Spacious, convenient. Great place to stay. Cheap indoor car park. Plenty of restaurants at the mall below. Nice view of the rooftop swimming pool. Equipped with self service laundry area.

1-bedroom executive suite — best value for money. Spacious unit, complete features. Easy access to shopping complex, carpark. Simple check-in, check-out procedures. Good for families.

The mall is quite compact but enough to find your daily needs. It's also have a cinema that satisfy your cravings for movies.

I have been to place twice. The reception and the location of the hotel is very nice. I found the hotel facility very old in my second visit. Even their morning break fast is outsourced to nearby cafiteria.

Stayed here due to work. At least I didn't have to pay for it… The hotel room wasn't that clean. Window in bathroom wouldn't close and air con wasn't strong enough to cool the room adequately… Dead bugs and what looked like rodent poop in the bathroom. Breakfast the next morning was poor but acceptable.

Cozy and comfortable. Shopping mall is just below the entrance. Great convenience. Rooms are very comfortable with all amenities.

I was a regular customer and got a bad experience with this hotel last week. Stayed there for 5 nights and only found that the way the hotel cleaned the glass, plate and utensils is totally unhygienic. I can still see the print of lips in a "clean" glass in the cupboard. And the following days I can still see some leftover on the fork and plates. Called front desk and requested to talk to the manager, the front desk officer told me the manager will come to my room after the prayer but he/she didn't come. As you can see from the pictures. Nice, eh?

Very nice little serviced apartments. Very clean and modern. The neighborhood is great and it is very conveniently attached to a nice mall.

Booked an executive 2 bed room package that comes with breakfast everyday. They have recently just outsourced their breakfast to a restaurant in the shopping mall. It serves cereal with milk, self made toasts, some scramble eggs with baked beans, potato wedges and fruits and donuts. There're also drinks like tea and coffee that you can make for yourself. For the price of breakfast it is rather pricey. However if your room comes with it, it's fine. The room is very spacious. There's a living room and a kitchen space where you can cook and store food in the refrigerator. There's also a separate space for beds and toilets. TVs are installed in the bed room and the living room. The tiled floor is generally clean, however, the carpet floor isn't. It is stained and sticky when I stepped on it barefoot, and I even found a half eaten peanut on it. So ya. Wear the hotel slippers provided. But other than that, pretty worth it for the price I'm paying.

Good hotel for backpackers with full kitchen and decent price. 2 stars due to the worst breakfast I ever had. Absolutely gross.

Overall OK. Cupboards smell a bit musty. Otherwise clean and house keeping do a good job.

Fine for business trip if you have limited budget but I would not recommend it for a romantic vacation. The room was clean and with nice size, though if you would like to take hot shower you'll have only 5min to do it. There is a pool… a kind of bigger bathtub. Breakfast… if you like French fries and eggs only and a watermelon for desert (for two weeks)

Bad facility. Not worthy for such a high price compared to Marriott and shangrila putrajaya.

Nice accommodation but parking issue is troublesome. Guest are treat as visitor.

Amazing yet clean room! Although check-in times is little bit late, but can be compensated when you're signed up as ascott member for free.

This hotel is great, aside from being a walk away from our client, it is connected to the mall, Dpulze. The room is nice, just enough for a week or two. There's a gym, pool, and laundry. Aside from those there's not much to do from within the hotel, but again the mall is just below.

A fair mall in cyberjaya. Small but you can get your essentials like grocery and food.

Disturbed by its unit's cleanliness and carpark access. Even its value for money but ruin the management's reputation. Eventhough its attached with a shopping complex but the mall is hallow and the tenant is boring.

Just the breakfast is horrible, it is literally the worst breakfast I ever had in anywhere in my life. The bathroom, when you getinto the shower, the water will stay in the ground and create a big pool under you. The rest are ok, nothing much to say.

Lazy staff… no cleaning service (Though I paid daily cleaning service as 200rm, they rarely clean up only I gave them a tip) … same shortage breakfast all the time… see this review! You guys have to know the truth!

Great hotel on top of an excellent shopping mall with a grocer and even a cinema. Very central location in Cyberjaya. All I need at this one stop shop.
