A private pool attached to our suite is definitely the highlight of our stay where the kids loved it very much. The amenities are good and the room is considered spacious for 4 person. A good place for family retreat.

The floor, furniture and facilities of the property is old and dirty, the cleanliness of the property and cafe is really not satisfied at all. The only point we satisfied is staff all are very friendly and helpful. So, the conclusion is the property actually not same value of the rent.

The Swimming pool. Love it… actually 2nd time we been here. Located just near the PD waterfront and easy access to shops, restaurants, beach. The room is clean and provides us great hospitality. The staffs were very helpful. Will repeat again next.

This place is best for those who wants to get away from hectic place. A good choice to relax our mind and perfect for a big family especially those with small kids. The service crew also gave well done services yet friendly and helpful too. The room we got is spacious, clean and comfortable hence full-equipped. I highly recommend this place for those who seek for a spot to stress-free sensation.

Everything is great except the check-in process is very disappointing. Love the room, private pool, surrounding scenery, breakfast but not the check-in process. You have to wait for quite a long time just to get your room's key. I have been to quite a number of hotels, the check-in process at Grand Lexis is the worst. Families have to stand in hot weather outside the lobby with other guest families. Only one family member allowed to wait in the lobby to register check-in. Around 1pm the registering process started with a long queue. Guess what? U just get a number. Around 2pm then the process of giving the room key started and you have to wait until your number is being called. Salute to the much smoother check-in process at Lexis Hibiscus. Grand Lexis, please learn something from your sibling.

The deluxe private pool villa room 2007 managed by Wonderland Resources has the worst customer service with no amenities only cheap no frills shower gel. The owner, Mr Sean was extremely rude and arrogant. The worst experience ever. Will never go back again under them. Waste of money.

Good and efficient service and very friendly and kind staff. I would recommend this hotel to relatives and friends. Of course I will bring the family back here for the next vacation. Got the farthest seafacing chalet which offered fantastic and unobstructed view of the ocean. The room was rather small with a large king bed and a small window will bed. Some age is beginning to show at the toilets but overall had a pleasant and enjoyable stay with the children. If at all you are thinking of going to Port Dickson for a holiday during peak season — you can save yourself the headache of traffic congestion by staying this northern side of PD where Lexis is located and avoid the very busy Batu 10 side of town.

No slippers, Wi-Fi was down at my room as well and the conditions in the room were quite old with occasional airplane sounds. The environment was very good however, decent for photos! Breakfast is a little shabby but there are many things to choose from.

Ramai yg main kolam mse tu. Tpi kalau x nk main kolam public tu pun, dlm bilik dh ada kolam tertutup so bile2 je boleh mandi. Biase kalo dulu2, jarang mandi kolam public sbb tak bebas mane. Tapi bile ade kolam persendirian ni rse bebas sgtlah. Makan maggi pun best. Tak sia2 duduk sini.

Nice as a resort hotel. You will fine high standards from staff, service n room. Make sure to walk around to sight seeing when sunset. It is so beautiful. Children can play around and the outer swimming pool is nice. They will have fun for sure.

Everything are perfect. From the staff until the accomodation, everything is perfect. The room were tremendous. The comfortable bed, the private pool and the perfect environment. The breakfast are just incredible. Lots of foods choices and the well organized staff in handling guests. The great taste of the foods which nothing to be complaint for. The hotel must acknowledge the duty manager which is Mr Stephen which made us feel comfortable with his service. Our room was not ready during our arrival but he handled it personally. Overall, we will make our next visit in short time as everything about the hotel is incredible. But, bear in mind to train your reception staff as they not smile while attending guests during check in and check out process. Other staff are well trained in attending guests.

