System was very bad! They should use the latest version of QR code system. My family and I were delay about half an hour just to wait the qr code system been verified before I can get into the gondola skyway. Very poor service!

Most terrible and unprofessional service from the hotel. Made a phone booking and paid for it, but hotel wasn’t able to find my booking. Took them more than 6 hours to “investigate” and refused to let me check in even though the rooms were available as they want to find out the exact cause of it. Like seriously?! Didn’t even offer any compensation or late check out at all. Best of all, my belongings were removed without my permission from the room the next day even before I could check out! It’s atrocious! Managers were not helpful at all. Check in lines are forever long and service is extremely slow. Consider this hotel only if you have a lifetime of patience and time to spare.

Worst check-in experience ever! There is no point to have a record of 7351 rooms when the check-in could not manage such a mass. Took 4 hours to check-in after queuing at various queues directed by unfriendly and unhelpful staff that don't listen! If anyone wants a pleasant holiday, please avoid staying at First World Genting.

Love the vibes, great place for family to chill and hangout. lot's of activities and Food… yummy food.

Guest customer service need queue so long, only two working counters is opening, wasting customers' time, low efficiency 👎Is this the attitude of Resorts World Genting towards customer? so bad 👎

Guest services super slow movement, only 3 counters opened. Previous card and setting all gone. Queue for more than 45mins but queue still remain at same place. Pls work out some thing on your customer database.

The worst experience of checking in First World hotel. We understand that there's kiosk machine for checking. But any errors will still need to be service at the counter and the counter service is really slow and very few open counters. And the waiting crowd to be served at the counters is gathering more and more lines. If the crowds are getting larger, shouldn't more service counter to be opened. Apparently this shows the inefficiency of the system and management.

Awana a really BAD resort to stay. NO free car parking n ridiculously high parking charges. NOT acceptable for paying guest to pay for parking charges. Poor receptionist service from Miss Angie who checked me in for one night stay instead of my already paid two nights stay. Breakfast cafe service is real BAD where order has to be taken standing at the cafe entrance! Reception mgr Mr Hamil can't offer any acceptable assistance for all these n many others BAD n POOR services regarding Resort World Getting. No wonder their cruise businesses is closing down. It will be a bad mistake if you ever have a vacation with Genting Resorts. Just take a look at all the complaints in their FB pages! Please BUCK up, Genting Resorts World!

Bad SOP for cable car, with the current pandemic going on you should really improve on the SOP for number of pax in the cable car, how do you maintain 1 meter social distance when you place 10pax in such a small space.

Very disappointed! Can’t see snowfall…. Never inform must collect the ticket then only can access to watch snowfall….

My holiday ruins Bcz of under maintenance cable car, poor refund service. Your staff declare that he’s supervisor at ticket counter told us to call customer service to refund ONLINE ticket, customer service ask us to go ticket counter, but at the end actually is to making refund report at ticket counter. Even ur staff so call supervisor also don’t know the refund procedure. Wasted my time wasted my holiday.

There should not be any parking charges for guest. We are not sure how the parking charges is charge.

In Genting, we can be cool … outdoor — the weather; can be hot — playing in the casinos; can be full — eating yummy food in the food outlets; can be empty in our pockets — shopping in the outlets. Most important, we can be happy in Genting. Yeah!

Comfortable apartment can fit in all family members, equipment with all basic necessities; microwave oven, electric cooker; fridge etc. Ample parking space.

Beautiful natural location. Have few shops to buy essentials nearbh. Have starbucks and few restaurants too. Nice place stay and walk around like forest trails. The KL to Genting bus has a stop here also. Only thing is that it is a bit far from first world hotel and sky avenue.

It is located at mid hill and half way up to the famous genting highlang resort. It is a very relax place to stay and even find good food.

Main attraction,. Heated swimming pool, under renovation.

Quite Refreshing. Great weather specially from hot climate people.

A great setup at top of the Genting Mountains/Highlands. A lot of things to do other than the scenic beauty and outdoor excursions. The Awana Sky walk, the games and rides which are going to be available by next year, a lot of things /excitement is awaited!

Cool weather and serene. Good for relaxation. Many eating shops around the vicinity. Good view of Genting Highlands when not so cloudy.

Nice place. But dont have any water heater.

Excellent view if you have the right condo unit facing out towards the hill (bungalow side). Well maintained community garden and clubhouse. No swimming pool and very basic exercise equipment. More for those who loves flowers/gardening and fresh cooling air.

Comfortable, cool atmosphere and cool climate, food ok.

It is a clean old building. Quiet place nice waterfall sound. Friendly people.

Great place to break away.

Great views, very little road noise, large room, big twin. However, room was expensive; expect higher level of maintenance and cleanliness. Bathroom was as if it wasn't cleaned. Pillows and quilts smelt. Room smelt like a gym bag.

It has a typical government building atmosphere; on the verge of being rundown without maintenance and upkeep.

1. Check in very slow 2. Bath towels dirty 3. Buffet very disappointing 4. Building not well maintained 5. No aircond 6. Lift has terrible smells Management should maintain the building in order to attract more peoples. Check in only has 3 staffs and the waiting time is unacceptable. Enter the room 301 is suprising. But without aircond is real disappointing. Enter the lift and terrible smells feel disgusting. The next day going to breakfast buffet near lobby at 8.45am. Most of the foods seems leftover. Buffet not enjoying at all. Will never visit this hotel again.

Very cool place to rest and enjoy the weather and environment.

Most rooms have ants and termite problem.

Not bad but make sure at night the windows are not close because is will be warm like nobody business…
