Horrible horrible food. Burned garlic bread with thick mushroom soup, burned salmon stick and salty spaghetti beef bolognese with very mini portion of beef… expensive, not worth it at all.

Nice view from the top of the hotel…. Good choices of beer with reasonable price.

Oh gosh， it's amazing surrounding areas… I love it.

Fantastic views and sunset, attentive service and reasonably priced drinks.

Bad Service Food also 0/10. Im not enjoying my birthday party there. Even they didn't played a birthday song or what. Leave me & my fiance just like that. Did u see the prawn on my meal. It was bad. Seafood dah busuk, the prawn head was very smelly.

Sorry to say im not satisfied with the service, I reserved and made full payment a day after the Christmas menu out is thought that I can get the table I want but I didnt. When we arrived they lead us to the corner table outside, which is dark. The music is too loud, doesn't suite the surrounding. The same song keeps on repeating. Me and my friends are unhappy during the christmas eve dinner.

A very nice & comfortable hotel to stay. Free upgrade from deluxe to suite. Awesome bathtub. Great for couple on staycation. Great window view. Infinity pool.

Great view from the top. Night View is the best. There is indoor and outdoor seating. But gotta be early for the outdoor seating.

The hotel is situated very close to KSL and thus finding for the place is no big issue. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. The place is clean. There is a bar with a great view at the top of the building and a small swimming pool just 1 level below. The morning breakfast is humble but the hours is rather short. There are lots of local food shops around and the price is awesomely reasonable.

Best hotel to stay in JB! Great breakfast spread, clean rooms, infinity pool with a fantastic view on the rooftop. Yet reasonable in price.

THEY HAVE INFINITY POOL! Friendly staff at the swimming pool! He patiently answer all of our curiosity. There is hot sauna and spa in the toilet for both man and woman so whoever wants to enjoy some time alone can do so privately. And the gym is also nice but not the best. I will come back here when I have a business in JB in the future ♥

I had lunch in this restaurant. The service was excellent. The view of JB is great. The food was delicious. The variety of choice was good enough. The price was RM 60+. Parking is RM4 per entry. You need to give the parking card to restaurant to get RM4.

Room and location is good. But breakfast is bad. There are too many people having breakfast and not enough food and tables to go around. The staff tried their best to serve coffee and tea. May be better if diners take their coffee and tea on their own.

The location is perfect where KSL shopping mall is just right beside and many famous eateries around the area. The room is spacious with a city view and the infinity swimming pool with such a view is spectacular as well! However I find that the breakfast food quality can be better ;) After all it's still a highly recommended stay with Holiday Villa.

Staying at room1620. Good view n clean toilet. Strong air-con. Nice n friendly staffs. Breakfast was good.

Great stay for a weekend! rooms are really clean and the city view is superb! the beds are a little hard but the 3 fluffy pillows for each bed made up for it. Room service is food quality is good too. Overall, would definitely stay again!

The first time here to participate in the event, but also to the restaurant where the dining environment is beautiful, but,,, the food here is not very suitable for their own taste.

From the front door until to the room everything is good! Bed is comfy. Awesome place to be. Very near from causeway. Cheap grab rides to the hotel. Good for ya weekend getaway. Their breakfast buffet spread is great. I love to have soya bean as one the choice of beverages. You can chill and listen to live band at the hotel top level and have a drink. Overall is good! I will go back again.

Their meeting packages are competitive also staff friendly. Restaurant's foods can be improved further. Their rooms are kept to a highest standard. Will come back again.

The rooms and facilities are clean and nice but beware that the superior rooms are mostly smoking and you won't be able to choose when booking. They will only tell you that there is no more non-smoking rooms. If you want non-smoking rooms, I suggest booking a higher grade room. Besides that, I enjoyed the stay there.

Excellent management at breakfast even with a huge Christmas week end crowd. Not bad b/fast buffet. Lovely infinity pool n clean pleasant rooms.

Website allow me to king bed but when check in there's no king bed. Only tell me subject to availability. Then pls upgrade your website! Breakfast is bad. Other than the hotel it's new I think. It could have been a better stay for me. Not gonna return for that kind of service from the duty manager!