An older resort and the age is showing. Deserve an update and refurbishment sooner rather than later. Having said that… the resort makes it up with other traits. The staff generally are courteous and helpful. From those manning the reception to the concierge and the guys driving buggies taking guests to and from their rooms. Breakfast is the highlight of the day. The spread is above average, regularly replenished and the service staff are efficient at clearing used crockery off the table. They even manage to keep it up on busy Sunday mornings, something many hotel restaurants have failed. Breakfast seating is well controlled so that guests don't need to stand over tables to 'book' them or clear tables themselves… kudos to one Mr. Suleiman for this. Resort facilities are ok. A tip… facilities are shared with Grand Lexis next door. Scoot over to Grand Lexis' pool… much better and less people (my guess is that because many rooms in Grand Lexis has in room pools). This is not generally publicised. Hope they keep it up…

The overall experience there was very pleasant. There are a lot of parking spaces (indoors and outdoors). The staffs are all very nice and friendly. Facilities there are all in great condition so was the room I booked. The public swimming pool is okay for kids to come play with the provided playground set. You can catch a breathtaking view of the sunset by walking trough the rooms on the sea. There's also a spa and games room. Recommended for a really nice holiday.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic, best in Malaysia. Upon check-in they were polite and made the check in process fast and smooth. Was even allowed to check-in early. Got driven to the room. Room was spacious, clean and tidy. Only downfall was the water pressure in the bathroom, very very low and this was not great. Ate dinner at the restaurant and once again the staff were fantastic and food was not bad and at a very reasonable price. Had a good night sleep which is always welcome. The private room swimming pool is great and very clean also a huge bonus. Breakfast not great but typically all hotel breakfasts in Malaysia are of this standard sadly these days, so no real complaints. Check-out was a breeze and again staff very friendly and professional. Car parking was good and free. A nice stay and enjoyable.

My shower not working, cold water. Entering into bedroom from entrance door, bad smell like toilet shit smell. Could the smell from stp pipes? Next day your cleaners did not give soap and shampoo kedekut, Hj. Bakar come on! lexisPD don't be too cheap. Floor slippery, nearly feel down, no good if you are rushing. Room 509. I was staying alone 20-22Jul18.
On positive side, view good. Bed excellent. Air Cond working well. Water kettle working. TV channel good. Pool site good. Function room v good, refreshment good except no coffee free flow. We need black coffee to keep alert.
All in all, OK lah. Could be better.

This is our 4th staying in Grand Lexis Port Dickson. The room is very spacious and the private pool is the best. We opted for breakfast this and is was really good. A wide variety of choices and taste good as well. We will surely book this establishment again. 5 stars.

The pricing tier had already made me expect some luxurious services. And they fulfill the expectations, of course. In-room pool concept for Executive Suites are awesome for me where my family and I can swim in private. The breakfast included is great with so many meal varieties available. There are a number of fun activities available around the premise such as games room and archery range but I haven't tried the archery yet. Superb getaway choice!

Excellent hotel with excellent service but on the pricey end. To honestly think about it, the guests are actually paying such high rates probably because of the "private pool" in the villa. The room I stayed in had no sea view and the glass panel on the floor looking through, there were only rocks and stones I saw during the daytime. I must however though, praise the staffs for their excellent and courteous service and their speedy responses to requests. Despite the years, the hotel still look clean and well maintained.

First of all I would like say thank you to Roselle coffee shop, Mr Mages… he gave us a very good service, professional, helpful and so friendly to the staff and customer. Very pleasant stay. Although the hotel had quite a numbers of visitors/tourists, but the hotel staffs are very efficient. The check in and check out was very fast. The buggy service was also very convenient and fun. The hotel also gave us a complimentary cake for our anniversary. Really appreciate it.

Had a family holiday last week and we received a very warm welcome from all staff… front desk to restaurant and not forgetting the spa too. Room very comfy and pool is clean. Resort area is well taken care. Would like to personally thank Rina who did facial spa for me. Thanks for the good facial service.

