Staff are extremely great, polite and kind, tip-top services. Such a calming environment, very recommended to all who needs that kinda escape from the city. Hotel is amazing.

Awesome place. For short vacay.

Great place to stay with your family especially during COVID-19 and the RMCO stage. The staff took all the necessary precautions including thermal heat temperature scanning. Lots of breakfast was sent to our room each morning. Even though we couldn’t use the pool, it was nice for my kids and myself to be nestled between the trees and the ocean! Quite a peaceful place! Definitely looking forward to the next trip!

Awesome place. But still need to improved on some environmental issues. Like mosquitoes and other insects.

Food is bad. I arrived at 8pm and there is left only little food with no refill. Paid for rm 88 for such service is not acceptable. Cannot even see a single soul of chefs around at their station. Lots of fly and uncleaned dishes around.

This brand new hotel with 5 stars facilities, especially landscaping. Comfortable bed, clean and spacious rooms. A very relaxing place. Location map is incorrect if using Google Map. Need to ask local people to get there. Everything is good except security guards are always watching you instead of serving you. Sea water games are not allowed here.

A 5 stars Hotel but seems not running by hoteliers, security guards everywhere, they are employed to watching you but not to serve you.

Nice ambience. Service is poor. Food so so. Sometimes no air conditioning in the lobby areas. Lights turn off very early near the pool areas.

Resort ambience with a beach view. Nice and clean rooms. Luxurious setting with an assortment of eateries close by. Convenient and easy living.

This hotel basically explains the exceptional refinement and excellence of Chinese engineering. Through the efforts made by Forest City, every hotel resident can easily tell that this place is luxurious from A to Z. There are also many nice restaurants and shops though. In 5 years time, many foreign would definitely pay a visit to Forest City.

It's only a 20-30 min coach/car ride from Tuas checkpoint in Singapore, which makes it really convenient for people coming from Singapore. In the room I stayed, they offered 2 separate beds, and most, if not all the rooms have individual balconies facing the sea, which offers such a beautiful view. Food was great there too, having different food items each day in the buffet-style setting. The staff there was very friendly and always smiling and eager to help (as of room service), which definitely brightened my every day. The hotel too, has a beach built together with the Hotel. Though much of it was man-made, the whole beach was beautiful in my opinion. The plants and bushes were well maintained, and the wooden floor decks that were built, to ease walking from place to place, was very nice, without having to worry about wood splinters. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to rest and relax, to be on a getaway from the hustle and bustle of life, or come here for retreats.

Nice hotel but it's huge and obviously geared up to cater to large Chinese tour groups. Not being allowed to swim in the sea is a big draw back as the beach looks so inviting. You are allowed to walk on the sand but not paddle in the sea at all. Rooms are very spacious but not well finished. Service at reception is great but the restaurant and concierge staff could do with better training. This looks like 5 star hotel but up close it's really a 3.5star. As of March 2018 LOTS of construction work directly outside and they work through the night too, so a lot of noise.

Our first time staying at Forest City Phoenix Hotel… Definitely not the last. We’ll come back for a much longer stay. We took a superior suite and it was beyond expectation. Super huge & clean. Well maintain. Didn’t expect the hotel to be around for 1yr2mths. Hotel looks very new. There’s also a beach, pool, park, playground & water play area. What else could one ask for. Family with young kids like us, highly recommend. For couples, there’s also water activities.
Lastly, the Staffs, they’re all very friendly & nice… Special thanks to Mr Kamis Kalil @ Didi — Guest Service Manager for calling us up a day before our stay to confirm our rooms and ensuring that everything went smoothly throughout our stay. As well as Mr Faizal for arranging our transportation despite a last minute request… Thank you Forest City Phoenix Hotel and we’ll be back!

The rooms are spacious and feel luxurious. Staff are polite and have good service. The only setback of this hotel is the quality of the food. Rice for our first night dinner was hard, soup (western or Chinese got no difference almost the same soup which was bland), second night's mussels was overcooked to the point of being rubbery, lamb chops were overdone and chewy, the honeydew was spoilt so I spit it out, the colored cold water that I believe was cordial is a joke. And something must really be done about the houseflies which make us guests feel uncomfortable about the level of hygenie. Until the food standard is improved, I will not make a second visit.

Thorughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel because of the outstanding rooms and the staffs. Location is only a short 10 minutes from Tuas checkpoint, perfect for a short getaway from Singapore.
The friendly staffs (in jacket) are well trained and they go the effort to make our stay comfortable. Exclusive shoutout to Di Di for his outstanding hospitality. He took the effort to respond to my messages immediately, continually checked in on us if we needed anything, remembered our names, and was always present to welcome, greet us for breakfast and when we were leaving. Totally memorable for my kiddos and me.
It is people like him who make amazing experiences and memories happen and keep coming back for more.
