This is my worst experience forever when I stay here. I got many unsatisfied when I stayed here. 1st of all, Cleaner staff throw away my personal stuff 2 time (my moisturiser and my cleansing soap). I tried to compromise with this case even the value of my stuff more than 200 usd.
2nd time I must got the refund from hotel (Paid more than the actual). They told me process will be done in 2-3 week. I waiting until 4 week pssed but not got money back. I asked them again after 4 week and they said with in the end of month will be got money back. I waiting again until 9 day passed after the month end but still not got money back. I decieded wrote e-mail to asking this situation again but they keep quite until 4 days passed without any feedback.
Now I not need anything back from your hotel any more. Thank you for any worse experience forever since I stay at your hotel until now. Donn't hope I and my colleague will go back to your hotel again.

Very bad service. I stayed for 37days
Not clean room everyday, I am ok but you would like to clean in the evening that I already come back!
whatever I requested, never got it. I have to repeat my requested all the time.

Older facilities. My airconditioning unit even though set on turbo high coop fan speed at 16 degrees still pumps out air that is not cold.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room is indeed clean and comfortable. Also, the shower was satisfying. I would recommend this place for anyone as it is worth every penny!

Superb view & nice room with kitchen. Like studio apartment with affordable price per night to chill alone or family. Secured for privacy matter and nice place to chill out.

Good place to stay in Cyberjaya if you travel for work. Do not expect much for the breakfast. Swimming pool is nice but watch out for the slippery ladders. Also the pool closes at 10pm so impossible to lounge a while and enjoy the cool outdoors in the evenings. Rooms are cleaned twice a week instead of everyday in other areas . Also the kitchen lacks silverware and plates. The gym is not air conditioned so it becomes a sauna after a few minutes of work.

Great place to stay, have your free pool and gym. The rooms are luxurious, very clean and equipped to the maximum, there is all the equipment. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

As soon as lease contract hast been signed managent not keen to keep their contractual obligations. Apartments: Interior 2, 5 Maintenance 1, 5 Housekeeping 2, 0 Apt. — Fascilities 3, 0 — 2, 5 — but not available despite contract and advertisment or too dirty to use. By international standards this accommodation does only deserves 2, 5. The name Shaftsbury just appears like the UK brand SHAFTESBURY but by no means reaches the U. K. Quality. Inhouse SPA — privately managed. By international standards Ms. Joli is a Highlight — very professional and caring. I highly recommend a visit. — Thumps up —

The room is very large and it feel like being at home. It also near the shaftsbury square and the location is quite nice without any traffic jam.

All amenities excellent. Easy access. But housekeep-worker doesnt have manner, ive just want to take a rest but they keep knock the bell. Come on.

I lived in shaftburry residence for 2 years. It is no doubt one of the best place in cyberjaya as their Mentainance culture is very good which makes it very comfortable for living. The pool side is where u want to chill in the morning or in the evening after a long day work as it never disappoint with its breath taking view. The rooms are very comfortable also designed by top interior designers to meet the taste of any body who love designs. Tho the gym is not fully equipped it offers enough equipment for anyone who cares to workout. It also has convinent stores next to it making it easy for people to get what they need with no stress.

TV signal is poor. Place like this should have clear TV reception. Show got no hot water, don't know what the problem. Other than that, everything is good.

It is a good place live in Cyberjaya. Staff are very helpful, room are very clean and hygienic. Lots of restro and 24 jam. Also has medical facility and a grocery outlets.

Sufficient apartments for a longer stay. Breakfast is usually too late if you need to go to work. The gym has some broken stations but is overall ok. Nice pool which allows for decent swimming. Extra plus as it is close to the Shaftsbury mall with heaps of restaurants and a supermarket.

The hotel location is ideal to customers as it was located near to Putrajaya. The price is affordable and the service provided is satisfactory. The hotel does provide a very secure parking space. There is also a pool for both adult and children as well and shuttle services were provided for those who need to go to Putrajaya for business meeting. I will probably come here again.

Value for Money. The published rate has 200rm cap for monthly utility charges. I like that the 1 room suite is quite spacious, furnished and it comes with a washing machine. Gym is absolutely shocking, of the few items in there, most are broken. Needs sorting out immediately.

Good structure but you have to improve the cleanliness! Very competitive prices.

This is a very well maintained property with an elegant shopping mall annexed to it. The locality serene with lots of greenery around. It is less crowded and very well connected by public transport.

Arrived very late for check in due to traffic jam at 11pm. Given a room that was not ready & filthy. Have to change to another room where the main door lock was broken. Very confusing card access & 'Touch n Go' security system. The compensation: Complimentary extra bed, baby cot, 1 more adult for breakfast & late checkout.

Front desk service is very poor. Attitude is not good.
The action is too slow.
Kitchen facilities are inadequate.
Dirty and there's no dishwasher.
Breakfast was good.
But there are too few locations and options.
House keeping moves super slow.
Request dragged a knife to cut the dish for more than one hours to be delayed delivery.
The hallway tastes too heavy and dirty. Four-star hotels don't even have toothbrushes.

Location is good, in the heart of Cyberjaya. Well priced as well. However if you look closely, some details let it down such as the cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen appliances. Could've been much better.

Property is very nice and Comfortable but staff (boys) don't know how to behave with people's, I think these are Tamil boys, One is thin and one another they don't have experience and don't know how to talk.

The best services and easy to stay. I love my days there.

Good for value, big space and mutilple office desk for business traveller.

Frequent aircond faulty. Very late room make-up. Not really great customer service. But good location, restaurant/mamak, ATM machine, convenient store, kids playground, supermarket — all in walking distance. Good public transport: grab/uber/cab/public bus available & short waiting time.

One of the best serviced apartments I've ever seen in Cyberjaya.

A condo in the middle of a garden. Great surroundings, high quality materials used, the interior design, covered walkway to Redtick supermarket and the shopping gallery, comfortable living, quiet neighborhood, 5-8 mins walk to bus stop.

Great place to stay. Good facilities, safe and has attached shops and supermarkets.

Cozy room with nice view for not only human but also cockroach. Whenever you enter to your room, some cockroach will welcome to you. Watch out your safe box in your room. It is not safe. I don't know why. A few staff is very kind and you should tell them repeatedly your request because your request will not performed at once. I just move to other hotel because this hotel is so great that it should be preserved to the monument. How dare I can use it. :)

I have been there last month in Cyberjaya city in Malaysia. Its a superb 4 star hotel with all facilities like 5 star, staff is so good rooms are so clean and atmosphere is so good out side of the hotel as well. Only Bad thing is you can not find Indian channels in room's TV. Over all good experience. Everything is near to hotel even on ground floor of the hotel, Restaurants, shopping mall, Money exchange shop, ATM, Indian Restaurant, Medical store, Saloon, Spa, clinic.

Great stay at this hotel with my booking of suite room.

I'm staying here for 5 to 6 months. Everyone is friendly but facilities needs some fixing. Not enough lounges around the pool. Gym equipment has some weight selection pins missing, stationary bikes have loose handles, need more than2 fixed benches. They don't open gym till 6am which doesn't give much morning workout time to get shower and breakfast before 8:00 shuttle to work. I requested a earlier open time and they refused my request. The rooms a nicely furnished but cheap stuff. It's still better than staying in a hotel. Many shops and restaurants to walk to including a Starbucks & grocery store.

It is a clean and nice place. Good management with good rules. the only problem : they havnt used good quality of equipments for coridor door block B and A and parking gates.

Good facilities, poor management!
