Been there for every 4 month for over a year, never want to fix the internet issue, today is the last day I check in this hotel. Also delivery people here a so lazy.

I think should service the aircond and to ensure the bathroom door is properly closed when guess first check in because the first thing that catched my eyes was toilet bowl.

Overall nice hotel. Just that there's the heavy smell of cockroach medicine in the room and the walls arent very soundproof (can hear the other guests in your room)

It's a great place yo stsy overnight. But the lack of elevator is quite a bothersome.

Need more parking lot. Forced to double park.

Previously, I'm satisfied with the service. But today 1st december 2017 at 10.54 p. M. One of the staff being so rude to us. It was an indian man, I don't know if his the owner or the worker. But the way he told us to move our car was sooooo rude and we had to move our car just because he said that 'tak boleh park sini, bawah sana boleh parking', 'tengok macam mana u nak keluar kereta? '. U aspect us the ladies to park so far at the back and walk our self in the dark. Ewh bodoh ke! And u sembang2 bahasa u supaya kita org tak paham and gelak2 kan kita org, wah seronok kau kan. Lagi best dia boleh2 nak masuk dulu park depan kami. We are the customer dumb ass, bagi customer masuk dulu la bodoh! Then all of the sudden another car came in and park on our spot and it was an indian, we told him 'u kata tak boleh park, tapi org park tu ok je u tak marah', then dia reply lagi in rudeness 'tak besok org saman, lagi pun dia org bukan duduk sini pun' padahal dia org customer u all. Not being racist but its being common sense, u can come and explain to us elok2 but instead u keep with your own judgement. Is this the way u treat your customer, according to the customer service principal 'customer is always right' see that "always". U nak gaduh dengan org yang belajar customer service ke! U should get a trainer to give to your staff including your managament a lesson on customer service.

Will never come again… got bad experience…

Avoid. Nothing nearby. Rude female personel,

This is a good place to sleep, but there are no good restaurants within walking distance. It is close to major hospital. The service at the front desk was rude and lacked courtesy by manager. Attempted to charge Tourist Tax, but is not certified to do so. There is no Certificate of Registration with government. We refused to pay and were not hassled anymore. The free breakfast is bread only. There is no elevator. Street noise is considerable. There are certainly better places to stay in the center of Seremban.

Stayed in this hotel for the first time and was quite surprised. I booked a single room and I came in late so the room was released however they were kind enough to give me a queen bed room. That was very nice of them, the room was small but clean and the bathroom was quite modern with hot water and clean new toilet seats. Except for the traffic noise had a good night rest.

Clean and neat that's all matters.

This is the finest location with best atmosphere for conference.

Clean hotel. Nice bathroom. Simple and cozy room. Well room rate cost little high for me. No lift?. 2nd floor is very high so will have a little extra energy if you got many stuff to bring to your 2nd floor room.

A decent budget hotel with a good price. But if you park in front of the hotel you have to pay the parking ticket with only 60cents per ticket. And it is mislocated in Waze as if it is inside the hospital seremban. But actually the hotel is exactly beside it.

Nice Hotel with all the basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, Astro Movie Channels, Hot shower and AirCon. Close to Seremban Old Town, Seremban Train Station, General Hospital Tuanku Jaafar most importantly CLEAN and Comfortable. Friendly reception and Manager very helpful.

New and clean rooms, close to railway and Seremban city centre. Perfect for small to large group travellers with very reasonable price. Probably the only budget hotel that serves breakfast.

I love to stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and beautiful interior. I live in a twin room with my friends. This hotel provides breakfast, Wi-Fi and car parking for guests. The rooms are comfortable with their own balcony. So we can enjoy the view outside and relaxing at balcony. Prices are reasonable and everyone can afford to pay. Reception service is good and housekeeping are friendly with us. I would highly recommend this hotel. Very beautiful and clean.

Right across the Clinic and Health Department and International Medical Univesity (IMU). Easy access to the Seremban Town and the KTM train station where I can go back to KL. The room is clean and well designed.

Very Clean, beautiful budget Hotel. Easy access from Highway. Free Wi-Fi, internet and free instant coffee. The room we stay at has balcony and has good view. Free parking also available at the corner of the Hotel since the front meter parking needs money. The location is good, very close to Terminal 1 and Seremban Parkson shopping mall. With this price and room quality, this might be the best budget hotel around Seremban Town.
