Review of The Chateau Spa & Wellness Resort 5*

Simply fantastic. My husband and I went there on honeymoon and we booked the spa suite with attached Jacuzzi. When we arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed by name at the entrance and welcomed with a refreshing mocktail at the bar while they processed our check-in for us. The customer service is excellent. They provided turn down service twice a day. Welcome pralines, a call every afternoon to check on whether we needed anything, complimentary desserts every evening. The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety, the best breakfast I've ever had and you could order everything from the menu and it would be served hot to your table. The hotel also provides a free chaffeur service for you to go to the nearby Colmar Tropicale (french-themed town), Japanese Village & Botanical Garden. The suite was beautiful, roomy, and very clean. By the way, it also came with a coffee machine and Gryphon Tea Company organic teas that was delish! They also provide a wide range of massage and spa treatments. All in all, I have to say that we were treated like VIP during our stay at the Chateau and honestly was the best experience one could ask for a honeymoon. Although it was a little on the pricey side I would recommend looking for promos on Agoda because the experience would be worth it. You rarely find any advertising on The Chateau because we were told that they depend on word of mouth and customer reviews which is why I'm taking the time to review this. If you and your partner would like a pampering experience away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this would be the best place for you to go.