The best hotel service & facilities so far. I went for a small family getaway from my town. I loved the children safety facilities in the hotel room especially at the pool side & doors to the kitchen & bathroom. Service dine in room also satisfying. Worth to stay for honeymoon or family vacation.

I think the price is quite pricey compared to the condition of the room. Toilet's floor is not really clean. Drawer beside my bed have a dirty food container probably from previous guest. Room's furniture looks quite old. But must say thumbs up to all staff. They were really helpful and really kind.

Great experience for kids as the private pool is just so relaxing. Great amenities and facilities, next to public beach and the hotel services is just great. The only downside is the parking area at the main building, giving ways to cars parked next to the walls. Difficult for myself to park and even to go out from parking space because there were cars did not parked at designated area. Hopefully better security and traffic control at the parking area.

On average, the room is good and staff are all friendly and very helpful. However you need to re-visit your check in procedure and lobby. As the check in time is at 4pm, you need to have bigger lobby or waiting area. The lobby are just too cramp and not enough chair. I arrived at 3pm, and no place to breastfeed my baby. Please take that into your consideration.

Nice view through balcony. I like their room interior design. I was surprised coz when I step into the room there was a big bathroom and a huge bathtub presented and there is another door to enter my bedroom. They cleverly separated bedroom and bathroom.

For the price paid, the large room made up for it. The tower room were reflective of the water chalet layout. May be funny to walk through the toilet to reach the room, but may be designed that way so (hopefully) people will wash their feet before entering the bedroom. Aircond is noisy and not cold, likely due to the age of the building. Two queen bed made it sufficient for a family of 2Adults and 2kids (below12) to share. Basic amenities and most activities except for swimming pool, are chargeable. Example, bicycle is rm10/hr and can only be used within the resort. Lexis links to Grand Lexis next door. You can access amenities in both sides — the Grand Lexis pool is slightly less packed, likely due to availability of water chalet with individual pools.

Such a great place to bring our families here. We can just spend time in the room coz it have a private pool. The bed is also comfortable and btw this is my second visit. And both visit are in grand lexis. Then I'm in the big room with the big pool, but today is a regular one. But it's still great. I must try the hibiscus next time.

A nice place that had better times. The ocean rooms have their own pool and a window in the floor to see the water. The Pirate bar is nice though.

Our room was well equipped and well prepared. The family thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool. The air conditioning duct is not effective for temperature controls at night. A better way is needed to control the ventilation of cold air. Check in time could be earlier since 4pm is way too late in the day. Without a doubt one of the best place for a fun filled family getaway for Port Dickson.

Enjoyed the stay for 2 nights with the family especially that we upgraded the room to the sea facing rooms. Recommended if you are looking for relaxation time with private pool and superp sunset view. Breakfast was also of good quality and all staff are welcoming and very helpful.

Im really satisfied with my purchase here. Overall is very good service and my weekend spend well. but the parking is quite limited for us to find there, I think you should provide more specific parking to guest only. The buggy car was fast and always available when we reach them. That's all I think. I want to stay here again for sure and thank you.

We were welcomed and upon arrival got a free room upgrade from deluxe pool villa to executive pool villa. The initial villa that we book had a king size bed only, we were upgraded to a villa that have two king size bed. Furthermore, it was not because I was a regular, in fact it was my first time checking in to to grand lexis. So the upgrade definitely was a pleasant surprise. The room was huge, the swimming pool in the villa was 4 ft. So parents with small children is advised to bring proper swimming equipment so that they are able to fully enjoy the indoor pool. The pillow and bedding are real comfortable. The buggy services are also friendly and the small alley leading to the water villas have a nice ambient to it. We booked with breakfast. And it was not a disappointment. Extensive breakfast selection, but I wish that the bread choice could be a bit more of a variety. All in all, it was a superb experience.