Room is clean and spacious with basic decor. We stayed comfortably a Deluxe room with 3 Adults and 1 child (king sized bed and 1 extra bed). Hotel is conveniently located next to KSL mall with lots of eatery around. Hotel staffs were friendly and attentive. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Checked in for two nights but they put us on smoking area and told us that the deluxe is all fully booked. The room smells like cigarette and we tried to ask the house keeping if they get rid of the smell but no used. Good thing the front office staff was kind enough to transfer us to another room without any charges.

This is my second time I was here for a seminar. It is a good & exclusive experiences. The food is good, the hall is great & the hospitality is superb! Highly recommended if u want a place to stay in JB. Near to the lobby, there's the famous KFRY Korean food if you want to try out.

The hotel itself is lovely — nice public rooms, well equipped clean spacious bedroom, good outdoor pool The only issue was parking — to get into the hotel car park, you have to make a sharp 90 degree turn through very narrow gates and then down a steep hill. Visibility is poor and I think you need assistance to drive in and out! Parking spaces are also difficult to get in an out of.

Loved their sky bar. Had a few beers. The view is magnificent because of their top floor. The service is great, plus smoking is allowed indoors too. It's a plus!

Hotel is clean and very accessible. Stone throw away from shopping mall. Eatery is everywhere within reach. Hotel staff is super helpful. Swimming pool is awesome!

Room clean, rain enough, comfortable environment, less pool carving but not many people, the 25 floor of the scenery, like stand out, can be looked out to Singapore. The food style of the buffet and the environment, in the case of breakfast hotel, the quality is very good.

Hotel is clean and tidy, breakfast is okay, needs to be faster in replenishing empty dishes such as soya milk, beancurd.

Rooms have an amazing view and staff are attentive. Breakfast buffet view is gorgeous and rooms are comfortable and up to standard. Location is excellent right behind ksl shopping mall.

It is a bespokes place with spacious rooms. However, its not neccessarily value for money. Location wise, it is in a good and accessible area that is convenient and not too far from the customs. Service is great. No complaints there.

The place is new and nice. TV has very limited channels. But the should control and organize their way of distributing of rooms. I booked a double bed but end up with 2 single beds.

Very good service, super clean and modern rooms, what else is there to ask for? Concierge are always friendly and accommodating, and will try to fulfil guests' requirements. Rooms are large and comfortable, with all amenities provided. Location is convenient in the centre of town area, with easy access to nearby major shopping malls. Food around the area is good as well. Highly recommended!

Good location near big shopping mall and all the small local eateries. Hotel is new and staff are friendly. Hotel have good massage selections.

Is't new hotel less than 2 years. Small shopping mall ground floor but most of shops not open yet n coffee house at top floors with panorama view, food is expensive n not so nice too.

Rooms were good and view of the city was great. But bathroom had mold in the corners and floors were very slippery. Staff presence very high and were very pleasant. Close proximity to KSL City.

Really love this hotel. The room is clean and nicely decorated. The infinity pool on top is really beautiful. There is also a hot water pool in the toilet (similar to onsen in Japan) which is nice for a dip. Close proximity to KSL and other eateries is a plus. Hotel staff also friendly and helpful.

Duration of Stay: 14 April to 16 April 2017 My worst nightmare staying in this hotel. Lobby — 1st Doorman approached me and told me in a sarcasm manners and said that I wasn't allowed to eat. And it's only a plain bread that I wanted to munch while waiting for my room to be ready. Ridiculous! 2nd doorman approached and told my daughter off to sit in orderly manner and mentioned that "this is a hotel". She was just slouching at the seat anyways. Not like as if she was occupying the whole seat lying down! Stale smell along the aisle at the level I was staying — Level 16! Room — Bedsheets stained. Not changed. It was either a saliva or some discharge. Gosh! Toilet — Slimy mouldy walls at the shower area. Choked at the shower area. Only shower pipe available. Mouldy pipe at the sink area. Disgusting! They should improve on the cleanliness in the room rather than maintaining the cleanliness at the lobby. My first and last experience staying in this hotel. Never a second experience. Yucks overalls!

Nice new hotel in Jb, clean and big room. Nice view from the window. Security everywhere and very good breakfast (also western). Check in is a little bit late (3 o'clock pm). I'll come back.

Very comfortable stay over the weekend. Prompt check in (even though we arrived early before official check in time of 2pm), room was clean and well air conditioned. Included fridge and essential toiletries. Friendly and prompt service. Nice pool and gym facilities. Very near to KSL mall (just behind).
