Strategic hotel location, at the end of the business park area. A lot of free parking spaces and a 24-7 groceries shop at the ground floor. Hope there will be a cafe there so that hotel customers no need to drive to other place just to have breakfast/lunch/tea/dinner. Nearby restaurants closed early too. The cheapest room here is very small, but for me it is ok, suit its price.

This hotel was ok because it is cheaper and affordable than other hotels. But, it is suitable if you stay for one or two nights. To me, the space in the room that I stay, was small. But if you do what to stay in this hotel, I prefer if you bring your own tissues and for the one whom want to eat Maggie or drink coffee, please do bring your own kettle. The thing that I love about the room that I stay was, the mirror. The mirror was big and length enough for me to see myself. Plus, this Tune Hotel have air-condition and fan in the room. They do provide hair dryer. But they don't provide cloth iron in the room and plus, they don't provide phone room. So, I really hope that Tune Hotel will provide the customer with the toilet kits (toothbrush), cloth iron, kettle and phone room in the rooms. There is convenience store at here which is 7Eleven. The security at this hotel are good. And the service counter are really professional. I hope you can improve more by the hardwares.

Average experience. Price reasonable with room. Just one down side, your card will expire 10 mins before your check out time. And that means everything will be off.

I've stayed here several times now. The condition of the room is getting better. I used to get the room with leaking shower and water host. Keep it up Tune hotel!

At first I was given a room that has a broken ceiling fan + air cord unit. Then replaced by another room by your friendly staff at the reception counter. A very comfortable like a 4cstar hotel yet very cheap.

My stay at Tune Hotel JB was okay. It was mediocre, nothing special nor impressive. Parking spots were ample and the guards were very helpful. The staff at the counter were professional and welcoming. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. The room I stayed in was below average though. The floor was sticky, toiled stinks and there were stains on the bed sheet and pillow sheet.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and I must say its way above my expectations! Definitely would book here again for my budget stay with my friends :) Its just quite hard to find food restaurants around the area and there is only a tiny 7E right beside the lobby area, therefore I would only recommend this hotel if you plan on travelling elsewhere during the day and spend minimal time at the hotel.

Good location with a well kept environment. Bargain price for a clean and comfortable room. Bathroom a bit small though. Good front desk service. Free park too.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. I'm so satisfied with the facilities and the cleanliness in the room. I just want to suggest for the hotel to put a electric kettle in each room if possible because it can be useful for travellers with a budget trip. Thanks.

My stay experience amazing. All staff were friendly and I love the room just nice for me and my partner. But later that night I got hungry… and the surrounding area is like a ghost town so I went to down to the reception and the guy at the reception by the name of Azraai actually helped me with late night food locations in Johor Bahru He is SUPERB! The service in this hotel is indeed amazing and my check out experience was also amazing as I was greeted by a nerdy receptionist by the name of Nad…

Have a really nice stay. The hotel give soap, shampoo, free drinking water, hair dryer & even provide ironing room. There is hot water & aircond. For people who did not have a car, uber & grab cars are available.

The linen was so much stained. There was even blood stains. Reported this and the management changed the linen. The Tune hotel wasn't same like years before. I'm a regular customer in Tune hotel Danga bay. I can see the cleanliness is decreasing. Please do something about it.

The staff were friendly and gave us adequate assistance. The room quite clean and meet the modern design. Lack of minibar fridge, unopened safety deposit box.

Pro — Location is nearby everywhere we wanted to go but with a car. Affordable room. Ample of carpark space. Cons — first day we checked in, toilet had a stench smelled to it. After they clean it again, its alright. TV reception in the room is not good. The air-conditioning is not cold at all, thank god for the fan. Overall, it was an OK stay.

This is the worst choice. The Hotel is very uncomfortable. The room was very clean. The Bed linen does not change. The Internet does not work. Wi-Fi is terrible, slow and the password changes every day. The Only Plus is the bathroom.

