The lobby was dirty, the room was not cleaned properly. Not recommended.
Rm65 applies for 4hours stay only. The cheapest 1 night rate is Rm75 with RM50 refundable deposit. Pros : cheap, presentable from outside and nearby stores/ restaurant Cons : noisy (from nearby main road), dirty, poor maintenance, reception not properly trained, parking not available and not safe to walk around.

This place is terrible. If it wasn't a need a place to sleep situation I would've got a refund n left. First room we got had ants mosquitoes n roaches. The second still had the towel on the floor from the last person to use the room. Don't stay here if possible.