Stayed in Grand pool villa for the first night. Very nice room. Nice sea view. Everything is great. An A++ room. Second day down grade it to Deluxe Suite. It's still a great room but the quality differences is too high. More mosquitoes to accompany you at night. The maintenance is not that good. Feels a bit dusty and run down. The wood on the wall and furniture is chipped. Well, tbh really not worth the price.

Wonderful place to bring the family… With an indoor swimming pool, the kids can have fun in the pool regardless of the weather. A larger outdoor swimming pool is also available. The food served was tasty and sufficient while the service staff were very courteous… Highly recommended for a satisfactory family weekend getaway…

It's a great vacation room. Built in the sea, the room has a private pool, the room is very large, there are two large beds, sitting in the bed can be seen through the floor of the glass below the water, there is a simple convenient to do the meal area, there is a large dressing bath.

This is my third time staying in Grand Lexis Port Dickson. Had stayed once at Lexis Hibiscus but still prefer Grand Lexis. However, the management should looked into maintaining the room amenities, the rain shower in the room I stayed was not working, The mini fridge was not functioning very well too. There should be 2 sun lounger in the balcony instead of only 1. Should consider having a small table at the balcony where we can put drinks too. The room is for 4 person but the towels provided was only 2, asked for more but housekeeping refused to give. The room price is still steep looking at the maintenance of the rooms. For such high price we paid, we expect the rooms to be more high class. Hope to see some improvements in the room amenities the next time we stayed in the resort.

It was a good and pleasant stay. We book the Hibiscus room which was huge and comfy with a private pool. we requested for extra bed but they mention they do not provide even if we are willing to pay. Then we ask for extra pillow but was decline also. Perhaps you could look into this area. Breakfast was good as well as they have quite a selection. Overall it was a good stay.

Good place to bring your kids for a weekend getaway. A swimming pool in every room, excellent. Room is clean and the swimming pool is well maintained. Only gripe is the parking lot is overfilled — kind of expected since it was a long weekend.

Nice rooms with a private pool for each room. Just that the toilet and the bathroom is a little small. A pantry with a electric kettle and microwave is provided, there's a sink with dishwasher soap provided as well.

We came by for Christmas Eve dinner at the Roselle Coffee House, 16 of us. Everyone ordered similar items off the menu, mostly tenderloin steak. Some of us had to wait over an hour for our food and when it cane it was cold (like it was left out too long) and some of us had to wait to over an hour to be told that tenderloin steaks had run out. This could’ve been expressed to us earlier. By far the worst service from such a “reputable” hotel. I may not be paying premium for my food but I am paying service charges for proper services. Do not recommend this place. At all.

Me and my family will spend december holiday here at least once every year since 2007 as my father is one of the unit owner. Been 10 years already. Management team has surely keeping up the satisfactions of the customers year by year. Great work. But, the fun room for children still not improves much, activities for young kids are still not much of a choice. A/C louvre was not cleaned.

Registration process was quite smooth. Buggy transfer from hotel to the villa also was fast and efficient. Room is spacious and amenities provided were decent, sufficient for 4 persons staying in the room. Having your own pool and steam room is definitely a hit with the kids and parent. Only issue is the urine smell that greets us when we enter the bathroom. Apart from that, everything else is okay.

A luxury place but worth the money every single penny. Rooms with private pool and wide, is a great deal for honeymoon couples or families who concerns about privacy but still wanna enjoy themselves. Staffs are very friendly and rich with smiles. Rooms are quite far from the reservation counter and parking lots but you can request for buggy assistance anytime. Quite an expensive place but seriously worth it. Self would come back here for half-yearly getaway definitely. I wish I could provide with more pictures but they are restricted honeymoon pictures. Sorry guys!

The customer service was absolutely incredible. The Senior Assistant Manager Stephen Devadas was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, personally calling our room to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. The food was awesome, the rooms were exceptionally clean, the activities such as archery were way to much fun. Never wanted to leave. The best part was definitely the rooms with you're own private pool though, the pools were clean and larger than expected. Cant wait to go back. Absolutely lovely experience.