For a budget hotel, the price was not competitive. They claim to provide toiletries, but they dont provide toothbrush. Instead they provide a convenience store nearby, so that place was packed with people buying necessities. I brought along children, so they put us on the topmost floor and the farthest room. Definitely not going back there.

Value for money and usualy so crowd and hard to get parking. Recomeded for budget traveller.

U have to book from the website to get early check in. I booked from Expedia website and when I got there to check in at 11am. The staff said I need to pay another RM15 in order to check in early. Then I have stated that I want a non smoking room, but the room given had a very strong smoking smell. Luckily the staffs there changed another room for me. Basically it's good for a few days of staying.

Hotel staffs are friendly, room is clean and neat, great facilities. However, location is too far from Danga Bay and no public bus stop by. We need to sit Grab to reach here. I will only recommend this hotel if you have your own private transport to reach here.

Reasonable price, maintenance is good. There are few restaurants nearby. Good for a short business trip.

Beyond my expectations with the price I paid. Excellent location. Room are comfortable and clean. Staffs are warm and friendly. I will definitely visit again!

Perfect stopover if you're heading to Legoland or USS. Staffs were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spotless. Stayed here for a week to visit both attractions. Worth every cent spent.

I will be staying here for a month, I am fine with all the accommodation so far. Just one thing about the Wi-Fi issue which is very very slow. I am sure most of us who are staying here are working and in that case Wi-Fi is really important to us to do the work and research in our private space. A very good hotel. Friendly staffs, clean rooms, decent room size, and lots of parking spots both at the hotel and neighboring area. Instant hot water at the shower room. Only issue is Wi-Fi signal and bandwidth is very slow hence giving 3 star ratings.

Wifi is so slow. Only can use confidently after midnight. Why Check out at 11am not 12pm which is a standard practice everywhere? Private car park with security which is good.

Its cheap, but you get what you paid for. The rooms are small, enough for a queen sized bed with about 2 feet clearance to the side wall. Good for a quick stay.

Value for money. Access to city and foods. Basic amneties. Just what I need for a night or two. Ample parking. Would stay again.

Clean and comfort. Quite convenience to stay and park your car here, then take a bus to Singapore for a day trip.

Toilet floor was sticky. Yellowish stain present on sitting area of the toilet bowl. Wifi connection only allows one device per room.

Nice and neat room. Friendly staff and good service. Location not so strategic. But there is a local transport service and a 7-11 shop beside the hotel.

I think the location overall is ok, plus they do provide transport or bus easily to access main attraction included Singapore n other famous destination nearby, the hotel itself very big wind surrounding area n room is comfortable too.

Nice ambience though a bit far from city centre. RM 15-20 red taxi fare to downtown JB.

Poor security. During stay, car window smashed and broke into while parked in hotel's premise. Hotel did not compensate.

So so. Its only okay for the basic things. Meaning if you JUST need to spend the night. Else better look for other hotels. Same concept as their airline. Anything more than basic, then you pay.

At this hotel you will always find the floor at the room is looks like never get mopped and the bath room specially not was so good as hope for most hotel service. At the bath room utilities not satisfied and if you travel around so far to get anywhere must call a cab. For breakfast so hard to find.

Highly recommended for those who want spend most of their day at legoland or universal studio, outside the hotel. Everything is basic but comfy and clean. Got 7eleven, tour companies, airasia ticketing office, indian restaurant next to the main entrance. Few restaurants is nearby. Parking lots inside the hotel compound are limited.

Has to pay for astro. Suggest at least let their customers watch Malaysia tvs since already has TV in the room.

Don't stay here, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Much better places in town at about the same price. The room may seem cheap but the add on costs bump up the price, you pay for everything. They came to my room at 10.45pm and woke me to collect MR2 (=US 66c) for a bag I had in storage in the bag room. NO service, NO hospitality, NOT cheap once you put on the extras. go somewhere else.
