The spa is by far the most lux experience I’ve ever been. The service is impeccable and seamless.

The customer service was exceptional throughout the stay and never once did we feel disappointed. The resort is now showing its age, and needs basic maintenance to give it new life, but still a lovely resort with cute monkeys. We would recommend to any family or just a romantic getaway.

Me and my family have a wonderful trip at ritz carlton langkawi, and always giving us a superb service, and staff all super nice and friendly. We surely will come again. And from now, ritz carlton is a top my choice in future of my travel. Thank a lot. My stay at hotel is 5 day 4 night. Check in on 26 June. Next time I surely will stay longer and choice another pool suite and beach view suite.

This place is beyond amazing. Beautiful landscaping, huge gardens, stunning pool and private beach, kid friendly facilities, gorgeous rooms and view. Stayed in many big chain resorts, but what makes RC Langkawi stands out is their team of people. My special child feels extra special on his special day, thank you for the celebrations. Miss this place already and looking forward to be back there again.

Everything was superb. Would give 👍👍👍 the ever-friendly staff, hospitality, room, room service, buggy services and the beach. Would be even more perfect if you cld have a designated smoking area away from nonsmoking guests. Had an unpleasant encounter with a smoking guest while waiting for buggy at public waiting area@ langkawi kitchen.

Buffet spreads were great. Lamb briyani was really really nice. The taste of all the dishes were spot on and absolutely no complaint. Like most is how fresh the food is. They don't put a lot of food out at once and they top it up everytime so it's hot and fresh. Less wasteage this way! The best ramadan buffet in langkawi 👍

There is absolutely nothing negative you can say about this resort! Attentive staff who cater to your every need, fabulous rooms and food and the best massage by Lina that I have ever had (and I have had many! ) If you want to relax and unwind while enjoying the sight of monkeys and hornbills then look no further! This is superb service at its finest.

We stayed at Beachfront Villa. This place is in harmony with the natural environment around it, and unlike ordinary hotel buildings, low buildings are characterized by huddled buildings. The scenery is beautiful and the building is quiet. I love ❤️ this place very much.

Stayed in countless Marriott hotel, this is probably the best of them all, and best hotel I’ve stayed in! Impressive service and gorgeous rooms, staff are well trained and attentive!

A great resort with for a nice retreat on Langkawi. Very private feeling, quite and offering a private beach. The staff is very courteous and do do well in accommodating guest requests. The Horizn Bar and Pool is just amazing and the best spot for some drinks and enjoying the sunset. Even worth to spend a full day, since it also includes a restaurant. The resort is bit far away from the tourist centers and restaurants, but still very easy and convenient to get there with a Cab or a GRAB car. The only downside is the obviously high prices, but still recommended.

The room was amazing. I love everything inside the room. The balcony facing jungle and feels like living in nature. It was a great experience for me. Very recommended! Staff was super friendly. Definitely will come back.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, with all facilities needed by guest. 3 restaurants, gym, kids playing yard and all rooms in a rain forest. Really deserve to enjoy the romantic atmosphere.

Recognition goes out to Erika in the front office and Izza in the horizon bar and restaurant and so we're the other f&b staff at the horizon. The food was truly amazing. Highly recommend giving that a try. Stayed here 3 nights at a beach Villa.

Overall it was good experience and it was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. The location of the hotel was good but not great, it was far from services and outlets. Staff was friendly and very helping and always smiling. One thing is that some times you need a golf car to get transportation from your location to another places but I experienced two times that I ordered for a car and they simply ignored me! This was the only issue I noticed. Second thing is that the insurance of the room is too high it was 3000 RM for 5 days stay. This amount is a bit high for a 5 days stay. The breakfast was great I loved it me and my wife. Pancakes was great and the service in the restaurant was amazing. Everything else was great and awesome but if they could consider the prices in the beach grill because it is extremely expensive! Overall it deserves 8.5 out of 10

Well designed rooms and good location. It's a new hotel so things are still in good condition. The rooms are well thought out and nicely decorated. Unfortunately I got bites from bugs on my last night. The first night was just an itch which I didn't thought much about. It's a new hotel and the room is quite clean — what could go wrong, right? Maybe the forest settings makes it difficult to keep the insects out. So, the bugs spoils an otherwise good experience. Breakfast is below expectation. Maybe it’s fasting month but still, the a la carte menu is quite underwhelming. Many categories of rooms available. But listed price is somewhat on the high side. Worth a try if you have cash to spare. Worth a try if you want to experience high end resort living located within a vast expanse of native forest — it comes with monkeys! The resort is located near the sea and just short ride from the airport.

Great hotel in lovely location, fantastic staff and superb service all round. Suites are spacious and well finished. Plenty of options for eating and drinking and infinity pool makes nice setting anytime of the day.

Paradise on earth! absolutely stunning resort staff were the best and iv never received such outstanding service in my life they really do make you feel like a billion dollars every guest is treated like royalty no matter what status or room they have. Will definitely be staying here whenever I come back to Langkawi can thank them enough for their service and generosity.

Ultra-luxurious. The suites are spaced across a vast expanse. You can call for a buggy to come to yr suite n pick you up to take you to the restaurants, etc. As far as I can tell, the buggies arrive in just about a minute and yr driver is sometimes a pretty lady! :D I had a seaview suite and the view was simply to die for.

We enjoyed staying at The Ritz-Carlton Langkawi on 26 March. During booking, we were attended by Mariya, Farid and Hafiza via email. Although it’s just through email, I can feel their friendliness and sincerity in attending guest. They will ensure all the preferences were fulfill. During arrival, we were greeted with friendly receptionist such as Nazri and his colleagues which I can’t remember their name. Really appreciate the attention to details of each of the staff from the main entrance to the arrival lounge, the bell boy, the persons who sent our iron and sejadah, and fruits platter. Besides, the attentive staff at Langkawi Kitchen such as Bella, Izzat and each of every staff in charge of their section were very friendly and helpful. My mom really enjoyed chatting with them. This is really unforgettable experience for our family and definitely we will come again and recommend to others. Kudos to the Ladies & Gentleman of The Ritz-Carlton!

We have just stayed for 3 nights and really wished we could have stayed longer. The resort, the staff, amenities, food and drinks go way beyond expectations. There was nothing we could fault at all. The staff are all so friendly and it truly blew me away that a number of staff remembered our names, only having met us once. On our last day we used the spa facilities plus booked a massage and the whole area is setup so beautiful and tranquil overlooking the ocean. The best massage I have ever experienced. Thank you for making our stay such a memorable one and we will be back.

We stayed here last week as our last day of a 10 day holiday trip to Malaysia. What an amazing resort! If you've stayed for a few days at Langkawi and want to go out with a bang I can definitely recommend to book a night at the Ritz! The food is so much better than the other good resorts we've been to on the Island. The Indian dishes (Langkwai Kitchen) were one of the best I've ever tasted. The staff is amazing friendly and helpful, the rooms are like never seen before with much inventive smart designs (Warm toilet seat in your bathroom whahaaa! ). The bathroom is a dream by itself and the view from swimming pool/sea is something we'll keep remembering for a long time. It felt like the same experience as going to a Michelin star restaurant, but than for the entire day/night. Little drinks get offered while you chill at the pool, they come to clean your sunglasses etc etc. Its all those little details the made it so unforgettable. Its expensive, but it was worth every penny! Will come back for sure! Only (very small) improvement point would be the beds: They are really comfortable/cloudy, but I would liked it to be a bit harder. For one night it was fine, but if I stayed longer I would have liked more support for my back.
