2nd time staying here. Overall the room is in good condition. Basic facilities are provided. Only the day I stayed the Wi-Fi was having problems.

Just checking in to the room, the receptionist is polite, the location is good, the room and toilet is clean, the environment well maintaned.

Nice hotel but the room we stayed in had a problem w the a/c and water heater not working properly. We also noticed the bed sheets had stain as well.

Clean homestay with AC and large living area. Highly recommend!

Friendly owner, clean room, near to amenities and the Air-conditioning was good.

Tv channel not clear like red old tv. We're now 5g okey. Better change to internet or smart TV. We are at 2024 now. Please put hair dryer at room. Food okey no problem. Price ok no problem.

Hotel view from the beach… walking distance. Provided shower near the back gate easy to clean ourselves. Please don't go to your room in wet conditions. Food okay. Variety of selection for breakfast.

Rooms generally with basic amenities like hair dryer coffee making facilities and kettle.
Water pressure a bit low and hot water shower not as as hot as would be hot to maximise the hotness level.

Typical commercial blocks turned into hotel so expect rooms without window. The internet is choppy but TV does provide lots of channels if you subscribe to Netflix etc. They give quality towels.

Though is a small hotel, but it’s clean and worth of the price. Plenty of public parking outside and just nearby there is Chinese food court. Won’t need to worry of breakfast.

Its really niceee plus its mad cheap very comfy especially the bed plus its near restaurants, 7e, st rosham mart very convenient.

We r LDR couple we always check in here… that place… my husband like so much bcos that nt busy at all always quiet … esay to access. Shop and highway. Staff all goood.

I am staying in this hotel for 2 nights for a course in USIM. The hotel is located just 10 minutes away from USIM, very convenient with Aeon Nilai just 5 minutes away.

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in bahau it has all the basic needs in a rooms that some hotel lack off. Highly recommended.

Self-service hotel with no check-in counter. You’ll receive passwords for the entrance and lockbox upon registration. Simple setup, and I really like it.

The room is quite small with mattress on platform. The room and toilet is clean. Tv has a few local channels to watch. The soundproof of the room is none. You can hear everything from inside.

I‘ve spended two night in the Lea guest hotel and I was so fascinated from The service and the friendly stuff. The room, in Japanese style was so comfortable :)

Overall experience was good. The only complains is the television does not work… Switch on the TV and we get only one channel that not even clear…

Through many bad review about surrounded hotel. I though this could consider one of the best hotel for budget less than 100 RM. The facility is good and well clean.

Encik Rosli, our host, was incredibly kind, informative, and helpful. He made sure everything was in perfect order before leaving the unit. He was always online and easy to reach.

The room was small and for two nights you have to pay 320rm. The service was great and the room is really clean. I would come back here. 👍👍

Nice ambiance to organise functions like wedding and reunion.
Just that the fan system needs to be upgraded with mist spray to cool thing down the weather is pretty hot.
