Cheap rate, rooms are stuffy, no views, toilet bad condition, TV no picture… went there cos really tight budjet during festive season.

Service was very unfriendly. But efficient nonetheless. Great accommodation for the price.

I’m very dissapointed with the service. I’m not gonna come here again ever. It’s my bad that I paid my bill late after I extended my stay at this hotel as I assume my friend will pay the bill. I thought I will paid when I checked out the day after. So the story begins when my door is knocked at 11.30 pm. You imagined me and my daughter already had a deep sleep that time. We are very shocked cos we afraid the strangers tried to disturb us. So I woke up and I’m more shocked to see that the door is already quarter opened. Where are the manners? Luckily that I had ready with a proper cloth with my daughter. So, he asked me to pay. I paid and again they knocked my door for signed a receipt. After that I felt very hard to fall a sleep cos I’m still in shocked. So here we goes, if you management afraid that I’ll will left the hotel without paid, why you don’t ask for my handphone number when I reactivate my card room for extended stay. How can I inform you or you call me when the phone inside the room also can’t working. What do you expect? This is very embarassing. We also tolerate to call the receptionist with our own handphone if we need anything. And why you can’t do that for your customer too? Seriously this is my last time to be here at Good Hope Hotel. Good luck. Thank you.

An old building revamped. Nice and clean rooms. Bathroom is a little small. Cheap.

Not worth for 3 star, low maintenance and less facilities.

Get best price but the hot water not funtion and aircond not cold.

Room not well maintain. Pipe leaking, air conditioning not very cold. Buffet breakfast not variety.

I have an interview here as sales executive, unfortunately dis not goes well. But, the interior hotel is fantastic. I saw the package as well and they are affordable, convenient for function.

Stay at hère on 10feb to 11feb Sofar good for all and need upgrad the breakfast menu.

The place is not good as 2010. The service was better last time.

The hotel is an average hotel, pretty dated, but conveniently located near a humber of local food places, and especially a very famous chinese restaurant — Maedo. Pricing of the hotel is economical and transport in the area is ok.

Service can b better. Maintenance is poor. 3 star hotel looks like 2 star budget hotel. Price is high. No value for money.

Good to bring mistress for fun, otherwise none.

Nice place. In the morning can go to peladang to have a wonderful breakfast.

This Is Good hotel. Not like 3star, 4star hotel. Nice and better. The person here specially Manager is Hard workers to served you.

Very bad experiences, Wi-Fi only available at lobby, lousy breakfast, smelly room.

Cheap, Wi-Fi is very fast, next door to restaurants & close to convenient store. Also not far from jusco & plaza angsana. The only downsides of hotel are the toilet floor is too slippery bcos of type of tiles used & no qibla direction for muslim (inconvenient for people without smart phone & qibla app). Overall, very nice room to stay.

Food la masalah. Yg lain ok ok jelah kot. Budak kecik pn kena bayar. Just last week p hotel kt area JB jugak. X kena bayar pn. Hotel yg lebih mahal tu… ni food dgn attitude pekerja outa sungguh. Chef buat omlette tu. Muka ketat nk mampos. Kita order kt dia anggok tidak apa tidak. Biadap sungguh. Dah le dpt omlette separuh jer. X pernah umor masok mana2 hotel dpt omlette separuh… pastu suara dia je nk dengar kt dlm restoren ni.

Lift broken, Wi-Fi broken, check-in was a hassle. Apparently front reception keep losing fax voucher and not that helpful even calling travel agent since a burden. I had to call booking agent via my own phone. Interior is quite daunting. Surrounding building are cheap inn and motel. Keep seeing police around making me wonder is this crime area. Basement car park has warning sign that says park at your own risk and have warning sign not walk after midnight here n here at basement. My guess is please avoid this hotel not worth the money and time.
