Room not clean, toilet poorly maintain. Location strategic. One male staff lied to me when I asked for another card key for room by telling me that only card for room. Found out another tenant have 2.

3-star hotel with basic facilities. Room size quite big for couple / family. Nearby public amenities i. E. Convenience store, restaurants and fruit stalls. Nearby is the strawberry farm & cable car station. Weather is fine & cooling, at night can be rather cold.

Dirty linens, very basic amenities and pricy for that kind of service. No towel for my room and have to ask from receptionist. Bad feeling about this place, I won't come back again.

Need upgrading in the rooms. Lobby looks superb, but rooms look old for a 3-star rated hotel.

Very slow on registration. Can improve the communcation skill. Room not complete ready to check-in at 4 pm.

Originally I could give 5 stars, but the thought of what I put inside will not be seen. So there's only three stars.

Bed bugs! Stayed for 1 night due to full occupancy in Genting hotel and I got the worst experience. The electricity jump off when we checked into the first room and we requested to change room. For the second room we have bed bugs on our bed and not only one! There’s one crawled on my friend’s leg. This is definitely something I can’t stand for! We didn’t request to change room again cause it’s already 2am in the midnight. We requested for refund the next morning and they offer us a free room next time. We told them we will not come to this hotel anymore. Insisted to speak to the boss but at the end they agreed to fully refund us. Other than that, the room is full of dust and overall the hotel needs to be upgraded as it’s really old. Not recommended.

Location is strategic. But overall place is old and need a serious upkeep. Me and my friend stay at 2 different room. Mine was missing a fridge and there is no shower curtain. Carpet is dusty, smelly and old. Didn't provide hairdryer as stated on The website. The worst thing is there are bedbugsssss. We saw not only 1 or 2, but few bedbugs. 1 of it crawled up to my friend leg. A total nightmare. Not recommended. Best to stay up in genting.

It’s a hotel or motel? Definitely a motel! We do not mind if the room is old or run down but at least maintain some standard of cleaniness.! Dust are at all corners of the room, and can be as thick as a few months of non-cleaning been done. We came with 2Adult, 1child and 1baby. Smelly room, dusty, noisy. Disgusting and not worth at all for a rm300 per night!

We had a pleasant stay here… the manager & staffs is kind & helpful… Thanks to HSM Genting.

Over priced due to peak season but still not expensive. Nice hotel to stay.

Damp & not clean at all. Its coziness lies with the fact that it's just located within the highlands with the cold temperature and within a small budget. That's all. Other than the unfriendly counter staff and those unprofessional cleaners, nothing else to tell about.

Cleanliness: can be further improve. Room size: big and comfy but need to upgrade design to more modern feel and cleanliness needs further improvement. Breakfast buffet: Major disappointment. Even budget hotels can have better buffet spread.

Big mall! Really amazed to see this on hill top.

Went into the room without packing. Room cleaning was not followed up.
But the reception was friendly.

Spacious room, reasonable price and good location but room cleanliness should be improve and also room looks outdated (need to be refurbish/upgraded)

Poor quality rooms. Wifi only available in the lobby. No door locks. Very unhygienic dining hall and bad quality food.

Smelly room, look like many ppl just smoking in the confined room before. The smell is so strong and it's choking us. Got problem when check in, our booking not found (i guess the receiptionist just buying some time for our room to be ready), cannot unlock room due to key problem, bringing lots of luggage up and down. A tiring day after a long journey from kampung.

Nice place to stay. I took a family room with 2 kids. It was spacious but little old. Restaurants and shops are near by. Free shuttle bus which starts from first world hotel stops here (Strawberry firm), so no prob with finding taxi. Its starts from 0730 am to 9-30 pm. 7 mins away from sky way … fantastic place who wanna avoid crowd.

Worst place to stay. Rooms not clean, bathrooms really bad, very noisy surrounding, hallway and elevator smells bad. We had to stay there coz we booked and paid online.

Buffet yg memuaskan dan tempat selesa.

Do not book room infront of main road… can't sleep during night well because of noisy made by racing car out there.