Had a bad experience where the cleaners took away the bottle of special cleanser I had brought that was still 80% full! I need this as I get itchy in certain places with normal body wash. I had left the bottle in the shower cubicle, and the bottle looked so different from the Lexis bottles, so there is no way they could have mistaken it for the Lexis body wash bottles. So now I'm feeling itchy in those sensitive areas.

We booked two (room) the sky pool grand villa, and one of the room got cockroach! Oh my god
The service is super slow! We requested the room to be side by side or just opposite, end up we will given one room at 7th floor and the other at 8 floor! and when we ask whether can they arrange for us and their reply "first come first serve". But in their email was stated Kindly be informed that your request on below is subject to availability. However, priority should we extend to you. Clearly we were not given the priority as I later found out that the room beside mine also check in same time as we did! Care to explain? And lastly we dine at the duyung restaurant, one menu the price of rice bojari is RM28, but we were charge RM36 per plate! Yes we should have check, but this is 5 star hotel we expect it to be it best. And nope I am not going to recommend any to my friends/relative.

Great hotel for big family. Double king size bed, private swimming pool (1.2m deep, just nice for the little one), microwave, affordable and good in room dining food (we ordered the chicken macaroni cheese 4x over our 4d3n stay). Good beach for the little one (around 10-15 min walk). We just hoped that it can be nearer. The private swimming pool is the main reason for our stay. Other than the beach, we didn't go anywhere else for our 4d3n stay. And most of our meal we ordered for in room dining.

Yes, very satisfied! The staff is very good. Check in and check out procedures are fast, not a few minutes … There is a car in and out of the room, the public swimming pool is very big, there are free towels ~ the room also likes ~ The toilet those are very beautiful.

It's a great experience for me and my family to spend our time together here. It's a great place. Comfortable room. But the only thing that I am not satisfied is the toilet. There are black spots on the toilet bowl. It makes my mom not really comfortable as she is so particular about toilet. Overall your service is really good. Friendly staff. Awesome.

Faced problem when ordered dinner delivery. Waited for more than half an hour and still not yet received the ordered dinner. Called to ask for status and the lady over the phone said the dinner already went out for delivery. Yet, still not yet received, called few more times and finally only receive after two hours. The delivery boy said they overlooked the order and put in a couple of complimentary cakes and drinks. The dinner tasted quite good despite the first bad experience. The breakfast buffet had various menu but overall the taste was so-so. The ala carte dinner tasted better. The private pool was really nice. Despite the bad dinner experience, I assume it should be a pretty isolated case. Overall experience, my family won't mind to come again a second time.

Everyone of the staffs that we met and talked to were friendly and nice. Room were spacious and most importantly very clean. Many towels were provided so we can use them separately for after swimming and for showering. Really love and appreciate that so much. The pool was great but the water is a bit too cold. Overall it was a great experience.

Private pool, huge bedroom, small kitchen and nice bathroom. Loads of activities. Quiet and secluded. Staff were all generally friendly and would greet you every time they saw you.

Great place to relax and for honeymoon. In room private pool. Good open kids pool. Huge and comfy bed. Bunch of in and outdoor activities. The outdoor dining was awesome too. A bit expensive, but worth it.

Definitely resort atmosphere and amenities. Excellent customer service. Place is only 6 years old so room for developing. Very affordable.

The staff were really hospitable, the resort had a really relaxing feel to it. The private pools are great fun despite the size and temperature (freezing at night). The room sizes are large and mostly well kept. Wish it could feel cleaner even though it seems well maintained. Would recommend and will come back if I had the chance to!

The environment is quiet, suitable for a place of size and leisure. The staff were very friendly. The only disadvantage is that there are too few restaurants and there are not enough seats in Japanese restaurants.

My review is for lexis pd (not grand lexis). The water chalet room I stayed in was huge & well maintained. Beds & pillows comfy. My 2 kids enjoyed the huge bathtub. Bathsalts were provided. Wi-Fi very strong. staff were great. Efficient & friendly.

