Careful whenever you arrive there ewe. *pfft.

Very accessible to local transport hub, cleaniness is excellent, facilities new probably recent refurbishments.

Worst ever hotel that I experienced. The receptionist is rude. What ever you ask for they can't fulfill your request. I ask for an extra pillow and the receptionist said they do not have extra. If I insisted, ask from the cleaners personal used pillow. What the hell? I ask for hair dryer, the receptionist said already been taken by someone and they have one and only hair dryer in the hotel. No contral for the water heater and some times there's no hot water as well. No mineral water, no coffee, no tea bag and kettle in the room.

This hotel do not how to take care customer what and need. Please is who stay as this hotel… and you driven your car and parking outside, be careful. Any time you can get saman. Too bad. No any inform to me and customers. Too bad. No any safe in this places… Please not to share this hotel do other people. Bad image too we get.!

A budget hotel. The reception is like a pawn shop. Limited parking. Suitable for a stop over.

Owner of the hotel from China mainland. Very very rude lady. Heater in my room was not working, but I was not allowed to change rooms. Her argument was that I had already used the bed. Come on la… Worst stay in my life. Totally would not recommend this hotel.

A simple nice comfortable and clean room with aircon and a tv. Good for a short rest. Wheelchair friendly. Parking is free. Can have your breakfast at a restaurant next to it which caters to chinese indìan and halal malay food.

Superb location, within walking distance to MacDonald's KFC and other eateries. Room is small but clean and adequate. Aircond and Wi-Fi work well. I like the cold and hot water dispenser and the ironing board at the corridor. Good value for money.

Clean and cheap and reliable.

The place was good. The room was comfortable except for its bathroom's poor ventilation system. This made the bathroom quite smelly because it didn't dry properly. Another star deducted is for the bad command of Malay (local formal language) and English. My wife booked the hotel through Agoda apps. When we want to confirm our booking with the hotel, the frontdesk staff was unable to speak both Malay and English at all. She just said "come 3 o'clock" a few times and hung up. We were quite frustrated with that because we couldnt confirm our booking and we were 3 hours away from our destination and it was a holiday season for Eid, where many hotels will surely be fully booked. Luckily the guy who worked in the evening shift was able to communicate well with us and he is quite helpful. If we somehow met the lady who was on the phone. I dont know what will happened.

The hotel environment is neat & good but sadly 1. Front Desk Staff not friendly, unable to understand simple english & malay language, rude & no manners. 2. Very Poor Management & not helpful. … Sorry, not recommanded. Tq.

I had such a bad experience in this hotel. I totally regret staying in this hotel. First of all, the receptionist guy was very rude to me when it comes to the payment. Just imagine he (malay guy) can tell me… You are wrong and you dont know anything when I questioned him for the payment which I made online. He can humbly explained to me that this hotel wont charge our credit card… but he was really rude. I was there at 1.00am and I was extremely tired to go and look for another option. Secondly, the water heater is not in a condition to use. Only cold water no hot water to shower. Its a centralized water heater. I called the reception and the same guy advising me to just adjust with the situation and if possible, he will change another room for me for the my second day of stay. The reason he gave me is … ''i'm not a technician to repair that now and other rooms are not clean yet. The cleaners will do only tomorrow morning''. Thirdly, the hotel owner trying to save money by fixing the coway water machine where it placed somewhere in that floor. Thats not hot enough to mix any drinks also. No coffee, tea bags are provided. Kettle should be provided but they just provide a jug. All the time we need to go outside of the room to fetch water. It is so annoying. I used to stay in 5 stars and RM60 per night room as well but the hotel will normally provide the necessary needs but here I was so disturbed, not in peace and I will never go back to this hotel again.

Just nice. Clean and tidy. Most important is near to food area.
