We had a splendid experience staying in the Premium Pool Villa.

The service provided was excellent. The breakfast selection was satisfactory, though it lacked variety.

Exceptional stay. Lots of activity for adults and kids. Entire resort was clean. Food was really good. Room was comfortable. Staff are great and service is excellent. Will definitely come back.

Had the best time ever here for company's team building. I underestimated the resort because it has been around for decades but it certainly exceeded my expectations.

I am very satisfied with the service, room, and sahur during my stay. The service was fast, and the receptionist was very kind to grant me a late check-out upon request since I arrived late at night.

Had a very good 2-day CNY stay at Royale Chulan Seremban. The buffet breakfast was surprisingly different on both mornings. The rooms are clean, and I loved their bathtub with super hot water.

Recommended place to stay with family. Room super large with great value, I stayed in a deluxe room with jacuzzi last Saturday. Super satisfied! my daughter had fun. Friendly and helpful staff.

Exceptionally clean rooms, kudos to the housekeeping team. The Family Deluxe rooms booked were spotless, smells good and very very happy with the amenities provided.

We spent three days and two nights at this property for our family day. Initially, we were a little skeptical about the room, the survey feedback, and the overall experience.

Great location — many nearby restaurants available for lunch & breakfast. Walking distance to Teluk Kemang beach by using private access gate from the hotel.

Clean and relaxing place to stay. 30 minutes from airport. I didnt know this hotel, but Air Asia canceled flight make us stay for just 3 hours before our morning flight to Palembang.

During my stopover in Kuala Lumpur, he was incredibly kind and helpful.

Good stay overall. Price is reasonable. Simple resort, big pool, spacious sea-facing room. Beach vibes + best seafood in town right in front. Parking & check-in smooth. Family orientated resort.

Stayed 3d2n at Pacific Regency Baech Resort PD, nice room at room 8221 with full Seaview.
Some minor feedback for improvement:
1. Cleanliness for room and facilities need improve and upgrade.

The Goodie Bags from their Promotion was Amazing. It fills up all kinds of stuffs on it, with different type of snacks.

Big pool and with warm water. My kids love it. Also like a mini water park.
Good location for jogging around the lake garden.
Ramadan food variety is many, it delicious. Better than other places.

The room was okay and comfortable.
The staff were friendly.
There are few spiderweb in the room, water heater wasn’t working, and the iron board couldn’t be used. Overall, everything was fine.

The room we were in was a bit smelly; they probably need to replace the carpeting or at least spray some sort of fabric perfume.

Very excellent service, accommodation, location and facilities.

Its was all good! You can barely get any internet connection for signal especially when youre in the room. So if you’re highly reliant on connectivity, it’s going to be hard for you.

Our stay was amazing! The owner was always there to assist us via phone if needed. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, with only one other guests downstairs.

Had a pleasant stay at Klana Beach Resort with my family. The hotel itself is attractive and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options that everyone enjoyed.

Nice view if you take the room facing the sea. Upon checking out I was given Loyalty card which entitles me for 20% discount on next visit.

Tv channel not clear like red old tv. We're now 5g okey. Better change to internet or smart TV. We are at 2024 now. Please put hair dryer at room. Food okey no problem. Price ok no problem.

Hotel view from the beach… walking distance. Provided shower near the back gate easy to clean ourselves. Please don't go to your room in wet conditions. Food okay. Variety of selection for breakfast.

The staff service here quit nice, while we checked in we try to open the TV, the TV not works at all. Then we try to ask the owner, and he ask ths staff managment came here to look around.

3 days 2 nite at this one bedroom apartment. Partly seaview. Facilities included aircon in the bedroom besides iron without a iron board and hair dryer. Fan in living hall.

A relatively affordable 3-room apartment style resort that offers a large swimming pool, beautiful beach and a mini petting zoo for the kids.

Great place to stay, surrounded by greenery and the beach is only 5 minutes walk away. We were a party of 11 adults and 4 kids, had an enjoyable time using their BBQ pit for dinner.