This is a review for Grand Lexis, not to be confused with Lexis. We had mixed feelings about this place. Firstly the good… the staff were excellent. The front desk were courteous and gave good advice about which room to choose. The restaurant staff were super efficient. Now for the "not so good"… the 1st room we were given had a blocked toilet! there were also flies in the bedroom. We changed rooms without any hassle. The new room had a couple of problems that were not immediately apparent. At night, when we felt too cold, we turned the temperature to 25C. This didnt seem to make a difference. Later we turned it all the way up to 29C but still woke up the next morning cold. The temperature setting didnt make much, if any, difference. The next problem was more serious. The pool outside the room had a trough next to it which was filled with stagnant water, a potential breeding ground for mosquitoes. And finally on the morning we were leaving, we found ourselves locked out of our room just after 11am (checkout was stated as 12pm)!

When i'm arrived, the room not ready. The room given not very clean and the air condition made my children got flu.

I like to enjoy holidays within Malaysia, but some local hotel like Lexis Port Dickson need to really improve. 1. This sales pictures and the actual are too far differences, it seem like attraction to disappointment. 2. The maintenance in the rooms are bad, the tiles like never washing for 10 years. 3. We made booking with fully paid, but after check in at 3.00pm, still have to wait for 45 minutes for the rooms to ready. Before my rooms ready, a guest in front of me waited for 1.30 hours. 4. Many facilities they claims need to pay and pay, a rent for bicycle will be RM10.00 per hour. That not all, still you need run to pay and queuing up at reception then show the bill, fill up the form, only able to enjoy the facilities. 5. The chef in the cafe are brilliant, their cooking is nice, but the foods are not fresh. Many of my colleague diarrhea after the food. Even one of my colleague complaint about it, they replace with take away packing and ask my colleague to eat at the room instead at the cafe. 6. I met a traveler from China at reception was asking for the power point which can charge his handphone, but the reception said, the hotel do not provide International Power Adaptor for International visitors. How can a Malaysia's Hotel represent us for the International market? A simple knowlege or a basic facilites should have in even low class motel not been provided.

A very nice experience for the kids & adult alike. The pool in the room is certainly an attraction — the boys jump into the pool non stop. Room is clean (very important), facilities are tiptop &the staffs are well trained & ready to help. Very pleasant group of staffs (the management better take care of them). You can find everything in the resort. Games room can be better though with additional new games and maintain it well. Restaurants & karaoke are also available! The only thing missing is the beach coz you gotta opt for the outside beach to have those breezy experience, sands slipping thru your slippers, waves from the sea beating gently on your feet in the evening or a morning jog along the beach… if you have that, wow… priceless experience! But overall it is an excellent!

Overall is ok, but a bit disappointed of the room bath tub (water keep running out from the whole), and the light of the balcony keep flashing when I stay there, I call up third time (it take 3hrs) only get someone come over to fixed the light of my balcony, this make me mad about it… But overall me and my family is quite enjoyed that weekend over there… Next time might visit Grand Lexis or Hibiscus Lexis to feel the deferent between it…

Like the private pool very much, but the facilities in the hotel need money! I love the Buggy Service too, but long queue sometimes and its hard to get a buggy car from either the room or the lobby, hope they can add more buggy car to serve us.

The room is clean and spacious. The view is awesome and the food is good! recomended to all. :).

Stayed at the C (U) 133 Water CChalet. Pretty amazing place. Everything about it. From the furniture, to the beautiful Infinity Pool, to the service and the curtsey of the staff. 5 star all teh way. The only thing is it's not a place for a person that is alone. So next time I will come with my family. They will love it I'm sure.

The buggy service to pick up u from your room was so late. Waited half n hour for the buggy service.

Not a ideal hotel. Avillion is excellent.
