mood was spoiled because of it! That was really a very bad experience to me!

I give 5 stars to this resort. Very cozy and exclusive environment with nice decoration and design around the hotel. When you stepped in to this hotel, the staffs are ready to serve you starting from the car to open the door, provide a welcome drink, tour around the hotel. And many more. Their service is fantastic! The room even little bit small for deluxe still got a luxury touch, with organic products. We also got complimentary for sauna & spa and dessert to the room as well! It is a good place to relax and nice view for taking pics too. Worth for money!

Stayed for a night in Nov 2015. Very attentive service (perhaps a little too attentive) — everyone we met greeted us with 'bonjour! ' (even in the evening! ). The dinner was expensive but the food was very good. Overall quite a nice place if you want a bit of pampering!

Rooms were spacious and attractive, fully equipped. From check-in to dine, all services are first class. Only drawback is the menu of coffee varieties, in the mountains some feel sleepy, food selectivity is not much above. In any case, you come here to enjoy the chance to adjust, quiet environment, are very concerned about food quality. Very good is that there is a free yoga class and a fitness center.

Simply fantastic. My husband and I went there on honeymoon and we booked the spa suite with attached Jacuzzi. When we arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed by name at the entrance and welcomed with a refreshing mocktail at the bar while they processed our check-in for us. The customer service is excellent. They provided turn down service twice a day. Welcome pralines, a call every afternoon to check on whether we needed anything, complimentary desserts every evening. The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety, the best breakfast I've ever had and you could order everything from the menu and it would be served hot to your table. The hotel also provides a free chaffeur service for you to go to the nearby Colmar Tropicale (french-themed town), Japanese Village & Botanical Garden. The suite was beautiful, roomy, and very clean. By the way, it also came with a coffee machine and Gryphon Tea Company organic teas that was delish! They also provide a wide range of massage and spa treatments. All in all, I have to say that we were treated like VIP during our stay at the Chateau and honestly was the best experience one could ask for a honeymoon. Although it was a little on the pricey side I would recommend looking for promos on Agoda because the experience would be worth it. You rarely find any advertising on The Chateau because we were told that they depend on word of mouth and customer reviews which is why I'm taking the time to review this.
